Problem
with
ventilation
in
the
group
training
room=>
in
a
popular
pass
like
pure
strength
it
is
hard
to
breath
after
30min.

Low
variation
in
passes=>
for
a
medim/low
level
trainer
it
is
hard
to
find
a
pass.
I
used
to
join
the
pure
strength
class
in
Liljeholmen
every
week
for
over
6
months
with
Chris
Green,
who
unfortunately
left
SATS.
That
class
made
me
strong.
But
after
joining
the
same
class
at
Hornsbergstrand
I
got
extream
back
problems
and
had
to
even
cancel
my
PT
sessions.
A
more
balanced
and
well
thought
class
can
help
everyone
enjoy
and
benefit
from
their
training.
Putting
extremely
challenging
moves
one
after
the
other
doesn't
always
create
a
good
and
healthy
class.
