If you are not in Sweden, zero customer service! Even if you are in the EU, already have Gymleco machines and just want to order some spare partes, forget it! They wount bother to respond. I have been emailing to Rebecka Berthelsson at Gymleco for last 3 weeks and asking them to call me back, no reaction at all.
