Great customer service by Alice. The room comes with a small kitchen, tv, and bathroom, and is excellent value for money. 30 minutes by train from central Stockholm so also in a good location. Would highly recommend!!

Nice play for stay. Breakfast was excellent and the staff were helpful. Has kettle in every room and kitchen is well equipped.

The hotel is just 5 min away from Kista galleria and metro. We stayed here for 5 nights (both in single and double room) and can't fault the place. Rooms were clean , for the price you pay breakfast was 10/10. They got Laundry room, small gym and sauna. Staff were nice and very helpful. Will definitely be staying here on my next visit to Stockholm.

Quite new Hotel a bit outside of Stockholm but still good to reach by metro and a shorter walk. I liked the roof terrace (inside, outside) a lot. Staff was friendly and welcoming. Rooms can be quite small, mine didn’t have a table (this I used the roof terrace to work). Around the corner is also a bigger park if you fancy a walk in nature.

Great hotel! The name confused me first - I thought that "studio" means that this is a microhotel which consists of 3-9 rooms. But in reality this is 6-floor hotel with sauna, gym and great buffet.

Was here for a long stay of almost 2 months on a business trip. It was a relaxing stay and room category I was living that was Category A, was indeed enough for a solo person. Bed was comfortable and enough space for storage. Kitchen had enough utensils to cook things but ofcourse you will need to buy things if you will cook everyday. Washroom was clean and had provision of hot and cold water. Breakfast was indeed tasty and there were healthier options as well, i.e. Gluten free and lactose free options. Mainly option remains the same for the breakfast buffet however there 2 dishes which used to change daily Location was pretty good, near to forest area where you can enjoy an evening walk or a run. Kista Galleria and Metro is very nearby, some 500 Mtrs away. The hotel has ample parking space. Will surely come back again and stay here

late checkin instructions were announced, but never sent, so we ended up in front of the hotel's entrance, nobody there, emergency phone unanswered, no door code or anything. Not a welcoming move. Happened not just to me, but also to a colleague.

If possible, we would give 6, 7 or 8 stars! Great rooms that are very well taken care of as well as possibly the best and most professional customer service I have come across! Ms. Alice (I hope I got the name right) at the reception helped us out in multiple ways including parking for another car and accomodating us for a second night and was always more than friendly and keen to help! The breakfast was very good, the Location offers a great connection to the train for a direct route to stockholm. We can only recommend The Studio Hotel in Kista to every private and commercial traveler!

The Studio Hotel, I stayed in a room with Kitchenet, small living area and bedroom. Compact and neatly designed rooms. More than sufficient for a short stay. Few things guest need to notice before checking-in is 1. Kitchenet got just 2 vessel, no meaningful cooking can be done with it other than Maggi noodles 2. Regular toiletries like dental kit, shaving kit, shower cap, etc. are not provided, only body wash and conditioner are provided. 3. Rooms are cleaned only once in a week, and they call it “Save the planet”. 4. Only breakfast is available Dinner is not served.

The staff was super welcoming and friendly (a man), the room is spacious and clean and has all the amenities! The bedding was fantastic, we slept so well. Only thing was the location, but if you plan to stay in Kista it is perfect. Loved this hotel!

Wow what a horrible experience! For starters they oversold the hotel and moved us to a completely different hotel in a different city! They didn’t even call us to tell us they just did it and sent an email. This city did not have public transportation and we spent hundreds of dollars in extra Ubers! The people that work for this hotel never responded to our email and never once called to check in. We originally booked a suite and ended up in a completely different room type! I would like a call from the manager this was a horrible experience.

It is a good option for a one or two night stay for the budget traveller because it is easily reachable from Arlanda Airport by bus (it stops at Kista Centrum bus and metro station which is a 13 to 18 minute walk from the hotel depending how heavy your luggage is and if the Galleria shopping mall is open or not when you arrive or depart). The receptionist on the morning of the 20th May was absolutely wonderful. It is very quiet at night but during the day time with window open you will hear road traffic and the overhead metro so not the best option for those who plan to spend long hours indoors during the day. The breakfast is on the 8th floor with a lovely view but it wasn't satisfactory (bread was old and inedible, vegetable stew was salty, green salad was nice but had a lot of raw spinach which is not usually the best option for someone heading to a flight etc.) Finally, keep in mind it is Sweden so don't expect it to be organised and efficient like Central Europe. The reception is not manned for 12 or 13 hours in a day (in the weekends maybe up to 14 hours) and during my 27 hour stay the card key didn't work once. Luckily it was during the day at a time the reception was manned and he reprogrammed it. Be smart and if you go into the communal kitchen at night to grab a spoon, knife or bowl (of which there are literally only one or two of each) keep your door room open else you might find yourself locked out and potentially sleeping in the lobby.

