    I came via a re-referral for groin and hip pain since 1.5 years which is affecting my life significantly. A 15 min examination by a physiotherapist that five other physiotherapists already did 5-7 minutes with a doctor who did more or less the same thing. Then end. No x-ray, no ultrasound, no further examination but left with the same problem I had when I arrived. Talk about being interested in money from other county councils and nothing else. As I fought for this referral at my health center and it leads to nothing. The fact that some days I can barely get out and walk with my son in a pram is apparently nothing that Capio cares about. It took me almost 5 months to get to this visit and I traveled round trip 15 hours plus overnight. To then get 5 minutes with a doctor who doesn't know my history other than through 1-1.5 year old medical records that deal with something else (when the previous orthopedist for some reason focused on my back which I don't have a problem with) is so bad that I am at a loss for words. I was so shocked I didn't know what to say and now I'm sitting in the same seat again without any help. I was expecting an ultrasound and some sort of further investigation into my problems which some days mean I can't go out and go with my family and my whole life is put on hold. After 1.5 years, I still don't know what's wrong after 2 referrals to 2 different orthopedists and countless self-arranged visits around the country at my own expense. I leave Capio with sadness and anger and I didn't think they would be anywhere near as disinterested as they are. Update: I was contacted and a return visit which I appreciate although it would have been a proper examination with more time the first time as I am traveling 24 hours and have had severe pain for 2 years. No solution yet and they couldn't help me. Thumbs up for listening to me and giving me another visit, well done.

    This reception is grossly unserious and discriminates against risk groups. Will both jo and ivo report this reception for its horribly offensive treatment of an elderly person in a risk group. This is the absolute worst in health care when venture capitalists and greedy doctors are going to make a fortune by providing NON-EXISTENT care. But it is unforgivable that healthcare professionals treat risk groups so badly, as they should know better.

    Helped me with meniscus surgery in my right knee. Fantastic service and competence of everyone involved. Felt very well taken care of throughout the process, thank you very much!     Is completely satisfied. Received such good treatment from the staff even though I was terrified before my operation. Everyone was so nice and supportive throughout my entire day of surgery even though I wasn't the easiest patient. Per-Mats has done a fantastic job on my knee and I have a whole new life ahead of me without a knee that dislocates every now and then.

    Nine years ago I suffered a cruciate ligament injury and received fantastic help (doctor visits, rehab, surgery and more rehab) here. Yesterday I injured my other knee and was called within half an hour and booked in today for an emergency visit. Always pleasant treatment and you feel confident that you will get good help!
