Really careful and entertaining guides, telling fascinating stories about Sweden. The fact we were able to do the trip with my wife and daughter (6 years old), made it even more valuable. I’m gonna be repeating the experience the following years for sure, as there are much longer trips than our last, which was around 2 hours.

Fast & kind staff, they all speak English. Time to rent was low, we were quickly in the water and enjoyed a 3.5 hours tour of Stockholm under a gorgeous sun. Absolutely loved it. Recommended to see the city from a different perspective!

Lots hilarious panic was had because I am apparently useless when it comes to cayaking. Something I didn't know until now 😂 The service was also really good and we felt we got a good an thorough walkthrough in how to manage everything. They even helped us to get in and out of the boats! Be prepared that with water all around you it might splash and get you wet! 🙂

My go to spot to hire Kayaks in the city. First time with SUP- first time disappointed :( Delay to our session as the boards arrived late. The “washing” of the boards between customers was more a quick wipe. My board smelled bad... it was quite an uncomfortable smell and made the experience accordingly less pleasurable. :( All in all I will stick to the kayaks. General: - The employees are very friendly and keen. - The introduction is quick and sufficient. - The booking online works well (You have to pay directly with the booking; there is the option of paying a „re-booking fee“). - The price for SUP is comparable to other places in the city center (a bit cheaper than Kungsholmen). - The canal and the route around Langhålmen is really beautiful. Online customer service was disappointing. Response time to email was more than 1 week (after writing several emails). :( the owner seems very considered and nice though.

We booked Långholmen Kajak for our kick-off for a group of 60 teachers. Although many were nervous before the event, the guides made all of my team feel safe and calmed their nerves down before getting on to the water. We had a guided tour around the islands of Långholmen and Reimersholme, stopping to wait for those who were not as fast and to learn about the history of Stockholm and it's many islands. The guides were not just informative but fun and made everyone feel welcome. This was the first time in a kajak for almost half of the staff and I can guarantee it won't be the last. Thanks for organising sunch a great event from all of the staff at Internationella Engelska Skolan Upplands Väsby. We will be back!

Långholmen Kajak Uthyrning is the best place I have ever rented a kayak. The place is well located in a channel where there is little sea and waves and it is easy to get started. The staff are very pleasant. There were also two people down on the jetty preparing kayaks and helping customers get started. Highly recommended if you are going to rent a kayak in Stockholm.

Great place to visit in Stockholm! If you’re not into touristy sites, kayaking around Stockholm is a great way to get outside & see the city from a unique vantage point. The city is surrounded by clean calm water in every direction. Easily accessible by bike or from Hornstull T-Bana. I highly recommend.

My wife, 18 year old son and I were lead by Sixten on a lovely, not very busy day. We could not be more happy with the service and were thrilled to be able to see Stockholm from the water under our own power. I highly recommend this option if you are looking for something a little unique.

Excellent place to practice kayaking, the water is great for beginners and there are many routes to choose from. I had lots of fun even though it was a bit windy. The kayak is stable and easy to steer, I felt safe all the way. The staff is very friendly, I will return soon!

I have used Långholmens Kajak for a team building activity. With the kayaks we went to pick up trashes in the surroundings. It was great fun and the team really gave us the right tips and advice to be able to operate in a nice way. Thanks again!

Nice staff and good equipment. After a brief instruction we paddled off into the beautiful surroundings. A leisurely way to spend a couple of hours on the water. Very enjoyable.

We went on the Stockholm guided tour 2 weeks back. It was my first time kayaking. I really enjoyed it. Guide was also really good and we got really interesting points about the city.

Friendly service. Reasonably priced. Inflatable boards which are very stable but slow. Basic paddles. Suit beginner paddlers. However, the beautiful paddling area more than makes up for basic equipment. I'd go again if I return to Stockholm.

This was such a good experience! A warm and welcoming team, knowledgeable and kind, well organized, helpful and fun to work with. All equipment clean and in working order. It is also great to start out in the quiet and calm waters of Pålsundet, before braving the choppier waters around town. The views of Stockholm were absolutely stunning. I will do this again!

Wonderful way to escape the noise and busyness of the city. Highly recommend.

Good instruction with advice wich direction going first (because of the wind). You'll get everything you need including a vest and a map. The equipment is great, no tourist trap.

Poor service, they gave me a broken Kayak at the first time so I had to return mid way to change it and then again the second one had the same problem with the steering, the pedals were not adjusted and didn't work !! It was so hard going around the island with no control on the kayak !! So double check everything works well in the first place cause it doesn't seem they really care about it! Apart from that the view and the canal was so beautiful :)
