The campsite is seriously overcrowded. Very haphazard parking arrangements. The price for pitch does not include the showers, you have to buy tokens. The toilets are men and women's and are not very clean, the washing up room was also dirty. All in all its not very clean. We only stayed one night and then moved on. We didn't use the facilities because of there condition.

A very busy little city camping site. Facilities are fine, if a little cramped. There is what there needs to be, but prepare to wait as it is busy. Location is perfect if you want to get into Stockholm city.

We went for tent camping the other day and we were very welcomed by the staff and they were also very helpful with all the questions we had. The camping site has a good facilities everything from good kitchen to bathrooms and shower rooms they also have a laundry room. The reception had a mini market Where you could find everything from soap to food and they also Served light food. The facility is right next to Lake where they also had a waterslide that could be enjoyed by children and adults. We will definitely use this facility again!

We wanted to take a quick budget trip to the Stockholm and Angby Camping was the perfect option. However, your opinion of this place will likely be based on your expectations going in. It's a camp site with some cabins available. I read some reviews where people didn't like this place because they had to buy tokens for the showers or the WC smelled bad. It's a camp site. It's not that often that I go camping and even have hot water available. I've never had a WC at a campsite that smelled like rose petals. This was actually one of the least smelly WCs I've experienced at a camp site. There're plenty of paid WCs in Europe that smell way worse. The cabin we stayed in had a refrigerator, a small table, some stools and enough space for 5 people to sleep. Was the mattress a little thin? Yes, but it's a small cabin at a campsite. I didn't expect down comforters and a mint on the pillow so I was totally satisfied because it's about what I was expecting. The fact it had a fridge, a mini-market at the entrance to the camp and Wifi was way more than I expected. Again, it's all about what you expect. There is a beach nearby, it's close to Stockholm, was easy to find and was at least as good or even better than most of my expectations. My two teenage girls and I had a great time and we loved our stay. Thanks Angby!!!

Booked a cabin for me and my family after some vacation days in Stockholm. The cabin smelled and was really dirty. And it's just a room with beds, a a small table. Nothing more. Gave back the keys and rented a hotel room for the night. Never felt any better after taking a decision before. It's not healthy at all. Not recommended.

Overall it's quite nice place. We rented a small house, it was quite too small for 4 people. It's impossible to have a good sleep on the entresol for adults. The shower didn't work at first but we get another two tokens. The showers and toilets were clean. It's a good place for few days to visit Stockholm.

Ängby is great. I booked to come here 2019 and I would absolutely visit again! Last time we got a large cabin and the fridge and stove was a nice extra. The room was very clean, it’s an idyllic location, very peaceful and quiet. (Also about a five minute walk from the nearest metro station. Me and my friends loved hanging out together in our cabin and we enjoyed our swim in the lake. I can’t wait to come back.

A beautiful camping near to Stockholm. The area includes caravan area with electricity, cabin area and a beautiful natural forest for tents and hammocks. The facilities are good, there are several toilets, laundry room and showers. Also a chemicaltoilet disposal, for campervans. There is a restaurant and a beach 50 meters away. Also several shops can be found nearby. Also the info has some essential goods to sell. For children there is a big waterslide!! Staff is skilled in english and very helpful and genuine. Very good value for money. It's not luxurious, but it's clean and comfortable, it's got everything I needed for my two-nights stay. The staff's nice too. I recommend asking them how to use the showers before you waste your tokens 🙈

Worst camping I've been to. Bathrooms old and dirty. Camping looks more like a homeless estate than a holiday resort. Around there are many caravans where people live permanently. A refugee lives right next to the reception desk who plays loud music from early morning to late night. No one reacts from the campsite management !!! Awful place. stay away !!!

We visited there 2 years ago, just outside the season in middle of june 2016. There was a young girl working on the front desk and she was very helpful and nice. Our cabin was number 24 and we had our dog with us there. The place was quite quiet at the time. WC was clean and there was both wcpaper and handpaper and also handsoap. Kitchen we didnt use cuz we had cooking plate/stove in our cabin and it was enough. The cabin was neat but there was some sand and rocks on the floor when we arrived. Shower cost 1kronor/5min hot water, you should keep showershoes on when showering, the floors looked little questionable. The place as itself was very nice, liked the beach a lot. I don't know if my thoughts about the place are little blurry cuz we were on our engagement-"honeymoon" and love was in the air (btw i got pregnant there). Or is it just cuz i did not expect too much from the place? Anyhow we are definitely going to come back someday with a family little bigger. 😁

Small cabins, and the balcony was small and too hot to sleep on. The beach was terrible, and you need to pay for hot water in the showers

    - Stinky garbage containers close to camp slots; - Dirty service rooms (toilets, showers and kitchens); - Restricted to use grill and even portable gas stove!!! - Price in web site somehow different from the price when you come to the camping (I've got bill 345 SEK for caravan instead of 300 SEK indicated in web pricelist, not a major difference, but anyway bad sign).

There's a convenience store attached with the reception counter, which will be closed around 9.00 p.m. Shower coin: SEK 10 for 5 mins running water. Cleanliness of the toilet is OK. The plus point is there's a beach and lake located next to the campsite and it is quite peaceful wandering around the area. Fast check-in and check-out. The staff are kind and polite. There is a fridge and stove in the cabin. WiFi signal is not quite good though. Overall quite satisfied if you're on a budget since the accommodations in Stockholm are all very expensive.

The camping has beautiful spots to pitch your tent - in the middle of the forest. Other than that we didn‘t use many aspects of the camp ground. The lake is nice, especially when you walk a bit away from the main beach.

Nice place to stay for a few days. Close to the beach. 700 meters to T-bana station.

great location. very nice and helpful reception staff. however, the shocking technical condition of the campsite, cottages and toilets. This is not "old style", this is technical negligence. The cottage was dirty. cobwebs, dirty mattresses, fridge and floors sticking with dirt, nails sticking out of the walls. Cottages should not be offered in this condition. Plastic dishes in the cupboards are suitable for throwing away. You do not want to get in building with public toilets. Renovation is needed! Campsite owner, it's time for you to invest in this business! We are in the 21st century, in the EU and sanitary standards apply!
