Very cozy and nice spot for fika. Somewhat unique selection of pastry and bakery products. I enjoyed my time here.

Everyone is here for the Red Velvet croissant, although it was very tasty, but I recommend cakes and the traditional croissants as well! Staff are super friendly, there is both indoor and outdoor sitting.

Inside what's been called the ugliest building in Stockholm, you'll find some of the best food and pastries in town. The Reuben sandwich was excellent and the eggs Benedict were cooked to perfection, although the hollandaise sauce was lacking slightly in flavour. The cakes we had afterwards were also very good, although the red velvet cake could actually do with less filling and more cake. It also didn't taste like a chocolate cake, if that's what you're looking for. Very cosy atmosphere in December and nice and helpful staff. Only wish is that the food menu had a few more items. It's not a cheap place, but well worth it. We'll be back to try more things.

I got to this place to try their special red velvet croissant.. which was a certain disappointment - it's too sugary = sweet dough+sweet filling+sweet icing. Not balanced taste at all. Although their Semla is actually very 👍. The place is pricier than average bakery in Stockholm..

The atmosphere at this coffee is great! Beautiful and nice music. The staff is helpful, they speak English and explained everything to us. The food is amazing! Many varieties, all tasty really well!

Expensive cakes. The red velvet cheese cake is too sweet. After 2 days, I bought things there again. Still very disappointed ☹️! Only the red velvet croissant is fine, but not the best thing! Probably because it is too expensive. The cinnamon roll is extremely disgusting. The bread is the mixture of ginger and loads of sugar. Think of how weird it is. It made me wanna threw up after I ate only half of it!!! At last, I threw it away, cause the taste of it is unacceptable to eat!!! And that even costs 37kr and it’s very very small!!!!!!! Just a waste of money!!! If you wanna waste your money, just go there. Also, I don’t understand why there are so many positive reviews on google Conclusion: A bakery with expensive bread and cakes and disgusting food!!!

We ordered Cesar and Falafel wrap for lunch, and a slice of Devil's Chocolate Cake and Lemon Cheesecake for dessert. Everything was super delicious! Recommend you to try Falafel wrap and Devil's Chocolate Cake. We also enjoyed the really nice outdoor sitting area. Most definitely will go back to try more.

I do not understand the phonomenon of this place. Very many people which makes it difficult to maintain cleanliness. The queue to pick up coffee is one big misunderstanding, no one controls who ordered what coffee which results in the fact that you can take someone else's coffee. The cake only looks interesting. The sponge cake is very dry, which does not hold the cream. The sugar content is very high, and the fatty and sweet cream is difficult to eat. The employee was not fully informative about the composition of the cake and what products it was made of. My stomach did not like this cake. Now when I think of "Mr Cake" I will remember my diarrhea.

Coffee is good and also the dessert 😋 I like how huge the cake is. However, the staff took out an emptied plate and a cup of coffee, although, my friend has not finished the coffee yet. Better ask first for the next time, not quite impressed. I’ll go back but if it happens again, I’ll stop. Hope you improve your service :)

I'm a cake lover. I went to many cafes in Sweden but I have not found a good cake that much. But I love cake at Mr. Cake a lot because they have a rich flavor like cake I ate in Thailand and Australia. I really recommend their cake. I had no opportunity to taste red velvet croissant, Mr Cake's signature menu. I will come back next time. They always have a lot of customers in the line, but staff can manage to find a table for us quickly.

Nice cafe. Anything would have been on offer, but we came to warm up from the cold. The Red Velvet Croissant was excellent, the chailatte also tasted good. I would definitely like to come again and try the stuffed bread!

A place to taste delicious cakes and desserts but not a comfortable place to have a long conversation as another cafe. Especialy during weekend, think twice if you have a plan to spend time with kiddos under 5 there or elder. There is a long queue. I appreciate the way they distributor place to customer is very fair.

Very nice place. Desserts looked amazing. We shared a blueberry pancake and it was very good. I had a latte as well. The espresso on it must have been bitter as I could taste it even though a latte has quite a lot of milk.

The cream of red velvet croissant won’t be too sweet. But will make you super full. Nice atmosphere wanna visit again to try the cake.

Very good pastry and coffee. Loves the cute coffee art. One small negative that I hope they will fix soon. 2 out of 3 bathrooms had some issue at the time of my visit.

Good café with lots of tasty cakes, sweats and a really good red velvet croissant. It's a big place with lots of seating, and they even have outdoor seats when the season allows it. It can get loud when it's full. The cakes are great, but the coffee is just okay.

Too nice bakery. The prices are good. The sweets also very good. A quiet place where you can sit and enjoy your “fika”!

Absolutely adore every single cake, and the pancakes! If you're going on a weekend, go early! It gets crowded pretty quickly, but it's something you would expect of a place like this. During summer, it's also nice to order a take away and do a picnic in Humlegården. Would have loved to see more variety regarding the drinks.

Ordered the red velvet croissant and cinnamon bun. The croissant was great but it was just red not red velvet (red velvet has cocoa in it) 7/10 and the cinnamon bun was a 6/10 - just a bit too dry. I would get the croissant again, the inside had cream cheese in it and it worked so well!

Yummy, delicious desserts are available here. Cakes are the highlight as the name says. We tried few unique deserts which are usually unheard, unseen and unavailable anywhere else. Truly one of the must visit eatery in Stockholm.

Fresh but not the most tasty sweets, huge quantities but ok. Filter coffee though is very good. Ideal for summer days to enjoy the outdoor yard.

An exquisite place to have fika! One of best in Stockholm for sure! Three semlors and red velvet croissant are good recommendations for a first visit.

A lot of people but even more variety in different kinds of pastries and cake! A little bit expensive, but the sheer amount of choice makes up for that. Our favourite were the croissant, cinnabun and the semla!

Excellent spot for afternoon Fika. Polite attentive service for good pastries and coffee. I tried their Red Velvet Croissant. It was flaky to a fault and goes well with the vanilla custard stuffing inside the croissant.

Nice range of unique pastries, the red velvet croissant was nice to try but not my favourite from their selection. They do a good chai latte too. Sometimes very busy so be prepared to queue!

Nice place to enjoy a dessert and coffee. I really loved the raspberry cheesecake it was super delicious. Also the pastrys with Chantilly cream are amazing. I took a croissant to eat for breakfast the next morning and it was very flaky and buttery.

This place never disappoints! Cosy atmosphere and good food, a bit expensive but worth it. On my last visit, I was so happy when I saw latte art on my chai latte! The red velvet croissant is amazing and I order it every time I come.

👍👍 Amazing place with a cozy historical atmosphere. Perfect location with a nice view on the frozen Mälaren. We had semla and cappuccino, and I can say it was the best semla I had so far! Can't wait to come back when it's warmer to enjoy the outdoor space.

😐 Location is good easy to find and good indoor and outdoor seating area. It's very tidy, the furniture is a bit old but ok. There are several options for sweets, cakes and breads. I tried the typical Swedish sweet and it's good. I also bought the macaroon pack, there are 2 flavors that I liked, and t...

👍👍 The best bakery in Älvsjö. Great cakes and sandwiches and friendly staff. Interior upstairs a bit dated, and have a schools cafeteria kind of feel, but has its own charm.
