What
a
nightmare
experience!
After
12-years
with
Folktandvården
in
Stockholm,
10-years
with
frisktandvårdförsäkring,
and
8-years
at
the
Folktandvården
clinic
Vasastan
I
suffered
from
a
root
crack
and
a
nasty
infection
that
pushed
me
to
get
an
expensive
bone
implant
just
before
having
to
pay
for
a
tooth
implant.
I
was
forced
to
obtain
a
second
opinion
at
a
different
FTV
clinic
just
to
get
an
antibiotic
prescription
for
the
infection.
Looking
back
at
the
recent
experience
with
the
clinic
in
Vasastan
I
observed
terrible
customer
service
when
having
to
contact
them
over
the
phone.
When
describing
my
situation
and
requesting
an
appointment
the
receptionist
did
not
consider
my
needs
nor
tried
to
listen
but
I
was
hurried
and
interrupted
mid-sentence.
When
dealing
with
frisktandvårdförsäkring
questions
the
receptionist
refused
to
directly
contact
their
colleagues
at
the
clinic
in
Fridhemsplan
causing
me
to
use
my
time
at
work
to
mediate
between
the
two
clinics.
During
an
ordinary
dentist
appointment,
I
observed
a
fast-food
core
values.
I
experienced
my
interactions
were
made
in
a
hurry
with
very
little
time
to
listen
to
the
patient!
Sometimes
the
consultation
was
interrupted
by
employees
barging
in
with
their
own
questions
or
asking
to
borrow
the
card
to
log
in
to
their
system.
At
times
they
even
overlook
closing
the
privacy
door.
During
one
instance,
I
needed
to
log
in
to
the
1177
app
on
my
phone
to
show
the
dentist
the
journal
notes
made
previously
because
they
forgot
to
sign
and
close
my
journal
in
their
system.
After
a
phone
conversation
with
the
Vasastan
clinic-manager
she
confirmed
that
they
are
momentarily
understaffed.
Nota
bene
that
complain
with
the
clinic,
patientnämnden
and
patientförsäkringen
Löf
for
compensation
is
filed
and
is
under
investigation.
Frisktandvårdförsäkring
contract
is
also
terminated
by
me.
