We feel super cheated. We did the royal canal Boat tour on April 1st. The boat only took the alternate route and not even the complete one! They skipped the upper part of the route between Nybroplan and Skansen and basically only went a part that is covered by the ferry 80 at no extra expense (if you have a sl ticket). To top all this the tour only lasted a maximum of 45 minutes (50 were announced). I would personally not Recommend anyone to book this without asking in detal which route is taken because for this much amount of money it is not fair if they don't go all the way. Maybe this was an April's fool but we were really unhappy with it.

We took the 2.5 hours archipiélago tour Monday from 10:30. We were at pier 15 around 10:00 as instructed only to see a long queue of people who had no ticket but were sitting in the boarding line from 9am. So the guide yelled at us to get back in the line and respect the folks who came from 9 with no ticket. Very rude. So we had to wait at the end of the line even if we pre-booked the tickets. There was no place to sit because the boat was too full. It felt very unsafe as people were sitting on a few cheap foldable chairs on slippery floor. There were folks with kids who had no plave to sit. Half the guidance we paid was advertising about their restaurant and their fika goods. From where we stood we could not even hear the guide. But they did not care at all. For the price they charge, they could at least give some tap water to people, be more organized, more polite and more safe. We have taken many cruises less expensive in much better conditions. We could hardly believe this is the Swedish standard. This was uncomfortable and it made us feel like sheep. Also, few days ealier we took a cruise in Copenhagen which was great, so this crew could learn some politeness from the danes.

Took the 2.5 hours archipiĂ©lago tour and had no place to sit because the boat was too full. For the price they charge, they could fit less people for everyone to be more comfortable. Pretty disappointing due to this. Also, the guide didn’t stop talking the whole time but you can’t hear her clearly so it’s just noise. A bit of music would’ve been better.

We booked this 2,5 h boat trip through the Stockholm archipelago as entertainment for the kids, but they found it very boring! OK, sometimes the views were beautiful, but the audio quality of the guide was so bad it was impossible to understand what was being said. And only in English... The boat trip was so boring everyone on board needed caffeine to stay awake, and before the half way point (Vaxholm, where you were not allowed to exit the boat), the coca cola stock of the on-board bar was depleted already!

Did the 2.5 hr archipelago tour today. Awful. Not worth the time or money. The trip is really just a Vaxholmen ferry in disguise — boat was loud, overcrowded with no place to sit outside or really see anything. Stuck indoors in a stuffy old dining area with a bunch of screaming babies. The “tour” was just some woman mumbling over a speaker system — no one could understand what she was saying. So, so disappointing. Don’t bother.

Dinner cruise absolutely not value for money! To be avoided We had dinner cruise last 24th July and: - in spite we bought 3 h trip for 460 sek, the tour was just 2,5h. We didn’t go to waxholm - because private dinner with american group it was impossible to talk with my wife due to the noise and shouting - in spite several tables in other area were empty we have been not authorized to move there So if you are thinking to have a pace full and romantic dinner, forget it! I had several trips but in the past there was more respect for the client and different level of service This time is just a money machine It s a really shame

Best boat tours company in Scandinavia. Enjoyed this boat trip to the inner Archipelago on New Year's Eve. Surprised to see people eating inside as we hadn't been told you could reserve a table for food. I was very impressed by the brunch served on board. Actually one of the best brunches We have had in Stockholm. Really well cooked and fresh. And ending with a wonderful cake buffet. Around three hours was the perfect time for this cruise. We ordered a bottle of fancy red wine and could walk about and enjoy the tour. We could hear the guide clearly wherever we were on the boat. We got to take a lot of beautiful photos and videos. What a gorgeous trip! Highly recommended

Unorganized and not enough seats to see anything. Appeared dangerous and overbooked since most people had to stand. Awful three hours that we regret. AVOID!

Stromma does a really good job with the boat tours. I've done the little archipelago tour and the tour guide is really good, and the views can't be beat!

Be very mindful as the ticket sellers will lie to you about what time you can return. They say the return ticket is open but it’s not. They also charged my partner for 4 tickets instead of one and said that the transaction didn’t go through. We are still waiting to see if we will get a refund.

We did the Royal Canal tour and although very basic it was a good hour spent seeing parts of Stockholm from a different perspective. The boat was adequate as was the recorded tour audio. The canal was very beautiful to see in the fall and this tour allowed us to see this and parts of the harbor we might not have seen otherwise.

Arrived in the morning with a GoCity pass. The ticket booth was closed so we could not buy a ticket. Scanned the QR code on the booth which told us to buy a ticket on the boat. We lined up for the boat and the guide confirmed we could show our GoCity pass at the front of the line. Get to the front of the line and are told it's not valid and we need to buy a ticket because they won't get paid otherwise. Poor communication and we ended up missing out as the tours were all booked out for the rest of the day by the time we were finished with all of this kerfuffle.

Overcrowded and understaffed. Guide speech not very professional and English pronounce unclear. Few food and beverage options apart to reserve the restaurant. Seems they have kind of monopoly of the sightseeing.

It was a nice and interesting tour but too long and nothing new to see on the way back. Maybe the lunch option is worth it more.

We went on the boat during midsommar so it was packed. But it was surprisingly efficient and a nice travel experience. Would definitely recommend their service.

Great boat tour going from Stockholm city through the archipelago all the way out to Gustavsberg. You can eat at a couple of different restaurants in Gustavsberg and its pretty famous for its china, porceline & ceramics etc. There is a couple of outlets. Lovely Old boat, you can eat, grab a coffee or beer
Take a ride and enjoy, You’re in for a treat!

Get on board and learn about main buildings etc of Stockholm. I liked the seaside view from the boat to the different town areas.

Terrible experience. Promised by our hotel to get a discount with hotel code but company would not honor the discount. Booked a return ticket to Vaxholm, arrived 20 minutes after scheduled time then the return boat never docked. Not sure why, guessing wind but no other boats had issues picking passengers up so rather strange and no information to be found anywhere about the situation. No other boats scheduled until 3 hours later and no customer service to call on weekends. Not worth the price and would definitely not recommend such unreliable company.

They always overbook so there are not enough seats for everyone (you might have to stand for 3 hrs). The ship is old and rusty but the worst part is the smell of fumes from the engine on every deck and inside the cabin. Do not recommend.

😠 The group was too big (about 30 of us, see photo), the tour guide had no microphone or anything distinguishable and we couldn't hear them for most of the tour (try and spot them in the image). 😠 I don’t recommend their services. First we were cheated by their employee, who told us that the bus trip ticket costs 25EUR - it turned out in bus that it costs 30EUR (and amount on ticket is 350SEK). Lots of people confirmed the same scam experience. During the day, bus skipped half of its road and...
