Great hotel located in central Stockholm with short walk to the major attractions like shopping centres, the old town etc. The room was pleasant with comfortable bed. The decor of the bathroom is perhaps a little basic. There is a superb outside heated pool and a sauna which is well worth checking out. The breakfast buffet is excellent. I’m sure we’ll be back

The Clarion Hotel Sign is one of the best hotels in town with full of luxury. You will find the best suites here to stay. The views from this are also nice. You can stay here for more and more weeks. The food is also good and maintains all safety and hygiene. Here you can find different cuisines to eat. You can enjoy dining here. A complimentary breakfast is served here. 9 out of 10 marks given to this hotel. Thank you team. And all the best

Do not book the suite! The room is huge but there were so many problems due to a lack of maintenance. The lights were flickering, the shower gel fell of the wall twice and the coffee machine was leaking. The shower head was tiny and the toilet seat was made of super cheap plastic. Also the air conditioning is not capable of keeping the room at a bearable temperature - if it’s a sunny day the room will heat up after sunrise due to the super large window front (which gave actually a quite nice view) heading in eastern direction. The super thin curtains aren’t helpful either. The air conditioner was also very loud to top it all off. The furniture in the living room and the bed were nice whereas the closet was almost falling apart. The breakfast was absolutely fine and so was the rest of the hotel. I guess my rating would’ve been a lot better if I hadn’t booked the suite. Edit: since you’re writing generic answers to my complaint I have to reduce to a 1-star-rating

Rooms with everything you would need, no frills. Good service with staff who will try their best to make your stay an enjoyable experience. A friendly, fun culture welcomes you in the music-themed lobby. The location is great for business trips, being between the train station and main conference centre, but is poor for sightseeing.

Really nice clean and spacious room and bathroom equipped with Rituals cosmetics. Very good breakfast. Excellent location; close to the city centre and a few steps away from the train station (1 stop away of the airport). Would definitely come back

Amazing hotel! The staff here were all so friendly and the room was very spacious. Overall very convenient as it’s <5 minute walk from central station. The bed, pillows, and blanket were actually so comfortable and warm - I believe it was all down. Breakfast was amazing and they have these wake up shots of ginger and I drank 8 of them. Sadly we had to catch a 7am flight so missed breakfast our last day. Would definitely stay here again if I come back to Stockholm!

good hotel near the central station and city centre. the breakfast was good with enough selection. the people are very kind and professional and are always there to solve problems. One negative point is that there is just a bathtub not a real shower, which isn’t acceptable for a 4 star hotel. The gym which is included and is opened for 24 hours is great!

Lovely hotel in a great location with a fantastic breakfast. The gym is well stocked with equipment and very high tech. Breakfast is awesome, especially their energy shots, you really must try them. The rooms are ok, but perfectly good enough. The walk from the train station is about 3 minutes, with a direct train from Arlanda airport.

The food was not good att all and the service was really bad in the restaurant, only a few spoke Swedish. There was so few elevators that we had to spend an hour waiting for them in total. Rooms were good and the SPA ok, even if it's a bit o a stretch to call a pool and sauna a SPA.

Great modern hotel near everything. We were a family of 4 and got an amazing "corner" room at the very end of the hall what was v-shaped. This gave us lots of room for 2 twin cots and a queen sized bed. Buffet breakfast was very good. Would stay again.

This is my preferred hotel in Stockholm, but this is the second time in 3 weeks where the bathroom smelled like a sewer. And these were on different floors also. The room in general and the amenities are great. The staff is excellent and always professional. Due to the size of the hotel it’s usually very much crowded during breakfast (0730-0830). This time around they even decorated the elevators in relation with Valentine’s Day.

Pretty much your average Nordic hotel. Nothing fancy, but a bit above the average in Sweden. Having that says, the location is pretty great, smack in the middle of the city. And pretty much next door to the central station. The decor is nice and modern, and the breakfast was pretty good. But the fact that the cleaning crew emailed me straight away when they found my forgotten headphones definitely impressed me! Thank you for that!

Tough to review because I like the hotel style and the staff but the coffee at breakfast is dreadful - I don't understand why it's as bad as it is. Stay here if that's not important to you. If good coffee at breakfast is important, as it is to me, look elsewhere or bring your own. I might bring my own next time because the hotel and staff are great apart from this. I wish they did coffee as a better thing.