If you’re a solo traveller on a budget I think this is a good option. The hotel was clean and functional. Rooms were a decent size, shower was good and there was a kitchen with hob, microwave, fridge and freezer. The gym in the basement was good with treadmill etc. It is 35 mins outside of the centre on the metro, located on an industrial estate so doesn’t have a ‘holiday’ feel to it. If you’re looking for a fun/romantic break away with friends/as a couple it would be better to stay in the centre, but if you’re on a budget and don’t mind travelling in each day then it’s fine for a couple of nights. Just fyi that the metro and a dual carriageway are situated just outside so it is noisy with the window open. A taxi from the airport cost about £40.

Lovely stay. I had reached Stockholm much before the check-in time in the morning. The staff still helped me check in (self-checkin) and did not charge me anything extra. The breakfast was decent for the price, less options for vegetarians like me

we had a great stay. came in town for the beyoncé concert. Alice was so accommodating and made sure my party and I were most comfortable!the location is close to two major train stations and it was easy enough to order when necessary. And the traditional swedish breakfast was great

Great hotel with an easy access to metro station (≈10 minutes walk). The breakfast is tasty but the choice is quite small. Service is great and all the personnel is really welcoming.

- There is no sound proof in rooms. - Staff weren't friendly except one receptionist man in the morning shift. - Cleaning supervisor lady was shouting out loud at her staff! - Room cleaning service wasn't completed. Summery: I won't stay or recommend it to my friends.

Best hotel in Kista for long term stay. Rooms are clean,laundry rooms are available,gym & sauna,parking for cycles. The staff is helpful and polite.

VEGANS: Se speciellt searched for a hotel with vegan breakfast, and it said on the website that that was the case here. Unfortunately, that was/is not the case. We spoke to the kitchen staff that managed to cook up some vegetables and spring rolls for us the second day which was nice of them, but we expected a normal breakfast. The hotel is not began friendly apart from having vegan milk options and one soygurt. There were no breadspreads, most of the bread had butter in it and even some of the müsli had butter instead of e.g. seed oil in it (why?). There were no possibility of the hotel getting plant based butter or similar because they only did groceries once a week and we arrived after that day. However, we were staying for 4 days, so that was a bummer. The kitchen staff tried to accommodate us, but it's just weird and quite unacceptable to put "vegan breakfast" on the website referring to oatmilk and cucumber slices. Putting that on the website does not include a small "solution-process" every morning trying to fix something. Very disappointing in 2022. + they had vegan croissants (third day they were out of them, but then they weren't when I told them we were vegans and that it was a pity) Other than that, the hotel is quite nice. The rooms are clean and so is the rest of the hotel. The location is approximately a 10 min walk from the subway/buses/Kista. Mall. One other downside was the difficulty calling them before check in. There was a number but no answer for 3-4 times (and no call back after leaving a voicemail).

Great place to stay when you work in kista. Nice tarrace and shared space on the 8th floor. Rooms are tidy but extremely small. Gym could be better. Weird booking system for iron.

Clean and spacious rooms, common areas well presented, good location for business travel in the nearby technology park. The downside is that the whole hotel stinks of curry, probably due to cooking facilities in rooms and a number of South Asian guests.

A very pleasant place to stay. Nice personnel, clean and spatios rooms, loundry included and a very tasty and diverse breakfast.

Good safe place to stay. Especially for people who are new in Sweden. The reception folks could help in getting the letters delivered to the rooms though.

I can't say enough good stuff about this hotel. I love absolutely everything except for the train tracks next to it and that's the one negative. They have brand new appliances I love the induction cooktop, the free laundry, and awesome workout room and free parking!

Reasonably price accommodation in Kista with free parking and small buffet for breakfast with good variety of foods.

Everything is just perfect. Awesome breakfast, awesome rooms. Parking on place, gym, laundry. Thank you for that perfect time there. Just have in mind that the reception is working till 18:00 so you have to ask them about lately check in which is not a problem.
