    Unfortunately, the Serafen emergency room has gotten really bad, when they were merged with the health center there. Now they refuse to extend prescriptions via 1177, but you have to pay to talk to them and when I try to talk to them, there are no available times. It was better before... It's unusual for me to change a review from a rating of 5 to 1, but this time I did. Sad that they no longer put the patient at the center.

Otherwise, unfortunately, now bad experiences where new doctors talk about their lack of time (certainly true, but neither I nor anyone else is helped), that tests cannot be done on the entire population (no person who calls and is in pain is the entire population, or?!). Need to learn more about communication I feel. Unfortunately, no confidence in the new at Serafen. Will have to find a new place.

    Located very nicely with retained charm for having been with it for so long. It feels pleasant and as a patient you are very kindly welcomed at the reception, by doctors and other healthcare staff. Various specialist units meet here and I visited an ear-nose-throat specialist, which felt very safe and professional. Will continue to go here on my return visits and can definitely recommend others to ask for a referral from their GP if they need an ENT specialist. I have also heard from others that several of the specialist units here are very good. I got an appointment within 3 weeks and am very satisfied.

The staff have, with a few exceptions, been absolutely OK - very professional and had/have given me a very friendly treatment. The big problem is - NUMBERS - getting in touch with Serafen by phone. The problem is not due to Corona - ! ! ! - but that the system has changed. I am 83 years old and have some hearing loss and motor problems. It is very difficult to understand what the recorded voice says when you call between 8.30 and 9.15. I have managed to get hold of the "direct phone numbers" of some GPs and of "elderly". When I call, the recorded voice tells me that the doctor cannot be reached "right now" and that I must call back later or be connected to another doctor. But I need to speak to a certain GP - Nabseth - who treated me before and asked me to come back. "Come back later" ? Why is it not possible - as before - to be placed in a TELEPHONE QUEUE and wait for the doctor to be free and can receive my call? ? ? The new system is a complete waste for us old and disabled people, especially if we have no relatives who can help us.

    Worst! Is written there. Tried to get an appointment on three different occasions in the last six months but was refused and at best a video call. Had blood in the stool and pain in the left side of the chest.. but apparently nothing serious according to them. Thanks for any help!