Ups: Good location right next to the central railway station, and not too far from T-Centralen. Room was available before our scheduled check-in time. Room was quiet and comfy with good AC. Fine breakfast. Warm pool on the roof. Good spa services. Downs: Music in the lobby was too loud, and in the rooftop bar WAY TOO LOUD on our visit 11-14 July 2022. 3rd floor view into the courtyard is nothing to write home about. Observations: Breakfast has to be booked beforehand online or in the reception. Hotel guests have to pay extra to use the pool. In Clarion Helsinki the pool is available to guests at no additional cost. Would this be possible to implement here too?

We chose this place because they had a rooftop pool. The hotel actively uses the photos of this pool in advertisements. Unfortunately it is only accessible upon paying 500 SEK per person per day. Otherwise, the hotel was good and the personnel was very kind to us.

Rooms are the main criticism - really quite small and mine was very cold - I had to ask for a heater as the room was cold . Bed is too soft and not supportive and pillows much to soft with no support. Pool / sauna was closed for maintenance Phone in room is irritating - can't get rid of the illuminated message button Good extensive inclusive breakfast. Good proper coffee is extra price though Location is convenient and easily walkable from the railway station I think it's over-priced for the room size/quality and I would try to choose something better value and room standard next time

Das Hotel ist sauber und modern. Leider hatte der Pool während unserem Aufenthalt aufgrund von Wartungsarbeiten geschlossen. Das Frühstücksbuffet war hervorragend und reichhaltig. Die Zimmer sind etwas klein.

The room was nice - I have stayed in nicer ones at the hotel - however it was clean with the basic amenities for one night ok. I had crutches and the room was a bit far away. Breakfast here is really good! Loved the spa as usual - the big hot pool is wonderful to float and swim a bit - feel like it’s not winter. What made my stay the best possible was Rahel at the spa. She was so helpful and nice, giving good tips about the food and also helping me out because I had crutches. Definitely made the stay great! Since it’s also about service and she was the best! I have to add that Emil at reception is a great asset to the hotel - good problem solver and customer service! Bravo!

It was the best choice I made to stay at this hotel with early morning flight to catch from Arlanda airport. The train station is just few 100 meters away and the airport train - Arlanda express whisks you in just 18 minutes. Hotel has great bar and the ambiance was great on Friday night. Rooms are very comfortable and modern.

My favourite hotel during business trips in Stockholm. Cozy rooms, clean. Small but well equipped gym with treadmills. You can also request vegan breakfast in advance (through email or during checkin; but then you need to request them from the breakfast staff in the morning and it can take ~15-20 minutes to get it). But even without this special request there are many vegan options in regular buffet.

Delicious food ,lovely view from room .room so nice and all staff are so friendly its look like home atmosphere. We realy enjoy with family .one of best hotel to stay with family .great service .

A perfect place to stay if you don't want to be able to sleep because you hear the sound of the band playing in the lounge at midnight. The sound waves travel neatly through the paper thin walls of your room, which is an interesting design. If you want to escape this phenomenon you can always take a stroll in the park in front of the hotel to have a brawl with your local druggies. But the breakfast is nice!

Great location. Near the train (Armand’s Express) so we just took that from the airport. It was about a 20 minute ride and then about a 5-10 minute walk to the hotel. Service was great at the hotel. Our air didn’t work very well in our room, but everything else was good!

Room was spacious and comfortable and despite the hotel being busy there was no noise in my room. I had a lovely view of the park through a floor to ceiling window. The breakfast was varied although it was sometimes tricky to find a seat. Location is good and central.

Lovely overnight stay in the city centre. Clean rooms & excellent breakfast. Shame the rooftop pool is currently closed, have been there previously & loved it.

Amazingly close to the station as you get off Arlanda express, it has a little park out front and the road isn't too busy even though it is central. Found really nice places to eat and drink with ease from there, and the metros and trams were a swift find for accessing the city sprawl. The staff were very pleasant and helpful on arrival and held onto our bags before we could leave. Our journey to Stockholm was unfortunately long, and we were hungry, and the cost of that was £23 for the packet of crisps and wine teasingly left out to relieve us.

The best thing about this hotel is its location. It is close to the central station, yet there is a lovely green area in front of the hotel. It was very crowded around check-in time, and the process took some time. It is also pretty busy during breakfast time, but the food quality and selection was good. There is a pool in the spa on the 8th floor, but you must pay extra to visit it ( around $50 per person per visit). Our room was OK, but the bed was uncomfortable, especially the pillows.

