Never go to Åhlens i t central under the stairs. I was there waiting for my friend and I was just looking in the mirror when I came up to a staff member what happened to you? Why does she ask that? The staff doesn't care. She looked at me like a thief and kept his eyes on me. Really uncomfortable. I never want to go in again. Really scary. I felt that the co-workers were talking about me. I just looked in the mirror😞.

A great store, where you can buy almost anything! We needed a nice bottle of champagne, for a friend whose bithday it was. So finding the bottle, we had to go all the way downstairs. And we where amazed how big it is and how much different things they sell in this store. So find out yourself and enjoy the shopping here!

One of the busiest streets for all tourists and goto place for shopping. It is impossible to skip, if you are staying in Stockholm to visit Ahlens City Mall and the nearby shops..

The store is nice, but never never order from their website. their shipment and customer service are very terrible, especially at the moment. I ordered something on their website, but I haven't received it after almost one month waiting. I contacted them twice, the customer service told me just wait, I will get refund if I didn't receive after one month. they told me the parcel might be lost, and they won't be able to reship my order. People are not buy online for refund in 30days, they should improve their capacity, instead of putting ads everywhere.

No matter what, a luxury department store like Ahlens cannot and must not charge for toilet!!! This is first time I witness a mall/store asks money from customers for toilet.

One bathroom with a huge queue and they charge for it. You don't have to know more to understand how they view shoppers. Obviously after the experience we didn't do our shopping here.

The perfect place for shopping various brand clothes or for your home at MUJI. Sally Voltaire is also a very nice place for healthy food and pastries. Highly recommended.

Excellent department store including decent women’s and men’s clothes. There are also a couple of decent restaurants. Recommended

They have a small kids room in the corner of kids area. Super nice to feed baby or kids with microwave and some toys so kids can play with them. Even the toys need a little care because they are broken but over all it works well.

So beautiful and nice place for shopping

In this house you can find almost anything you need no matter if its for your hygiene, wardrobe, small furniture, craft or kitchen stuff. Also just take the escalator to the bottom level and find a large food store and liquor store. So if you aren't one that like to go in and out of a lot of stores this is probably a good place for you. Also a restaurant and toilets to be found here. Medium to expensive I would call this place although like in hygiene and make up eg. They have a lot of variation in pricing from very cheap to super expensive.

Pleasant place to go shopping, especially when it's cold outside. Plenty to see and a wide variety of products, set right on the busiest street in Stockholm.

I had ge spicy tuna sandwich. I love spicy food and for me it wasn't spicy so for who ever like spicy food just ask for a little more Tabasco or pepper but it was really tasty and the coffee delicious as well. beautiful environment.

Nice place for shopping with very good collection all the time. Love the cosmetics floor so many brand’s latest edition. They have so many decorative pieces for home decorations.

Big shopping place in Stockholm. Many eating joints plus groceries and system bolaget. Also some coffee shops and juice shop. Over all you will find everything in one place. I usually go for some food and groceries downstairs in hemkop. Some good deals some days during dinner festivals season. The roof top restaurant is having amazing view of sergel Torg and Stockholm sky line. It is just above T central make it perfect to reach easily.

Multi-story department store with a really good combination of brands including beauty products, perfumes, clothes, shoes, bags, bedding, tableware, kitchenware, and more. There's also a Hemkop and Systembolaget store to do your grocery shopping.

They really need to work on their family/ feeding room. Looked like has not been cleaned from ages. Not a child friendly place at all, so people with kids or babies would have a hard time shopping here. Would prefer Mall of Scandinavia anytime for shopping.

It's huge and have quality or fashion articles of many areas. The prices are in the higher span, but as they have so many different things in different categories it's a good place to look around in.

Mid to upper-mid tier department store carrying far wider range of products than the average North American comparative. The beauty and health department has an impressive array and is well-organized; pleasant everyday grooming supply section on lower level, and delightful perfumes and cosmetics section on entry floor. The grocery store in the basement is quite good. Supremely convenient access by subway and pedestrian street; parking anywhere in central Stockholm is discouraging.

Horrible store. Expensive but no service whatsoever. Hard to find anything, no help is provided. No price tags on many brands, you have to ask about each single item. And the worst is that they close fitting rooms earlier than the store closes without letting customers try things on and without announcing it.

The store itself is fine but the location is just annoying. Between the rats that think they're gangsters and the Jesus pushers, the spot is a nightmare.

Best one stop retail store in Stockholm, where you can do your grocery shop, purchase clothing, travel items, beauty and even dine in.

Great shopping mall with friendly and well educated staff. You can find clothes in all’s price ranges, lovely interior design stuff and great coffee (very important!) As a member you get spoiled with lots of discounts and fun events. Love the stylish mirrors from Iconmirror on the ground floor!

I could buy my magnifying glasses and magnifying sunglasses at less than 200k per piece. On top floor, all the living brands are available from Ittala to Ridel glasses. Villeroy & Boch, Dala Horse, Pippi and Moomin you can find them here. Fashion selections are nice

Beautiful products are offered, authentic to area. The people were super friendly and sweet. I lost or I should say the airline lost my luggage and I had absolutely nothing with me. This place had everything that I needed to replace the things I did not have.

Nice cosy place for shopping and to avoid the cold. Must visit for tourists visiting Stockholm to appreciate the local produces and fashion trends.

If this is largest of Ahlens chain of stores, i wonder how other smaller stores would be ! Not much variety/range of products. Hard to find anything and expensive. No help is provided. No price tags on many items, you have to ask about each single item.

The Selfridges/La Fayette style shopping in the center of Stockholm. Nothing really surprising here. It does represent the center in my mind. I recommend to eat a hotdog right outside the place!

Employees were nice and helpful. After I told them I have a flight to catch, one girl cash me out, the other one went to grab the tax refund form . Everything was done is 3 minutes.

I love visiting this store every time I'm in Stockholm. It has everything. Clothing, housewares, candles, Georg Jensen, Marimekko. Several floors of fantastic finds.

Åhléns City is a department store in the Norrmalm district in central Stockholm, Sweden. The building is located at Klarabergsgatan 50 and takes up the entirety of the Gripen block. Åhléns City is the largest singular store of the Åhléns chain and amounts to almost 20% of the chain's total revenue. The building was designed by the architectural bureau Backström & Reinius Arkitekter AB, was opened on 9 September 1964 and was awarded the Kasper Salin Prize in 1966. The building is noted by the Stockholm City Museum for "having an obviously high cultural historical value".

Lots of selection of good brands! I love it. It's also at T-Centralen exit via Sergels Torg so very accessible and reachable. They still accept cash upon writing this review.

First went to Odenplan Åhlens to buy an item that, according to the website, was in stock. Nice employees checked and the product was not in store or in the back. They said there would be hundreds in Åhlens city. I went there, again my item was not there. Do not trust their stock status on the website. Pleasant employees made the experience a little better, but I went to two Åhlens and came home empty-handed, a frustrating experience.
