The mattresses are way too soft no support at all. Pillows worthless. Room as basic as can be. Not once was my room cleaned in the 3 days I stayed there. There is no air conditioning in the rooms, it’s in the halls but not the rooms, windows don’t open either, oh they say they don’t for security as it’s a tall building, poor excuse as I’ve stayed in taller buildings where the windows crack some at least. Anyways had to keep the door propped open to try and cool off the room before trying to get some sleep. Barely worked. Look I get that Stockholm is not the warmest of cities but my god it was stuffy. They did brings fans but that was essentially useless. I will say that the restaurant on property was rather decent and that is the only saving grace for the property. It’s far from everything and looks like it was decorated by a blind guy throwing darts at a color board. I will never stay here again.

Quite a good hotel. It was a little sad that we didn't get a room right away. It went according to the instructions. The breakfast was varied and good. Calm in general.

Went there to see The Weeknd tour in Tele 2 Arena which was a decent walking distance away. Overall nice location with lots of good eating places around. They allowed for a late (1 am) check in and the desk staff was very helpful. One of our favorite things was the complimentary breakfast which featured a variety of delicious options. The room quality was fair, but the electric water kettle did not turn off and became a hazard.

Great value for money! Nice rooms and nice bar. Hammarby sjostad is a lovely area for a walk and has great restaurants and bars by the water.

It is a completely ok hotel to spend a night. Rooms are quite big and comfy. Bathroom is also big. It's reasonably clean, not much to complain about there. Bed is firm pillow was thin. There is parking available in the lower floors but space is limited. And it is a extra charge. And if you want to leave the car after checkout time it is an additional cost. Staff is super helpful and service minded. Brakfast is good. Plenty of warm food to choose from. Great coffee. Only complaint was the bacon. Tasteless and owercooked, didn't even know you cold fail with bacon. Overall it's a ok place to stay the night. Will com back for sure.

My first room had a remarkable noise of ventilation system. Luckily the staff was kind enaugh to replace the room, which had far lower noisefloor. No complaints otherwise, the hotel looks nice and neat, it has plentiful and tasty breakfast table. It is not too far from the city central and has nice neighbourhood. Would recommend.

Not in city centre but very close to Sickla kaj tram station. It’s a 2 min walk. Rooms are great, with an amazing view to skyline at 14th floor. Breakfast is decent too

If you want to see an amazing view at Stockholm, you should visit this hotel and book an apartment higher than 8th floor. I lived on the 12th floor, and a view was incredible. Also, the territory around the hotel is beautiful and esthetic. The administration was very polite and took into account the wishes of clients. Rooms are also clean, and a bed is comfortable. I had a good experience.

My room was was quiet, spacious and comfortable (a fridge would be a nice addition) Staff were very helpful and great room cleaning Good breakfast - special mention for the tasty pancakes and jam The hotel is local in a residential area. Places popular with visitors can be accessed by tramway / underground not to mention the convenient ferry nearby that takes you into the city centre. Some visitors may prefer something more central hence the 4 stars (I opted for a bigger room/ lower budget ) Plenty of options to eat out near the hotel and supermarkets too

The room was basic but very comfortable, clean, toiletries but tested on animals etc. The staff were all very friendly and helpful, and we got a packed breakfast on day of departure when we had to leave at 3.30 am. The breakfast each day was amazing! Very plentiful, very good vegan options, tables got cleared very quickly. There is a tram station just round the corner, but we decided to walk to the ferry terminal, about 30 minute walk, to get to the ABBA museum, Vasa Museum etc. From there we walked to Gamla Stan and then walked back to the hotel. We could have easily done it much quicker by public transport, but decided to walk. There are many lovely restaurants and bars in the area where the hotel is. It may not be right in the centre, but it's not far.

Good location and very near to the metro station. The rooms are of decent size and we got a good deal on the rooms. So we are happy 🙂. The hotel wifi is very good and I was able to make my online teams calls without any problem. Brackfast have good options for both non veg and veg. Which is hard to find. Overall we liked our stay at the hotel. Good place to stay for work travellers.

I'd say its a over average hotel, rooms are kind of basic and cold at some points in the night you can wake up from the pure feeling of needing some way of heat, the food is very good, having a good variety of food and the typical meatballs from sweden. And the location is kind of tough to get from the airport if you are a tourist but other than that the food stands out of the rest.