Location amazing for train to/from airport. Staff excellent. Rooms clean and nice. Only comment on rooms is not great pillows. We would stay here again. Good for family. Good food too - breakfast is comprehensive buffet and dinner is lovely menu.

Great location in the centre, close to the station and the Arlanda express. The rooms are furnished with design pieces. The hotel is huge, which means that the breakfast buffet is a chaotic experience. Loud, hard to find a seat, lines... also, given the rate they charge for a room, I found it really disappointing to be charged extra money for the baby cot for our child

A great modern, large hotel in a convenient location! I didn't realize until afterwards that this is the largest hotel in Stockholm! The staff were very friendly. The rooms were comfortable and clean. The breakfast was comprehensive and offered lots of options for all guests. Be sure to make a reservation online for the free breakfast as times will fill up quickly. Location is convenient to the train station but also numerous restaurants, parks, and shopping.

Perfect location. Unique view of Stockholm skyline. Good breakfast buffet. Convenient that there are four elevators specially that there is a pandemic. However, the rooms should be cleaned properly - specially the bath tub. Otherwise, we enjoyed our stay.

Christoffer was an amazing host and this hotel has everything you want. The service is great and the staff will help you with everything you need. If you are thinking about booking this hotel, JUST DO IT!!

The hotel is centrally located, quickly accessible from the airport bus. It is large and the rooms are comfortably furnished. There is a roof terrace with pool and sauna. The bar is very friendly, but closes already at 22:30. Not quite as refreshing is the cleanliness. There were unclean plates at the breakfast buffet, very unpleasant. And room service is satisfied when the bed is made.Tables are not wiped, used glasses are not replaced. The ladies at the front desk are not adequate at checking guests in and out, it takes forever and ends up being wrong. The service is not as high as the price.

Great location. Reception is kind of small for check-in, but if you are a bit more well traveled maybe you do like me and use the self check-in. Nice open bar area. Breakfast is up to the standard you'd expect from a Swedish hotel.

Great location in the centre of Stockholm City. Nice and clean room. Check in staff very polite and helpful as well as all the restaurant and bar staff.

The front desk customer service was good. Personable young lady. The extra add ons were good as well (late check out and chocolates & wine) and not too expensive. The room itself had a comfortable bed. I’m noticing the more I’m in Europe, the more I realize this thing about double queen sized beds. Just different for me. The view wasn’t the greatest. Overlooking some of the parking lot, the corner of a Stockholm high rise and a bit of the park. The bathroom had stains in the tub which we had to call room service to clean for us. Also, for some reason we couldn’t book any dinner reservations for the on site restaurant. There were no dates available for up to 3-4mths. We were able to book breakfast though. Just seemed odd. It was an Ok experience. I’d probably choose elsewhere next time.

I has been at better Clarion Hotels with better foods and breakfast this was terrible with terrible nonchalant receptionist. Also conferencestaff was terrible. I will never ever choose Sign again.

Excellent hotel at the price. Central, but still a little bit off the noisiest parts. It’s not the cheapest place, but not expensive either. Well priced. All the basics were well done. The room was clean, relatively spacious and silent. The breakfast selection extensive, the restaurant very good and the sky bar nice. Wifi just works - no dumb sign-in process or code. They also offer something as novel as self check-in. You still need to load your own key, but at least you don’t have to wait in line to get it. I guess this happened die to Covid-19, but I hope it stays. Overall one of the best hotels I’ve stayed at in Stockholm. Highly recommended.

We were there in February, just an overnight while some work was being done at home. I chose a room with view over the park and it was so worth it! We also enjoyed the spa, sauna and pool I really like this hotel, great staff, good breakfast, spacious and clean rooms. However, avoid the restaurant, it's been bad since it opened years ago and I have yet to speak to someone who had enjoyed it.

My team visited Stockholm for a conference, and Clarion was where we stayed. Conveniently located next to the Arlanda station and within 5 minutes walking distance to the main shops. The rooms were spacious and warm (it was -4c!). The Reception Team was so lovely and helpful. I'll definitely be booking myself in when I visit STO on holiday.

