I keep trying again because the vegetarian broth is decent, but when you order online the noodles ALWAYS stick to the paper container and rips off. See photos. You end up chewing and eating ripped off paper. I always ask them to put plastic foil underneath but they don’t read instructions. Please change your container!

The place is good as I was told but unfortunately I couldn’t finish my place. You have a pic of the menu in case you want to check before your visit. We ordered the Tan Tan and the vegetarian options. The vegetarian was better that the tan tan tho. Probably I will be back

I assume this is the same management with Ai Ramen Klara. The ramen has the same rich broth. The fried chicken is crispy and really tasty with gojuchang sauce. One thing from Ai Ramen, their food are too salty for me, even for a person from south east Asia. Their ramen price is quite premium, 175kr with not so much topping. The fried chicken is 85kr. Although this particular place have a better atmosphere than the Klara, because of the big window, so it feels spacious.

After the renovation the place completely lost its charm, and the new menu is unfortunately nowhere nearly as good as the one before summer closure. Staff is great though, super friendly and accommodating.

The restaurant was pretty small, but still cozy - like cozy and intimate to bring a date here. Nothing to fancy, but nothing to special either. The food however, oh man. Oh man, oh man, not again. Yeah, I learned the game from William Wesley, you can never check me. Back to back for the… No, I’m just kidding. I’m not Drake. For reals tho, the food was fiiiiiire. Everything in that bowl was so well made, the eggs was so juicy, the meat was so tender that my taste buds could rip apart the meat. Really good ramen. Ai Ramen Sofia has my approval. (I ordered the Stlhm Shoyu)

Good meals, cosy restaurant with good tap & bottled beers and sake that has been a neighbourhood favorite at Södermalm. Ai is best known for their ramen. The Sthlm Shoyu ramen noodles have a springy texture was accompanied by a thick savory cut of pork belly. The meat has the right hint charsiu flavour done Japanese style which is wetter and saltier as compared to the Chinese version. If you are not a noodle fan, then the Donburi are good alternatives. This rice dish comes with poached egg, kimchi, mayonnaise, pickles and fried toufu or spicy Gochujang fried chicken. The sauce is not hot at all. It's more tangy, salty sweet. For those who are less hungry, just sides of fried chicken or pork nuggets with beer is a great treat too. Ai offers local beers on the tap and imported bottled beers from Japan. The star amongst these is the Japanese Nest Beer Red Rice Ale- a red sparkly ale blended lightly with sake. The bouquet is fresh, fruity with the aroma of jasmine rice. It went fabulously well with the sticky rich, slightly sweet hot sauce fried chicken. Seating at the restaurant is on high chairs at a table or counter. The kitchen closes between 1600-1700 CET but the bar is open. At dinner, the restaurant fills up fast. Good service from staff that has worked here since it's opening.

The best ramen I've had in sweden so far. Very cozy place and you can even dine in with your dogs! Their appetizer options are great! If you order extra noodles, you will be very full.

Never had proper ramen before. Pleasantly surprised! Short and clear menu. Quality over quantity! The portions are quite large though and will fill you up nicely! Favorite so far: red hot, edamame and a cold beer! I could come here several times per week!

The pork rib ramen was good, but maybe the broth could have had more flavor. The eggs were marinated for a long time and were tasty. The service is in English and cash is not accepted. I took a lager this time, which was really good, natural wines would also have been interesting. The place filled up quickly on Saturday.

Ramen is good here. I like my Pork Kimchi Ramen and Spicy Fried Chicken with Gochujang sauce. I recommend them. My boyfriend ordered Red Hot Ramen , it was delicious but I could taste a little bit too strong miso paste, when it is mixed with rich broth then we felt it was a little bit too much. But overall was so good. I love my cocktail Niwatoko, perfect combination. My guy tried Shouga Arashi. He did like it >_< , but for me it was not bad. It is just unique because of the rich taste of Sichuan infused vodka ...when it is mixed with ginger and lime...this cocktail tasted like strong herbs. I think lime made it too bitter, maybe better with lemon in my opinion. But I could drink anyway as I like herbs. Price and staff are good :) If you come at the weekend, the kitchen opens at 17.00. No need to book the table.

Solid lunch option. Have eaten here a few times and it's rather consistent. Delicious broth and rich succu lent pork belly. Noodles are the weakest link in the dish, and a little stiff with not enough chew, but still probably my favourite ramen place in Stockholm.

Super tasty ramen. Felt fresh, was really delicious and had a great depth of flavour. My gf got the Tan Tan, a creamier ramen with chicken, and I got a newer dish to the menu with pork, chilli and corn. Both were very good. Before that we started with the edamame beans. Nice and soft but a touch too much salt. Would still recommend though. Friends have told us the crispy chicken starter is decent too. We both had the pilsner, a lager we hadn’t seen before, and it was perfect with the food. Some interesting stuff going on in the loo too. Takes a little while to walk there from the main high street but actually really nice seeing the cosy residential area of Sofia.

Gotta be one of the best Ramen places I’ve tried. The noodles are fresh, the broth itself is really tasty and the marinated egg is a delicious surprise 🤤 It gives off a bar vibe and it’s a pretty nice place

Beware, they are not accepting strollers inside due to fire regulations (they claim). The food was great, lots and lots of flavours! Approx 10 minutes wait after order, which I consider quick during lunch! The staff was a bit off, almost like there was a negative vibe at the place. Not sure why. I've been there before and didn't notice it but the last time it was noticable.

Great quality food! The service is a little slow especially if you sit further away from the till. We had the ramen and fried chicken bowls which were cooked to perfection. Highly recommended!
