I
always
believe
in
giving
credit
to
people
who
give
me
good
customer
service.
It
makes
me
feel
as
if
my
money
spent
for
them
to
survive,
is
appreciated.
I
can
say
I've
heard
some
horror
Dentist
stories
which
made
me
avoid
going
for
about
20yrs.
Now,
I
have
good
hygiene
and
take
care
of
my
teeth
and
mouth
on
my
own
but
I
haven't
made
it
a
priority
to
go.
When
I
decided
to
go,
I
went
to
a
private
dentist.
The
experience
was
good
but
the
bill
just
for
a
check-up
and
x-ray
was
just
under
3000kr($300)...a
complete
ripoff.
So
when
a
friend
of
mine
said
hit
up
City
Dental.
I
booked
an
appointment
and
I
can
honestly
say
I
have
never
experienced
such
an
amazing
service
here
in
Sweden.
I
have
always
said
the
customer
service
in
Sweden
doesn't
exist
and
they
don't
see
the
value
in
a
customer.
But
I
was
proven
wrong.
Everyone
at
City
Dental
greeted
me
as
if
I
was
of
great
importance.
Never
did
I
feel
any
pain
nor
was
I
uncomfortable
to
the
point
of
regretting
me
being
there.
I
had
two
main
Dentist
that
worked
on
me
and
I
can
see
them
as
friends.
They
are
both
very
funny
and
comforting
all
while
being
professional.
You'll
never
probably
hear
this
but
I
always
look
forward
to
going
back
to
my
Dentist.
They
truly
love
their
jobs
and
that
shows
me
that
they
will
make
me
love
my
experience.
Thank
you
for
making
me
break
my
20yr
bad
habit.
And
I
also
gotta
give
a
shout
out
to
the
reception
because
they
are
the
1st
impression
the
customer
gets
and
that
will
determine
if
we
are
at
ease
or
are
unsettled
before
going
under
the
bright
light.
I
wish
you
all
the
best
and
don't
let
a
couple
of
rotten
apples
(customers)
spoil
your
reputation.
