I took long walks through the narrow streets of the Atlas neighborhood and found this beautiful church. Walked in and was amazed by its architecture inside. The interior is not really that big and the way the seats are positioned make it a very unique church. The pipe organs look like they are made out of gold. Very pristine interior. In the back of the church, there is a little wooded area for people to sit in a shade. I loved every minute of this tour.

Rude church staff (unlike almost any other church I have ever been to). Instead of greetings once you enter, they look at you like you're an alien. I will have to assume it's because of my Middle Eastern background, as they don't know anything else about me. Today was an event celebrating the church's anniversary and you'd think they'd be somewhat welcoming but No. Again, rude manners. As my German isn't perfect, I had to ask what was happening at certain hours and the response I got was from a rude old lady pointing in the direction of the exit telling me I have to read the schedule outdoors (which is only in German), basically telling to leave. Not very Christ-like. Two other staff members stood next to her and they didn't respond to my question either. Other than that, it's a really beautiful historic church which deserves better staff.

I think that this church is one of the visiting cards of Stockholm, like the whole old town "Gamla Stan". Inside there are wonderful mosaics, frescoes, an organ and more.

When I wanted to sit down for a short minute in this "church" I was told that this is not allowed. When I asked whether I can really not pray here for a minute the staff told me that would not be allowed. Don't know but apparently it's just a touristic location now, no longer a church.

Majestic! Even in winter this church stands out and speaks of its presence. Truly a magnificent sight. Something to behold, immensely.

I think this church is one of the must visit in Stockholm. The street around the church leads directly to Gamla Stan. There are beautiful mosaics and frescoes inside the church. The visit is worth it.

A hidden joule blending faith, art, and history. Wednesdays at 18h, violin and organ are played and hearts are touched.

Very unique and interesting place in the middle of Gamla Stan. You can see it's spire from any part of the city since it literally forms Stockholm's skyline. It's worth to silently get inside and check it's beautiful interior.

A peaceful church with perfect architecture located close to the Nobel museum. The entrance is free but you can donate by buying candles or through donation boxes. Payment can be made by card or cash which is very practical.
