Great place to have a coffee and play free chess. The food in the top floor restaurant is very good. It’s influenced on Swedish recipes. The prices are very affordable 😊

A very nice place if you have some time to visit. There is a library filed with comic books, of every genre . Next to it there is a shopping center.

I had the opportunity to check out the Kulturhuset cultural center while visiting Stockholm for a few days. This cultural center has a lot to do in it and there is something here for people of all ages. Some of the things it has are an art gallery,a public library and a children’s library,a place to play chess and numerous cafes and or restaurants just to name a few of the things here. We ended up mostly checking out the public library and the cafe on the top level. The cafe on the top level has a nice view of the plaza and of the fountain. It also has a patio with a panoramic view. There is nice views from all levels of the cultural center. I definitely recommend at least checking it out if if you don’t end up spending a lot of time here.

Love the artistic vibes. Situated infront of a plaza. It has a play area for children to run up and slide down repeatedly. Recommend highly for your children to come!

The location is great for the kulturhuset and there are a couple of entrance from the tunnelbanan exit and from the main street. There are libraries, cafe, restaurants and theater, it is a all in one complex. Also, there are four systems where anyone can access internet in Entréplan and there is place for chess lovers at 1.5 floor. I love the kulturhuset library, you can have library card and borrow same as other bibliotek.

This is a unique social and cultural hub of Stockholm, that is very typically Swedish. Open to the public with a library, gallery and an affordable restaurant, the Cultural House brings together Stockholmers across class, ethnic and racial borders.

Well, the place looks awesome from the outside at night. Although one would almost not be able to guess what it was. I went there because of a strong recommendation from a Swedish friend who assured me that there was a really fun area for children to play. My daughter is 7-years old, and after building the place up to her she was really excited to go and have some fun. The first time we went we couldn’t figure out how to get inside. It’s not that obvious. The next time we went we found our way in, and once in we were pleasantly surprised that it was quite nice inside. But, we were expecting a cultural experience and some good old play time. What we found was a lovely .....shopping mall. After looking around for a play area with no luck we decided to ask at an info kiosk. They pointed us to a toy store and said that there was a play area in there. My daughter ran ahead in excitement, down an escalator with me running to keep up, around a corner and wow.......there was an extremely small play area, mostly for younger kids (which is nice enough that the store owners provide) but, it was not what we were expecting at all. That was that. We walked around a bit more and left as we had no intention of shopping. I’m still left here wondering as I write this, in what way could this ever be thought of as being some kind of cultural experience..? Nobody from this place made me any promises and that’s why I’ve given it an average mark, but from the name of the place itself, and the recommendation from my friend, I was fairly disappointed...

Incredibly helpful staff that was nice, smiley and welcoming. I bought tickets, got easy instructions to find the salon and find my seats. Got invited to enjoy other attractions based on the kind of event I was going to that day. Staff at the Coffee place were not good though.

The lunch food is classic Swedish with several choices. A small buffet for the salad is included. As well as some cookies or pie for after lunch. However you usually come here to eat with a little view over the surrounding area. Not much of a view but still, a lot more than other places. Don’t expect the food to be more than average.

Coffee shop opposite information desk on level E is the goods. An oasis of calm, quiet jazz, great espresso and solid wines to take the edge off. All the Swedish standard cakes and open sandwiches. Friendly staff. The antitode to Espresso House 🙏

This is a super cool place, especially for young people because there are places with free activities for people between 14-25 years :) Moreover, the library is huge. The whole place is a work of art, I really recommend to visit it

Here is the perfect place where feed and stimulate your brain: it’s the Cultural Center to be inspired and enjoyed arts, design, theatre and much more. Amazing brutalist architecture building interpretate in Scandinavian way: perfect colours, balanced areas, attention of details. A place where you can stay quite and relax yourself.

Nice and clean, but it's very weird, that I should eat the food not in the café, but in the workspace

Kulturhuset in Stockholm is actually a concert hall. The old building inside out is beautiful. I went to listen to summer concerts which takes about 20 min for free. Then you can take a guided tour if you like.

Interesting space but not really for tourists - it is more for locals and their kids :-)

Nice view and good fresh food. A bit expensive but what isnt these times, the quality is on pair with the price but not above. Good selection of salads and breads, really not crowded at all before 12 but avoid coming between 12 and 12:30 if you don't like waiting and long lines of people.

Culture house. You can come here to read a book, play chess ♟️, to play 🎹 piano, to listen old vinil music in the public library. You can work there also , on your computer 💻, or can have a coffee. There is also theater 🎭. Highly recommend.

😠 Had heard good things about the place but was sadly disappointed. Waited 15 min for a menu and then 35 min for the food. I ordered the bearnaise 150g steak but as you can see that was never 150g, ridiculously small. Also the warmth was lacking. My company had the chicken burger and it was nearly col...
