Everyone here is in need of mental healthcare to begin with so therefore not in the best mindset which can make a bad encounter feel crushing, but having seen many different staff members here I can tell you that most are passionate about helping. I have had one doctor I found less than helpful, I'll admit that, but I have met with many at the clinic and everyone else has been very professional. I appriciate how much of the little things they help me out with, like getting medications, doctor's apointments, help with joining other rehab programs and evaluations for further diagnosis, as well as being reachable via SMS.
