Staying at the Lady Hamilton was one of the highlights of my stay in Stockholm. The cobbled streets and guards marching for the changing of the guards at palace and ringing of the church bell next to the hotel transport you into an entire different world. I also had afternoon tea which was delightful! The breakfast was delicious and I adored the tea stations on each floor. I would definitely stay here again!

Room was very small but everything was clean. The biggest problem here was the lack of silence, since I could hear every step and word outside of my room, since the doors are old and the walls are paper-thin. That is one of the reasons people go to hotel- to get some type of peace and sleep. I would not stay here again, unfurtunately.

We stayed here during our very first trip to Stockholm. It is VERY conveniently located. We took the express train from the airport to Stockholm Central and walked here from there. (It was a nice spring day. If it was colder we probably would have taken a taxi.) This hotel is a 3 minute walk from the Royal palace and the Nobel museum. There are also lots of great restaurants close by. If you only have 24 hours in Stockholm, I'd highly recommend this place. The staff was super friendly and super helpful. Breakfast was included and very tasty.

Breakfast is fantastic (with dairy free and gluten free options). We booked a small double and it was just big enough for what we needed - a place to sleep and relax some between sight seeing. Location makes walking manageable and it’s nice to be right in Gamla Stan! Shower water pressure bountiful. Front desk is staffed 24/7. Did need sleep masks (In our room the skylight shade couldn’t close completely.) Used the sauna and plunge pool which was lovely.

A lovely hotel on the very heart of the Old Town. Friendly service and good breakfast, including several delicious vegan options.Only a few hundred meters from the subway and a kilometer from the central station. Very nice place to stay!

Amazing, historical hotel in the middle of Gamla Stan. Perfect laction, delicious breakfast (even fresh juice), good standard, comfortable bed (slept like a baby). Very Clean. Nice and helpful receptionists. You can help yourself with the tea and coffee at the reception any time.

We had afternoon tea here. The afternoon tea was okey. Simple options and neat. Downside is the reception and payment system. We needed to pay before we got seated. The reception was quite small and crowded for guests. Not so pleasant to stand and wait with your friends. After we left I got a call about the payment we made was wrong, so I went back to the hotel from the subway station. It turned out the payment was right and it was miscalculation on the system. :/ The reception was friendly and helpful but it was still quite troublesome and careless to make such mistakes.

Good, clean room, really nice, friendly and helpful staff, good, tasty breakfast, easy access for taxi and walking distance to old town. Downside room a bit on the cold side, heating system seemingly had a day off - but bearable for one night.

Great spot in old town. The hotel has more historical items than some of the museums. You will want to use stairs instead of elevator.

Die Zimmer sind sehr klein aber originell eingerichtet. Man hat alles was man braucht.

Tolles Ambiente, sehr netter Service, gutes FrĂĽhstĂĽck.

Terrible hotel, absolutely overrated, the single rooms are tremendously small (9 m²) and with a single bed which you pay 120€ per night! You have to pay extra 40€ per night just to have a double bed. Really, not worth your money and absolutely way too expensive. The reality does not reflect what they promise on their website... I feel trapped and I'll never come back.

Excellent location in heart of old city. Room was clean and good enough. Matress was a little soft. Decor in lobby less my style, a little vintage, or Halloweeny? Breakfast was great.

My husband and I visited Stockholm for our honeymoon. Overall very cute, comfortable hotel with a decent breakfast. Great location too. We did have a bit of an awkward situation at the front desk however regarding their laundry service. They charge $10.00 USD per shirt / per pants / per any 1 piece of clothing to wash. We were already skeptical about using their service because of cost but decided to do because of convenience. Sadly we were not able to use the service because we were 10 minutes late to their cut off time. (9:10am vs. 9:00am). The front desk was not friendly to us when we asked to do the express service noting it was an incovenience to them. We then asked if they had a suggested alternative for us to get our laundry done to which they promptly said "no" and looked away. We ended up going to the laundrymat that day. Not a fun way to spend vacation but had to be done. My basic feedback here is if someone asks you for help and you don't know the answer, open your computer browser and try to help versus blowing your guests off.

One of the loveliest hotels I've stayed at. The location is perfect and in walking distance of almost everything. The staff were so helpful and the breakfast had vegan options which I really appreciated. Look forward to staying here the next time I visit Stockholm.

We stayed in one of their apartments (which is in a separate building). The location was amazing! You could look out onto Stortorget. The apt was clean and had plenty of room for the four of us. Highly recommend!

Absolutely perfect location to stay in Stockholm. Right in Gamla Stan and literally next door to the Royal Palace. Unlimited stores and restaurants nearby. Great Breakfast. Hotel itself is something to see with the decor. My only complaint was my room didn’t have AC, but the rest made up for it.

Great location. Clara, the receptionist, was courteous, knowledgeable, and friendly. We wanted to upgrade our room and none was available. Overall, all members of the staff are fantastic, Cecilia is very helpful. As for our room: each room is unique in its own, the overall lighting in the room is subpar. The bed is comfortable. Bathroom: heated bathroom floor and a nice shower. The complimentary breakfast is appreciated. The great location comes with a disadvantage: noises can be heard late in the night from local venues. We'd stay here again in a larger room with better lighting.

Great location, good bed, but if you want other standard creature comforts this place is not for you. No AC and our room was in poor repair. Also, be prepared to hear the church bell ring on the quarter hour all day and night. The staff is very friendly and breakfast is good too. Hotel is minutes by foot to great sites, great food and shopping.

Great place next to the king's palace in the old town. Kind staff. Cool decoration. Enviromentally good place. There's a few things that aren't good. First the church bells ring all night. Every 15 minutes the bells ring even when its night. The rooms atleast my room was really warm almost hot. The breakfast is decent there is not much to eat. Overall id say 3 stars.

Lovely, old hotel with a lot of charm. My room had lovely decor, a nicely updated bathroom, and a comfortable bed. The high traffic area of the room nearest the door was in need of some attention. It was clean, but there was noticeable damage to the walls, furniture, and carpet that gave it a bit of a shabby feel. A little time spent touching up paint and steaming carpet stains would go a long way. The sauna in the basement should not be missed if you stay there! I also found the free breakfast very nice: fresh, filling, and a good range of choices.

Super helpful 24 hour reception, decent breakfast catering to various diets, room was small but cozy with a humongous bed. My partner and I enjoyed staying here a whole lot, right in the heart of the Old Town.
