The
location
is
excellent,
situated
between
the
shore
and
the
Tanto
garden
houses.
White
it
has
high
potential
it
falls
short
on
2
accounts:
the
food
is
pretty
bad
and
the
serving
staff
are
snorky
and
lack
service-minded
ethics.
I've
been
there
several
times.
Food
has
been
equally
bad
every
time,
Staff
is
more
hit
and
miss.Today
we
were
forced
to
sit
in
the
far
corner
despite
being
the
only
food
guests
at
the
time.
When
we
left
we
counted
48
free
spaces
on
the
benches,
we
could
have
sat
where
we
wanted..
why
in
the
far
corner?
(yes
we
were
presentable
and
sober).
The
mussels
were
served
tepid,,
those
on
top
of
the
pan
were
actually
cold.
The
sauce
lacked
any
spice
and
just
seemed
a
water
and
flour
mix.
Tip
to
cook;
a
pan
of
mussles
shout
be
HOT,
(as
in
heated)
with
garlic
and
spices
in
sauce.
The
ceviche
they
serve
is
not
a
ceviche.
It's
just
shrimp
and
bits
of
fish
in
vinegar
with
diced
raw
vegatables
(ceviche
should
have
marinated
fish
and
preferably
also
marinated
vegetables
with
the
only
fresh
ingredient
avocado.
As
a
result,
the
"ceviche"
only
tastes
of
vinegar,
I
think
you
can
actually
see
that
in
my
attached
pic
On
top
of
the
above,
the
bread
was
dry
and
coarse
and
I
was
served
the
wrong
beer,
lol.
Sounds
like
too
much
but
I've
been
here
before
and
its
not
the
first
time
they
disappoint.
Two
only
good
things
with
Boulbar
Tanto
1)
location
and
ambience
is
excellent
2)
their
french
fries
are
very
good
So,
they
get
2
stars,
not
a
single
more
earned.
Visit,
drink
alcohol,
play
boule
and
have
fun
but
don't
order
the
food.

to
establishmen,
educate
your
staff
on
who
pays
their
wages,
we
the
customers)
