i use hostels every time i travel and interhostel was my worst experience. the toilets were super dirty, bathrooms stink. there are bed bugs. also, most of the guests are living there. they are dangerous. i saw security guy sleeping on the sofa most of the times. people drink and make noise in the hall. there are no windows in rooms which makes it hard to breathe and fall asleep. the only good part was its location but you can find better alternatives if you pay a little more. i could give - points if i could.

Do NOT stay in this place. You read other reviews in booking and in google reviews. You will find out why this place is terrible. 1, One woman with short hair in the reception was extremely rude. She forced me to pay for the bedsheets even if I had my own. Just terrible customer service and extremely arrogant attitude and not helpful at all. She claims that she is the manager of the place and she even said she like scamming people. 2, They charged hidden fees. You have to pay 50SEK extra for bed sheets but they did not inform the customer in advance. 3, The toilets were not clean. Not enough toilets for so many guests on one floor.

This modern hostel provides a clean and comfortable environment, with hassle-free check-ins that make your stay easy. However, there are a few areas that could use some improvement, such as the number of showers available, which can be insufficient for a large number of guests and tends to get quite crowded. On the plus side, the hostel's proximity to public transportation and tourist attractions is a significant advantage for travelers. It's worth noting that bringing your own bedsheets, pillowcase, and towel is recommended, as these items can be rented for an additional charge.

Absolutely wouldn't recommend this place, even less for long stays. These are my views after staying for a week. There was a bad smell throughout the ground floor; the kitchen was dirty, even though it's modern don't let yourself be fooled, there was a cockroach infestation. The rooms were not ventilated at all, and there was a musty smell on the first floor. There was enough space in the rooms to store luggage though. Bathrooms were ok. Hygiene wasn't the best either. People regularly got their food stolen as well... I think I'll stop here. The only good thing was the reception staff.

I went to this hostel with another 18 people, once we got there to do the check in, the receptionist had very impatient attitude with us although we were trying to make things simple and quick for all of us. She lost the patience several times and, in my opinion, didn’t give us the attendance expected from a hostel. After a hard time to make everyone pay, we discovered everyone had been charged with a different price, we discovered 4 different prices when all of us got bed sheets and there were only 2 different rooms. We tried to reason with the receptionist, but she wasn’t listening at all. The rooms were correct in space and there were several bathrooms in the hostel. In conclusion, if u are attending the public in your hostel, you should have patience and try to explain your costumers what are they being charged for.

The hostess does not speak English, you are not allowed to see the room before paying, and there are no refunds. The place seems dangerous and very unhygienic. We decided to not stay in this hostel even after paying 60 euro's.

Pretty cheap price and friendly staff. However the room has NO window and all and kitchen/bathroom/toilets were pretty dirty. Also, our food was stolen from the fridge. Appropriate for overnight sleep. Location is perfect.

Tiny, stuffy, not air conditioned rooms. Dirty beds, everything from padlocks to bed linens costs extra. At least the showers are nice and you can store your luggage until 7pm after checking out.

Clean and good facilities. Rooms without windows are a bit weird/uncomfortable. You have to bring your own sheets/towels or rent them. Kitchen had hundreds of weird little flies but was well stocked with utensils. Staff are nice.

Rooms are small but sufficient. There are enough toilets on every floor, the showers are clean. The kitchen is very well equipped and there's free coffee and tea in the morning. Staff is very friendly. Excellent location to explore the city.

Out of the hostels I have stayed in, for the price, this isn't that bad. The welcome was okay for 2am and the guy was friendly enough. Left to my own devices to sort stuff out in the morning. Showers and toilets are kept clean and tidy, shower pressure is good and the heat is quite instant. Beds are passable for comfort, I was in an 8 bed place and the guy snoring can't be blamed on the hostel! The general location was good for getting around Stockholm as everything was in walking distance. You get your own plug and locker included but be warned that it can get a little nippy in the dead of night.

We didn't feel comfortable because there where a lot of strange people. We then only stayed for one night. I wouldn't recommend this hostel if you want to have a relaxed time.

I'm quite a fan of hostels in general, but this was definitelly a bad experience. The hostel is not a warming place, quite old and ugly both from the outside and from inside too. The common areas are not nice and warm as you would expect from an hostel. Plus the person at the reception is quite rude and not kind at all. When we arrived she did not reply to us as it was not time for the check-in yet. So she literally did not almost reply to us. And when we had to leave the last day she was not there opening the bagagge room for our baggage, despite the thing we asked her to be there at a specific time. We almost lost the flight for this. Also, it is not cheap at all if you consider that when you arrive you will have to pay extra money for towels and the bed sheets. But the most bad and horrible thing is that there were bed fleas in the room and we are now both myself and my friend full of bites. My friend had to take antihistamines just to give you an idea. The only positive thing is that is well located... But nothing else..

It's pretty standard as hostels go. The location is convenient but it's not so pleasant. Paid rental of bed linen is compulsory unless you bring your own (and sleeping bags are not accepted). Thankfully, they didn't take a deposit for the key since I was planning to leave before the opening time of the reception in the morning.

This hostel is in a great location. The rooms are a bit small, but they are clean. The place could be kept up a bit better, some bathrooms were missing essential items such as soap and toilet paper. When notifying the staff they said they would get to it later.
