It was value for money that specific time in our trip. This is not the best hotel, is outdated in so many aspects. The room was clean enough and the breakfast decent. Definitely a great choice if you are on a budget. If not choose something else in the center. It has a bus stop and a super market really next to it. HUGE DISADVANTAGE : You can’t access with a lime (electric scooter) the area. It is restricted from the app !!!

Don’t book it due to its location. Due to construction work nearby, it is 20 minutes walk from the hotel to the ferry terminal, including a 2-floor staircase where you have to lift your luggage manually. Booking a hotel in the city and come by public transport would have been more convenient. It is a pity that the hotel management did not realize that they should provide a mini-bus transfer service. The room is not clean enough. The first room has a bad odor in the bathroom, so I asked to change to another one. In the second one, I found a handful of hairs here and there.

Yleisilmeeltään kulahtanut hotelli. Huoneet kuitenkin siistejä ja palvelu asiallista ja perusystävällistä, mutta vähän halutonta. Paljon perheitä ja lapsia. Sijainti vähän syrjässä ja ruma ympäristö , mutta keskustaan lyhyt matka esim. metrolla. Hyvä hotelli, jos olet autolla palaamassa Suomeen, voit yöpyä ja jatkaa aamulla suoraan aamulaivaan.

The staff is very nice, making the stay better. But I can’t help the feeling that I am sleeping in a factory like building. The room was very clean but not pleasant. Value for money is good considering that this is Sweden. Breakfast was included and it is VERY nice!

Tiiä häntä 5*, kun menen vasta ensi kesänä... mutta likka kehuskeli enempi siedettäväksi mestaksi. Pakko uskoa, tai ei jatkossa työntele pyörätuoliani kaukomatkoilla .. siis joskus 40-!luvulla, kun satanen (100v.) täyttyy. ;-)

It's fine and the gym is 24 hour. Very basic shrimp sandwich in the restaurant which cost 200sek, no mayo, no egg, asked for extra bread, waiter said he would have to charge for it. Was not impressed. Oh and I saw rats running around by the construction site across the road, not the hotels fault but still, there was a family eating right next to them.

The place is beautiful outside with the Baltic ocean in front! Buuuuttt the shower was horrible the water goes over all the bathroom not to mention the super old sink! But the WORST part is that they have in summer a sunrise at 3:30 am and they don’t have blinds nothing to maker really dark the room ! My 3 year old baby was like mom is morning already at 4 am!!! For me the worse part very bad nights because of that and the pillows!

It was a very bad information when I booked my residence in this hotel even i have called and tried to check out all hidden details, the experience in general was bad 👎 the make me bay for the parking almost 12% of my reservation total charge. Actually the breakfast was really poor and it's not possible to take a decent path because the water is going to spread out in the whole path room floor! Unfortunately to be honest I don't 😕 recommend this hotel, be careful and look out for all the details My rating for employee's is around 6/10 Which considered ok Goooood luck

Quiet, well-equipped room. The staff was very friendly. Breakfast was picked up when there was an early departure. I really recommend.

Service is great and employees were all great! BUT. The hotel needs some updates. Hopefully to come with the surrounding area being rebuilt. Wifi was at the lowest times struggling just to watch a full HD video on YouTube. This when my floor didn't seem crowded with people. Room also need some parts of refreshment within a couple of years. Mainly the bathroom, poor drainage when showering, water covering most of bathroom, stained sink, hairdryer looking like it's from the 90s. Also better AC features required. Doesn't need to be a cold room, but getting temperature down to at least 21C should be a goal when it's summer months. Breakfast is decent and okay value, given it's included. Some labels in the breakfast for items in the hot containers didn't match up though, it'd say hard boiled eggs, but was actually Bacon, with no sign at all for Bacon. So some small details there to be worked on Other than that mostly normal Scandic experience. Affordable, and you get what you expect.

The worst hotel ever! Unusable Internet, you can't download anything! It takes 20 mins to get there from the metro instead of 10 with high staircases without elevator due to reconstructions and the was no info about this while booking! Poor breakfast. No vegetarian options, only bread, meat and watered omelett. So ashamed. Breakfast was included but I couldn't eat anything. So ashamed, change your chef. The room was on 16th floor and there is a skybar on the 17th. And after 10 pm you can hear loud music from the upstairs. Also hair on the bed, dirty cup and spoiled furniture. I was so fan of scandic but now I have to find another hotel net. Unfortunately. I'm so angry. My staying in Stockholm is ruined.

Greatest view from window ever. Also great Staff, always helpfull, especially dude on reception who looks like Ridge from Bold and Beauty - man you were great, thanks for patience! Cons: bit far from city center.

It’s really far from the city center, around industrial zone. During the summer there’s too much light coming though the windows, maybe a blackout would do the work. The wifi didn’t work either. I’m pretty sure I’m not coming back!

Top Class, breakfast as well as staff - the place to stay at, while in Stockholm 1 night or 2 - What a view, A View To A Kill - a Thrill - U must get there

Room was so old and worn, and no safe nor fridge in room. Room was OK ish but be aware of how old room is, beths though was great. And staff at the hotel was super nice and helpful.

Functional business hotel convenient walking distance to our customers facility. Good breakfast but limited dining options even in surrounding vicinity (former Dock area under renovation).

How fascinating are the drinks at the Skybar and the attention is incredible, despite a lot of demand from customers around asking for many cocktails, the workers know how to function skillfully and at the same time provide quality service. I hope to be back there again. I totally recommend it ;) Skybar

Kinderfreundliches Hotel in guter Lage am Värtan mit Ausblick in den oberen Etagen. Freundliches Personal, gute Zimmer. Einzig das Frühstück hätte etwas abwechslungsreicher sein können.

Nice hotel near the harbour Värtan (Tallink Silja) The room in the 10th floor got a stunning wiev over the harbour. The room was quite big and nice, it was still the standard room. The hotel got also a gym and a golf simulator/training place inside with different carpets 😃

Great omission of the employee at the reception on New Year's Eve. I was a guest with my family and I asked for a parking place. They didn't mention me that they have their own parking garage in the basement of the hotel, which is also reserved and paid at the reception. If you do not pay for parking in front of the hotel, you will find a yellow paper on the windshield, a fine of 1000: - (100 €), even on New Year's Eve at 4 o'clock in the morning. The EasyPark app will give you a notification that parking is FREE for the January 1st. Everything else is ok, with food, accommodation and a phenomenal view.
