Very pretty runestone next in the middle of Gamla Stan right next to Stortorget. Supposedly ancient and from thousands of years ago however very hard to prove I guess

The most popular rune stone in Stockholm ... it is the "must to be seen" while touring in the Old Town. You will see it as a corner stone integrated in a building on the small street - KĂĄkbrinken on your right hand side on the last house on your way up to the main square - Stortorget

Very nice rune stone in the corner of the building. The story is about a boy.

Curiosity stuck in the wall, in the shape of an old rune stone, protected by a canon (?).

Doesn't translate well with Google translate but sick nonetheless. Has a well placed cannon thing that has protected it for at least dozens of years (it's from circa 1070-1100ce).

Neat stone set into the foundation of a building, if nothing else, a surprise. Pretty cool that you can be walking on the street and touch a 1000+ year old stone right there.

The only natural runestone in stockholm, and its built into the side of a shop in Gamle Stan. Very cool to go see, and the shop is nice too. The staff is very friendly and the prices are cheaper than some of the other shops in the area

Pretty cool if you are walking by the are, but don't go out of your way for it. They should have a sign with info about it. Not really sure how "real" it is...

It's a beautiful piece of a runestone. The runes are visible and the piece is clearly being taken care of, however it would be nice to have some information about the runestone there. People just pass by without noticing it (which might be a good thing) but when they do notice it, they have no idea what's carved in the stone.