Excellent value for money, great selection at breakfast, good service - ideal location as very easy to get into town just a tram/ metro change on the excellent public transport services. Not given five stars only due to some minor issues which didn't affect the stay - including some building work at revolving door entrance, entrance/ door open function not highlighted with a clear sign

Advantages : Hotel in quiet area. Breakfast quality and diversity decent. Polite personal. Downsides : Room cleanliness, bed linen not quite at an enviable level for a 4-star hotel. Bathroom, outdated, sink with a line ie cracked. No slippers included in room. Hand soap, body lotion, shampoo and shower gel - same fragrance like there's no difference, like same liquid in different labeled bottles.

The bathroom was not very clean. We did not receive any room service during our stay and are very disappointed. This does not match the high price we paid for the room. Card reader in the elevator did not work. The only plus is the location which is close to Nacka.

There is no heating in the room, a replacement heater was brought. There is no small fridge. The mattress cover has not been changed during daily cleaning. Dirty cups have not been changed. The window cannot be opened to ventilate the room. The floor is not good. For a business room in a four-star hotel, it doesn't live up to expectations

Stayed there for 10 days. Very close to the ski slope. The rooms were too warm and the windows don't open.

We were very satisfied with this well located hotel, next to the tram station for the city center, close to the departures of nature hikes, clean room, large, very good breakfast. correct price.

The check-in experience and Room facilities was very bad. The Check-in time as per the booking was 15:00 hrs, we reached the hotel even later at 15:30 and was told "The room is not yet cleaned'. When Questioned, the front desk executive said "We never guarantee a check-in from 15:00 Hrs. Check-in can be anytime after 15:00 Hrs and we cannot guarantee a time". The Executive's name was Apollo. Moreover, in the room the TV didn't work and the bathroom door did not have a latch. To sum it all up "please avoid this property and keep this as your last and least preferred option."

Team needs to be more responsive to the customer grievance. Also The safe in the room was not working and this was informed to the reception desk immediately. The person assured to take action by informing maintenance but no action was taken at all. wrong slope in shower area meant that water was flowing all over the bathroom area causing lot of inconvenience. Performance not in consonance with standards of Radisson group of hotels.

Superoverpriced, bar closes at 22, no minibar, soap is locked into the wall as if they think guests will steal it. Breakfast was good and the morning staff were nice. Checkin took forever...

Service is good like any all Park inn by radisson. Breakfast was really good. Lot of options and bacon was delicious. There was not proper coffee machine though on breakfast counter. One more thing mentionable is you can borrow a charged power bank and return later. This is super convenient for tourists. Only con was: You can’t lock bathroom door. Explanation given was only couples or family comes to live in hotels which is stupid.

Terrible condensation in the room. Had to put towels down to catch the drips. Staff could/would do nothing to fix it. Was not offered an alternative room. Just lent a fan which helped with the heat. Rooms are large and the shower excellent. But no air conditioning is a massive issue when there's no way to open the windows. Buffet breakfast is very good.

Visited for a conference. A short walk from the light-rail station. The interior is more worn than I imagined. Conference room was too stuffy but overall adequate facilities for a small group.

Rooms are basic, no complimentary toiletries, was asked to pay for a charge adaptor especially as there were no usb ports. Receptionist was unhelpful in recommending places to eat....all in all pretty poor for what we paid!

Value for money. Food is just awesome. Go for rooms with city view

Very bad service. Tables are not cleaned at the breakfast. The invoice for my stay wasn’t provided, had to call them 5 times! Do not recommend!

Pretty good location and reasonable price tag, spacious rooms with views and comfortable beds. Unfortunately that's where the positives end. Interiors are form-over-function, with some really annoying features such as faucets that run water just an inch from the edge of the sink and bedside table surfaces that are an arm's length below the bedframe. The ventilation is unusually loud, there's a lot of noise leaking in from the corridor and other rooms, and there are lights in the windows that you cannot switch off (!). Cheap, rough toilet paper. Breakfast was not very impressive and they served bad boiled eggs (i.e. brown, smelly yolks) - hoping this was just a fluke. Probably won't be back to find out.
