I am English and have family living in Stockholm Whilst living in England, 4 years ago, I explored the possibility of having implants. In England, the cost was so high that I could have used the money to buy a house in certain parts of the UK! My son and his wife suggested I explored the possibility of having the work carried out in Sweden, where implants were invented, , so this is what I did. For a full mouth of implants carried out by Aston Dental, the cost was around half as much as it would have been in England. Even taking into account flights to and from Sweden, the cost was less. The service was brilliant and the care and advice second to none. The picture shows the results. I was very surprised at how little pain and discomfort there was throughout the whole procedure. I now live in Sweden and whilst I could go for checkups to a dentist closer to my home, I still travel to Stockholm for checkups twice a year. X-rays are taken and a thorough checkup is carried out. I am extremely happy with my new smile, whereas with my old smile, I always kept my mouth closed!!!!

I had to reschedule my appointment with short notice and was charged 500 SEK because they claimed I was a no-show. I called the dentist to inquire why I was charged and the dentist said it’s expensive to have have a clinic in downtown Stockholm so we need to get the money in somehow and basically hung up on me. They are apparently eager to make money to cover their expenses but not interested in patient care or customer service. I would avoid this clinic at all cost.

Don't go! It was a joke! I paid 980 SEK for a non professional tooth cleaning that was done in 10 minutes. When asking if my teeth are okay she told me that I have to book an additional check up which is 1700 SEK.

Unprofessional and highly agressive service. Totally not recommend. If i could give minus stars i would. Save your self a little time, money and pain and find another provider.

Had an emergency situation requiring tooth extraction while on vacation in Stockholm. Dr Shahla responded to my inquiry right away and was able to accommodate me the next day. She made me feel welcome and even helped fill out the required information for the appointment. The procedure was smooth and relatively painless, highlighting her expertise. I really appreciated the care from her and her team especially in regards to the extreme nature of the situation. Would highly recommend if living in Stockholm or even for emergency situations as a tourist!

When I was on vacation with my family, my cousin fell and chipped her tooth and I had a massive toothache. I heard about Astondental AB from a friend and called them up. The staff is amazing and very professional. Dr Shahla Hassanzadeh is awesome at what she does and had my cousin and I fixed up, so we could enjoy the rest of our vacation. Thank you Astondental AB for the great service.

I have visited Shahla and her team at Astondental a few times to put in a crown on my molar. They have been extremely professional, effective, fast, and empathetic. I will come back to her any time I need a dentist in Stockholm.

Very rude customer service. I made a mistake and mixed the date of my appointment. They called me being very rude when I asked if we can speak English and to repeat who is calling. So I got a rude attitude from the lady in English that they will send a bill for the missed appointment.

The staff were very personable, attentive and knowledgeable. In the past, dentists have checked, cleaned and then sent me away. It was different here - the staffs checked, cleaned, and made sure I understood everything. The problems I had, they worked on giving me a thorough solution or explanation of a solution. The staffs took their time to really care for my teeth. It makes the process a lot more reassuring. Overall, I highly recommend this place.

I went to a few practices in the city and I ended up being disappointed by the services. Astondental is different - dr. Shahla Hassanzadeh is extremely straight forward, sharp as a blade and professional. You get a thorough first examination and after that you’ll know exactly what treatment they’ll perform, and how much it costs. I wholeheartedly recommend it.

I needed some extensive dental work done and Dr. Hassanzadeh and her staff were very thorough and professional. I was a bit anxious about the procedures but Shahla and her team were very patient and answered all my questions regarding the treatment. Everything that needed to be done was explained in detail as well as detailing the different options available. In addition the team managed to calm me down to the point where I was comfortable with experience. I doubt I will ever find a dentist appointment a fun experience but I highly recommend Dr. Hassanzadah and her team.

The first time my husband and I went to Dr. Shahla clinic( Astondental clinic AB ) we knew it right away that we found a dentist and a clinic that we can trust. The dental office has up to date devices, uses advance technology and super clean. My teeth before was done very badly back in the Philippines. Dr. Shahla fix everything like starting from the beginning she did my full implants. The operation was done well and the truth did not feel any pain. The staff was very friendly they made me feel very comfortable. Highly recommended!!

I have personally had the best dental and personal experience at Aston Dental. Meeting Shahla and having her as my dentist could made me really happy and I felt very safe with her as my dentist. In my case, I had an accident in 2019, where I was in the need of going to an emergency dentist where they put in a crown that definitely did not fit my color but also my mouth, this developed in a severe case of bruxism, I ended messing up my front teeth. When I came to Aston, Shahla recommended me a whitening, and then changing the crown and installing three veneers, this has changed my smile completely, and everything was done in less than 3 months. Now I also use a night guard that Aston made for me and I feel completely safe that my teeth are going to be perfectly maintained from no on. I will come back at Aston Dental for any other tooth/mouth related issues as I feel like I have found the best dentist in Stockholm.

I know Shahla and Astondental in 30 years. All the filling Shahla made still there and nothing has happened to them. Now its time for implant and all done everyone adking me where did I make them cause they want to go to Astondental too. I ca really recommend them. 😍

BEST dentist ever. When no one was ready to take me Dr. Shahla did. I had so much pain in one of my teeth's, Couldn't bear the pain. Couldn't sleep during the night, couldn't work. As soon as I got into the clinic I just got that vibe. This is it. Outstanding clinic. Outstanding service. You can't find more qualified dentists. Without doubt the best clinic in Stockholm. You feel so secured.

Dr. Shahla Hassanzadeh is an experienced dentist whom I fully trust and who has helped me a lot. My fear of tooth removal due to a traumatic experience in the past is gone thanks to Dr.Shahla.

First off, read all the other 1 star reviews here. You'll see the truth. Also, read their responses. Their attitude shines through. I made a big mistake not reading them and only read the 5 star ones (I now highly suspect if they are real, who would create an account to just review a dentist highly?!). My experience was right there with those 1 stared reviews and possibly worse. My treatment was so bad that I feel traumatized. For some reason, I can't post the full story because it violates certain policy here but my bad expereince was so real. Hope this post helps someone at least not to be tricked.