Walkable distance from Stockholm Central station. Stayed there for a night, as i was travelling to south of Sweden for work. Check in process was quick. I booked room with window. The room was surprisingly spacious and size of bathroom was good. Breakfast space was huge with lots of option, being an Indian veg had fruits, breads, pastries, and coffee. I saw room service mentioned in the room notice, but didn't try it. Check out process through kiosk. People trust your say, in the check out process, the system asked did i take anything from minibar. Since I didn't take any, i answered no. It was one of the quickest check outs.

Not worth the money. The location of the hotel is good and the outlook is also nice. However the service is low, staff rarely look at you and they ignore you. Our room had no view, the light in the bathroom and hallway was flickering heavy like at a rave party. We had booked the breakfast at 09:15, we arrived a bit early and I wanted to order an omelette, the wait to get an omelette was about 20 minutes with only 3 people in line in front of me. After we finally got the omelette and I was about to sit down I saw that the staff was clearing away everything from the buffet! Nobody had informed us that the breakfast would be cleared away at 09:30… this I think is really bad and I have never seen elsewhere, why take bookings for breakfast at 09:15 if they close 15 minutes later…? There were more small incidents during our stay which made me question why the price of this hotel is so high. One of these was the room being really hot all night although the aircon was set at the lowest. There will not be any next time for booking this hotel.

This hotel has nice and contemporary decor. Great location with 100m walk to/from Arlanda Express train. Very nice and helpful personnel and help was available easily and quite fast through text message. We got assistance at breakfast for allergies (well appreciated) and nice guy from bar borrowed a bowl and spoon for child's evening porridge. Family room was spacious and nice, good air conditioning. However noises from other rooms could be heard and the bed was too soft leading to backache. Shower would have been easier to use without bath. Also it would be useful to have a place for coffee items (sugars, creamers etc) instead of keeping them in the coffee mugs which are supposed to be used for coffee. One disappointment was that the rooftop pool was open for children only during mornings, which did not fit our schedule so we missed the fun. Anyway, nice hotel and could visit again.

This hotel is stylish and in located in a convenient spot. We needed somewhere close to Arlanda Express and this is a very short walk to the station. It is also close to everything in town. Breakfast was included with our room and we were so impressed with the spread. It has every choice imaginable, even an omelette station. I was told that there's a simpler breakfast option available before 06:00, which is fantastic for travellers who need to travel very early. The room was comfortable and bathroom was heavenly. The staff was nice but not terribly warm, which is not necessarily a bad thing. It certainly feels like a hotel that's geared towards the business crowd. There is a pool but you have to pay to use it.

Clarion Sign Stockholm is located a 5-minute walk from the central station, and Arlanda Express train will have you at the airport, ARN, in 20 minutes. The hotel is close to both restaurants and shopping and within walking distance of most central sights in Stockholm. On the ground floor you will find the lobby and restaurant, and on the second floor is a large gym with all you need to keep in shape while staying in town. On the eighth floor is the Spa and the heated outdoor pool, whilst it is a great spa, access is charged for. The rooms are bright, well planned and a good size with great views from the higher floors. The hotel is an excellent choice for both business and exploring town

Nice hotel but not good in handling reservations. Two rooms were reserved by us per e-mail but the hotel only claimed one, because they didn't read the mail properly. Upon arrival it was bluntly stated that they had only one room and nothing else available. No action whatsoever on their part to rectify it. Only after some asking from our side the person working at the reception went looking for her chef. But she couldn't locate her so she came back with the same message and hoping that we would go along with the situation, caused by the hotel, not us. Again we had to ask her to undertake some action on her behalf. She stated that there weren't any rooms to spare so even her chef couldn't solve it. But when we stressed that we wanted to see her chef she went out to look for her. Now her chef was located and she solved the situation in a few minutes. We got the second room and all was okay. Why does someone work at the reception with such an attitude ( I don't care, the computer says no), making statements about non availability of rooms while someone else solved it in a few minutes? The rest of the hotel is okay (the breakfast buffet is outstanding!), but the reception we had was a really bad experience and as such not easy to repair. Next time I will look for another hotel, enough to choose from in the neighbourhood.

All is fine but pillows. It is not clear that 2 pillows on the bed are different: one is like sleeping on a paper and another is just too soft. Memory foam would be an all night dream. Overall clean, didn't test breakfast.

The staff was very helpful. We really enjoyed the breakfast, and it was available early. The location was fantastic because it was close to the train station and also the commuter train to the airport. There's a cute little park across the street as well. (It was beautiful even covered in snow.)
