Clean and neat enough. Friendly staff. The rooms where however very basic and impractical for the price. No hangers, drawers, ironing board or any place what so ever to put your clothes. No chair or seating of any sort. No desk. Basically, any baggage or items you will have to keep on your floor. Strangely enough, there is enough room for that furniture, the place looks like it has been robbed.

Nice hotel with OK rooms. The rooms should be cleaned a little bit better, and the WiFi service is bad. Nice location.

It's has a very good "on the go" service, automated self-service check-in and check-out system that I like. Staff were friendly and helpful. The hotel is a good walking distance from all the places tourists would want to go. The room was sized right for 1-2 persons, ckean sheets, big mirror, heated bathroom floor, BUT the overall smell was musty and the carpet was damp. This smell made the stay bad despite all the other positive stuff.

Very clean and cute room with a very efficient thermostat for temperature control. Super easy check-in and check-out. We stayed for one night and we were pleasantly surprised by how tidy everything was. The rooms are small, so it’s perfect if you are planning a short trip. Located to 10 min walk from the central station. I highly recommend it!

Rooms are great, and the breakfast is always up to standard at any Scandic. However the rooms were a bit smaller than expected, and we could hear quite some street noises. Other than than, great hotel, great location! If you're in town for a short visit, definitely a good option.

Central hotel in Stockholm. Very small rooms and you can’t even open the windows (the picture shows the entire room). There’s no place to have you luggage beside the bed, and with the AC in the room you can’t go below 23’C. The breakfast area is also small and crowded in the morning and does not offer a lot of options. For room cleaning they have started to not clean the room unless you ask for it during the stay (positive for the environment).

Very clean rooms, but small. There is not enough furniture to place your staff. It's good for 1-2 days' stay, but not for prolonged.

great place to stay for a few days - very close to attractive area of Drottninggatan, comfortable and quiet rooms, scandic-level breakfast, lovely and supportive staff. outstanding: nice gym and strong and stable wi-fi for comfortable remote work in downstairs lobby.

I've stayed here twice, June 2022 and March 2023 and both times were very nice, about 1/2 - 3/4 km away from the train station, I plan on coming back next year! Front of house staff were nice and accommodating!

Small, cozy minimalistic Scandinavian rooms. Very cozy. Lots of places to hang items, clean overall but a few stains in the carpet.

First, we got cold and burnt food and had to wait over 45 minutes for the two new melts which we didn't eventually take cause they were cold af. Customer service was poor (no actual customer service at all). No refunds, had to buy a lousy breakfast sandwich to get at least something to eat. Scandic guys - please train your staff members, seriously.

The chambers are small but you got everything you need. Would have been nice if we could open the windows. The staff was very professional and kind. The location is close to Arlanda station, which is a big plus. 👍🏻

Easy to access, good breakfast. For business trips is definitely a good hotel.

The hotel was ok but the room was very small. I especially missed a desk to work on. Ok for tourists but I have doubts for business travel.

The rooms are a little on the small side but nice. No closets and mine didn't have a desk or anything. The staff is very friendly and the breakfast is good.

First of all the location is good, near the busy street in Stockholm and Central station. The staff is also polite and they helped us to keep our luggage for some time before and after checkout. The breakfast they serve is also good and with various options.

Pretty great location, close to the city centre but not directly on the busiest street. Good but not any hype-worthy breakfast. Rooms and common areas are functional but not very inspiring. Cleanliness is ok. What's problematic and not mentioned in many reviews is that there is some live venue nearby from which enough noise bleeds through to keep you up, so earplugs are definitely required here. I think with the variety of hotels available in town, this one's not to prioritise.

A small hotel in the city center. Not too much noise from the inside. The price is reasonably low, but the rooms are small. Unlike micro hotels you do get a proper bathroom though. Breakfast is good, not great. Like all Scandic hotels there’s a micro market, but you have to wait in line to buy something. There’s also a cluster of lockers for storing your luggage after checkout. But again you have to wait for the reception to help you out.

not at all like the website, more like student accommodation or a hostel. Room is dirty, tv doesn’t work, no Channels (was told they have no channels at all in any room by the reception) casting doesn’t work either. Wi-Fi barely gets any upload. was then blamed for breaking the TV by someone on reception, because I had a Google chrome cast in my room, even though I hadn’t used it, and not to sure why someone was looking around my things in the first place, (all I asked them to do was fix the tv) she was no help at all, just stated she’d get someone to fix it after I’d checked out. Also the bathroom door doesn’t lock, the safe doesn’t work and the room is basically empty, no chair, tables, not even somewhere to hang clothing. Got to be the worst room I’ve stayed in so far in Sweden. Feel ripped off as it wasn’t exactly cheap .
