It's a pity you cannot buy tickets for the aquarium without buying the one for the park. Villages and scenes of daily life of past centuries reconstructed in detail. Well organized and lots of interesting animals to see! Had the ability to pet a snake and a spider at no additional cost which was a fun addition. The signs outside stated it'd be possible to pet stingrays but once inside they weren't even there, so that was misleading. The museum was smaller than I thought it'd be and the entrance area could be more open and with clearer signs on recommended route.

We honestly came to Skansen just for the aquarium, but you need to buy a ticket for Skansen and then pay extra for the aquarium. This ended up being totally worth the extra cost! It was a fun little aquarium with more things to see than we expected! Highly recommend.

Skansen have tons of things to see, the aquarium is one of few paid attractions one can do here. My son was super i pressen by the crocodile and petted a large snake and a cockroach at the end of the aquarium. Children below 4 are free.
