    This is perfect hotel if you want the accommodation in the old town of Stockholm. From this point you will easily get everywhere. The room was clean and it also had heating, which is great for winter. The shared bathroom was also very clean.

    It is located in the old town of stockholm, thus it is really convenient. Everything is all right with such price. Bed linens and towels are provided for renting.

    Very clean and tidy hotel. Unlike ordinary cheap hostels, this hotel maintains a maximum of personal space. The public area is limited to a kitchen on the third floor (no public space in the second floor), where you can communicate with other travelers. If you want to meet friends from all over the world through this, it is basically impossible, unless he lives in a room with you. The reception staff were welcoming and were willing to provide you with all kinds of information.

    Very clean, lovely hostel. Would recommend for a quiet stay in Stockholm. No parties or loud activities permitted so probably not your kind of place if that's what you're into. No stove.

    Correct place to stay for one night, you clearly not stay all day long in this room as it is quite small. The bed linnen were not made, however the public spaces were clean. Also, there is no reception...

    The location is excellent, easy to walk to from Central, and to get around all the tourist places. Close to the metro if you do need to take transit at some point. The rooms are tight, but have big windows. There are two rooms in the bathroom area which I can't imagine would be ideal. Mandatory linen, they charge automatically for it and it's extra on top of booking fee. There isn't much for a common area, there is a kitchen that can't be cooked in. So that's redundant. You have to be under 40 I guess for a 'safer' experience yet all the rooms are co-ed, so not sure what the age limit is for. There were only 2 small lockers in a room for 4, that would fit maybe a laptop bag, maybe. They don't come with locks and there are none available to rent from the hostel. The shower area is co-ed, each stall has a door but could be off putting to some. As far as the price goes, it's decent, but it's not a hostel to meet people or to do much more than sleep.

    They gave us a different room than we booked. You cannot call the customer service so we walked back to the entrance door to talk to the 'host' trough the doorbell. After a discussion they gave us a room in the Castle House Inn hotel.

    I booked 2 nights in March of 2020 to attend to a concert in Stockholm. But it turned to be the first lock-down because of the Covid19, and the concert was suddenly cancelled, and the flights too. I contacted several times with the hostel to explain the situation, but they refused to reimbourse my money, even when I couldn't go because of a reason which was not a decision of mine. 2 years later the hostal still doesn't give my money back. So I will denounce this establishment, as I've been informed that I have the right to get it back, same as the airways had to do it because of judges decision. I won't stop till you refund my money.
