4/5 JULIETTE A. 5 months ago on Google • 78 reviews
I
stayed
in
the
hotel
for
4
nights
during
September.
I
was
one
person
and
was
given
a
double
room
by
the
only
person
I
saw
smiling
during
my
stay!,
which
was
really
nice
and
comfortable
for
me.
The
room
was
beautiful,
spacious
(of
course),
had
an
office
and
an
armchair,
tv,
coffee
facilities.
My
room
was
on
5th
floor
so
it
was
quite
as
well.
The
breakfast
was
really
good
,
there
was
a
variety
of
different
things
to
choose
and
the
coffee
was
very
nice.
I
also
visited
the
bar
a
couple
of
times
and
the
atmosphere
was
very
nice!
The
music
also,
but
a
little
loud
for
my
taste.
The
location
of
the
hotel
is
perfect!
It's
close
to
the
old
town
(walking
distance)
and
all
the
historical
and
cultural
things
you
want
to
visit
during
your
stay
in
Stockholm.
There
is
bus
stop
a
few
steps
away
and
also
subway
just
around
the
corner.
There
are
also
a
lot
of
restaurants
around
and
a
beautiful
square
with
coffee
shops
and
restaurants.
The
hotel
staff
definitely
needs
more
training
regarding
welcoming
and
friendly
service.
They
do
not
smile,
they
don't
seem
to
care
about
the
guests.
They
didn't
suggest
anything
regarding
the
city
and
transportation,
they
didn't
give
me
any
information
about
the
bar
which
was
offering
food
as
well
but
they
did
charged
me
with
coffee
the
first
afternoon
I
was
there,
from
the
machine
across
the
reception
desk
and
generally
they
don't
seem
to
work
in
tourism
industry.
As
my
job
is
in
this
field,
I
know
what
they
should
have
presented.
Overall,
it
was
a
good
experience,
loved
the
place
and
the
city.
And
since
I
plan
to
go
back
soon,
I
will
stay
in
this
hotel
again
due
to
the
location.
