I did a laser hair removal for Daniela. She was quick and managed to do a lot in 30 minutes and already after 2 weeks I see results after one treatment. I will definitely do my next treatments there. Nice place 👍

I recently went to Acape to have 10 birthmarks removed, and I have to say it was a terrible experience. The staff were unprofessional and gave me incorrect advice regarding my wound care. They told me to remove the patch the day after the treatment, but that was completely wrong and I almost got an infected wound. The doctor had to inform me that I needed to take better care of the wound. To make matters worse, the birthmarks returned only after a month and a half after the laser treatment. I tried contacting the clinic through their contact form and phone number, but it was just a total waste of time. I waited a month before I got any response from them. They told me I would have to come back and pay again to have the birthmarks removed. This was ridiculous as I had already paid for their services and expected better results. I would not recommend Acape to anyone. The staff were unprofessional, gave incorrect advice and the results were terrible. Save your money and go to a more reputable laser treatment where you can expect better service and results.

I got laser on my face. The owner did it and she was quite rude, especially when I tried to show her where I want the laser. She was not interested to understand and was like “I know what I am doing.” I also felt very unsafe at times and there was no reassurance but she was like “Sit still”. Never again with her. If I go back, I’ll try it with Daniela who seemed super nice.

Removed a free brake, am so happy with the result. Nice staff, helpful and professional. Can highly recommend this clinic.
