Feeling that the doctors and nurses actually care about you, listen to you and your problem, and do their best to find a cure or solution for your pain/problem. I've been in Sweden for more than 5 years, and Hedda Hector was one of the few centers (basically only 2!) that the doctor (Milad Rowshan) gave me the feeling of trust to my doctor again!

I'v been to Hedda & Hector twice, and both times was able to make same-day or next-day appointments. The team was nice, professional, and followed up with a phone call to share testing results. I did have to call to follow up but they were quick to respond. Thanks for good service!

I can say that I definitely had a very good experience at this Vårdcentral. The doctor was kind and took the time to talk with me and understand my issue. I was prescribed medication to treat the symptoms as well as a referral to collect samples on the same day! Very impressive.

Was really wellreceived, fast service, able to book a time on a Friday. The doctor even contacted me at 17:30 on Friday to answer some of my questions. Not used to that good communication in Sweden. Great!

Messed up appointment system. I booked a doctor's appointment last week for today's schedule and I even got an SMS confirmation from them only to find out that the said appointment didn't exist in their system. Sophie, the receptionist whom I made the appointment called after I sent an email complaint, only to say that she had no idea how it could happen, and didn't even know which doctor she registered me for the appointment.
