I was so impressed for the cost. Excellent check in and desk staff. Really helpful and friendly. It was self catered and offered enough to allow us to provide good but not much more than breakfast and a cc quick pasta meal. But why would you not be out and enjoying Stockholm? Transport is ready and a short and cheap trip to the city centre is fifteen minutes away. No traffic noise. Local pizzas were okay

This is a great choice when you're looking for a longer stay in an apartment in the Stockholm area. The rooms are quite small, so the maximum people to fit in is a couple and a small baby. They have 3 cradles available. The service was super friendly, even making working opportunities possible for my wife on short notice. There are 2 metro and several bus stations quite close, so either you walk 20 minutes to get downtown or use public transportation. 2 minutes away is a playground for children and several options for lunch. Enjoy your stay!

They are scammers, They took almost 20000 and didn't let us to unbook when we had to cancel (almost two weeks before the date). Do yourself a favor and don't book this fraud hotel for yourself. Notice that they kept all 100% money

During staying at this hotel, we have been locked out from the hotel without the access under -4 degree weather, however it’s not our check-out date. While we called the customer service line the guy was super passive and impatient, and we’ve been waiting for someone to come and solve our problems for hour… you should really improve your poor service quality.

Location is good. Front desk staff is kind. Manteinance manager is terrible. We received a dirty room at check-in. They said they would clean it the next day and they didn’t, so the following day they upgraded us as an apology. Following week they were supposed to clean on Monday, they didn’t. Then they said Tuesday tops, again they did not. This is unacceptable. I really wouldn’t recommend this place.

Nice hotel apartments. Quiet neighbourhood. Shops and transport in 5-10 minutes reach by foot. Rooms are good. Not so big but enough to stay for a few days. All clean, all necessary equipment available and working. Have laundry self service. Easy access with app for which you need Bluetooth.

Perfect stay for a decent price. The apartments are cozy and fully fitted. No need to interact with the concierge as everything is dove online or via the app. There is a small gym on the third floor, with a couple of treadmills and mats. Highly recommended if you with your spend a couple of weeks in the city and work remotely. The closest train station is 5 min walk. Perfect location for anyone who likes running too. The edge of the island are 15 min walk away. You can walk to Odenplan in 45 mins.

Top class apartment rooms in Stockholm. Bed was a bit small for twp people, but everything else is smooth and perfect experience.

Room was pretty cold and there was no way to add extra heat, the AC did not work. Plenty of hot water and good water pressure. We stayed for 5 nights and there was no cleaning or receiving fresh towels, also you are obligated to take the trash out yourself (hotel rules). Pretty pricy given the fact that we benefited from nothing but the basic. Very good location, close to the metro stations, front desk staff polite

Wir waren für 4 Nächte hier, grundsätzlich waren wir sehr zufrieden. Die Lage ist super, 2 Metro-Stationen sind in 5 Min zu Fuß erreichbar, ebenfalls Bäcker, Supermarkt und Restaurants. Das Zimmer hatte für 2 Personen ausreichend Platz. Es war sauber, im guten Zustand und es ist durch Rollos und einen Vorhang abdunkelbar. Das Bett fanden wir mit 1,40m zu klein, obwohl mehr Platz vorhanden gewesen wäre. Auf Wunsch haben wir KeyCards erhalten, da es mit der App wohl öfters Probleme gibt (haben das bei anderen Gästen auf dem Gang erlebt). Den Wunsch mussten wir jedoch im Voraus 2-3x anfordern.

Nicht weit von zwei U-Bahn Stationen entfernt, sauber und durch das Zutrittssystem auch sehr sicher. Zimmer sind nicht übertrieben groß und es gibt leider keinen Haartrockner. Müll ist am Ende des Aufenthalts selbst im Müllraum zu entsorgen. Schlüssel für den Zutritt lautet lediglich auf die angegebene Handynummer, sodass nur eine Person den Schlüssel hat. Geht das Handy aus welchen Gründen auch immer nicht, kommt man nicht ins Gebäude und auch nicht ins Zimmer.

The room is clean, all facilities you need, and big space to put things away, however, the bed is rather small for 2 people. Service is good, fast check in and helpful reception. Location is about 10 minutes walk to the nearest train station and 5 minutes walk to the big grocery store.

Good value, spacious serviced apartments. There is even a small gym free of charge and an actual gym ( Friskis and Svettis ) in the building. Nice location in the newly built areas of Kungsholmen and Stadshagen, a few sushi places around. There is a Panini internazionale nearby which is good to grab a morning coffee.

Avoid this hotel at any cost! If there was a grade lower than 1 star I would give it to this. Me and my wife regrettably booked 19 nights for over 17000 SEK here for her dad coming from Iran. He was told by the embassy to book an hotel prior to getting his VISA but unfortunately, his application was later rejected and we directly contacted the hotel trying to unbook our room. To our great shock and horror this hotel did not allow us to cancel our booking because it was closer than 14 days to the check-in date (we mailed 13 days before). The most horrible unbooking policy I have ever experienced and I have travelled a lot in the world as a part of my profession. The personel and manager I communicated were completely cold and inconsiderate to our situation, and they rejected all our offers for our unbooking, like even getting only 25% back or rebooking the same stay at a later time. So now we stand here literally scammed on over 17000 SEK! In our communication they were unbelievably rude and unprofessional. They even admitted that they dont even allow unbookingfor people getting sick prior to check in. In these COVID-19 times, this is not only incredibly scary but also completely unacceptable from a moral standpoint. Please do yourself a favor and don't risk your future stay by booking your stay at this hotel. There are many more hotels in Stockholm with much more reasonable unbooking policies. This one is borderline scam!

Staying here for nearing to a month, good stay and convenient. However, the stove is always an issue where am not able to cook at most occasion. It is unmanned so no technician service on weekends. Bought a lot of ingredients but unable to cook. The front desk tried to help but still couldn't solve the issue hence the 2 stars, appreciate if this can improved if kitchenette given then should be proper.

Overall enjoyable, and good value for money. The room was lovely and comfortable, and the mini kitchenette was a great bonus for making coffee etc. The reception staff were friendly and helpful. The location although a bit out of the way of the central area, once we figured it out was easily accessible by underground. As a hotel, reception should be open for longer hours, at least until midnight and a lounge and coffee bar would really be a nice addition. The general cleanliness was acceptable, but our dishes in the cupboard were not clean when we arrived, and considering this the request to wash the dishes and empty out the dustbin before checkout did not go down well. This is a job for the maintenance staff, who are obviously not doing it, not for paying guests.

The cook top takes forever to even boil water. I think cooking anything within a reasonable time may not be possible.

It's really comfortable and clean accommodations with friendly staff, good location and own laundry room.

Found this place very good before but the standard has just gone down. Now it has become a place with a lot of disclaimers, warnings about extra fees if you do something wrong and a pricey but worthless breakfast bag. The rooms start to get run down so it needs to be renovated soon. I hope they will freshen up and get it back to the level it had before.

This hotel is such a big scam. Don't let their high grade fool you. Recently, they have been adopting a very fraudulent business model, where they are trying to scam their guests of large sums of money. I booked to come there, but my trip got cancelled and they never gave any money back to me.

Specious room, clean, cool view. 15 min from downton by scooter/bike. Super easy to use those and get around city. This is really good choice if you want ok location, clean&large apartment, and don't want to spend too much money on the accomodation (stockholm can be pricey)
