We received outstanding services every single time of our visits. The best store at NK or in Stockholm.Staffs are always friendly, the walk-in waiting line are long on weekends but everyone could easily make reservations before visit. I don’t understand where all the negative reviews are coming from.

Worst store experience i’ve ever come across. The store was almost completely empty ( 2 people inside) with a bunch of sales people just wandering around on their phones. Made us wait even though no one was there. Once in, the store assistant was very rude and completely unhelpful. Also, when we were in the store they completely snubbed another customer by the door, even though it was just us in the store, they were super rude to the nice lady and she left. Completely put us off any sort of purchase. We’ve been to other Hermes stores around the world, and this is by far the worst, not only comparing to Hermes, but to ANY other store, ever. Don’t go here. They need lessons in service.

The service was not it. We’ve been to so many different Hermes stores all around the world, this was the worst service we’ve ever experienced. All the asians I saw during my 30min visit in the store were not served, but new Swedish customers would get a SA asap?

It’s pity to experience their customers service hurt the brand image. Heard stuff bad mouthing customer in Swedish, also they seem to don’t know much about the product if you’d like to know more.

Customer service was underwhelming. I walked in fully prepared to buy a scarf. I was told several of the scarves I was interested in were ‘display only’, but at no point did the sales person offer to order it for me or to give me the name of the design. I don’t know if it was a language barrier, but sales person did not seem very interested in helping me find an item, today.

10 minutes before closing on Friday the shop assistant didn’t let us in and asked questions about our intention to enter. Consider this so inappropriate behavior that distorts the overall perception of the brand…. Really bad experience.

This is by far the boutique with one of the best customer service that makes me feel Hermes is a luxury boutique. I waited for a while and Andrea greeted me with a sweet smile, and there’s another gentleman approached me to ensure I was taken care of, although I didn't get to buy anything as everything I wanted was not available, this boutique should be the role model of customer service especially for the ones in NYC and Toronto

The service is outstanding! I had an amazing experience at the make-up counter and jewellery area (I bought a classic orange bracelet). The sales-associate offered me coffee, she also cleaned my silver (how thoughtful!). I was very touched by such a kind care. Thank you very much, Hermès Stockholm. I will definitely come back!

Amazing customer service from Yin. Rest of the staff was also kind though. Possibility to make an appointment in order to avoid queues during holiday period since the store had recently opened.

Exceptional experience at Hermes Stockholm! On my first day, Christopher's outstanding service, marked by professionalism, patience, and expertise, left a lasting impression, Later, the friendly and professional assistance from Matts, who helped me with items I had forgotten, added to the amazing experience. This branch has made me a loyal Hermes customer. A seamless and enjoyable visit overall. 🙏🏻

This review is from a October 2023 purchase at the Hermes Stockholm location. There was a brief queue outside the store, and once I was let in, there was an additional 20 minute or so wait. The service was quality, as you'd expect with any Hermes location though much more impersonal than the YSL next door or Prada down the street. Still, Henri (I believe was his name) was extremely helpful and attentive during my shopping experience and I left a very satisfied customer. My only (slight) issue is that they won't allow FaceTime calls, which made shopping for a friend back in the States difficult. But overall, it was a pleasant experience and this location got the job done.

They don’t have enough staff. I wasted an hour first waiting outside, then waiting inside, along with other people who I could see were also getting annoyed, just to ask a question as to whether they had the bag I wanted to purchase. In the end I had to leave because I had a boat to catch- I didn’t even get to ask the question! Very frustrating, didn’t even offer me a glass of water. Appalling service and a lost sale, actually a lost customer because I don’t buy from a brand that doesn’t value their customers time.

What a dreadful shop, please do not waste your time. My partner had €1500 gift voucher. The original plan was to buy a Hermes belt, but in the end she was forced to use it in a boutique that actually (radical idea trigger warning here) allows customers to come in and buy things . There was a queue of maybe 4 customers waiting, 4 staff members inside and only one customer in the store. So what do the rest of the staff do? Well they look at their phones, do small make-work jobs, opening drawers, moving items slightly to the left and then stand around some more. I am all for job creation schemes and I think it is wonderful that Hermes provides employment for people who have only managed to develop the skillset of standing around or using their phones. But perhaps Hermes could help their staff develop and give them training in some exotic skill like - oh I don't know- sales? Just a thought. Now some people in these reviews have mentioned that anyone could book a visit and so no-one should be complaining about the queues. I might have some small amount of sympathy for this truly asinine point of view if the hermes store actually had a sign or notice ANYWHERE explaining this, or perhaps one of their salespersons could have taken 5 minutes away from their precious "busy doing nothing" schedule and explain this alternative to people waiting in the queue.

I have visited many Hermès stores in different parts of the world but the boutique in NK is my favourite store. The staff is friendly and approachable. I have had the pleasure of receiving assistance from Christopher at multiple times. Christopher is kind, always takes the time to chat and answers my questions. Christopher’s services are of an excellent quality. I would not consider asking anyone else than Christopher for help on any purchase that I’m contemplating and I will be a returning customer of his for years to come.

The salespeople were great. Much better than other parts in Europe. My kids enjoyed the VR experience. I am happy with my purchase and the experience of great staff.

We had an amazing experience with Mirjam, absolutely kind and sweet person, super friendly and helpful. It was a pleasure to spend some time with Mirjam in the store, when I am back to Sweden I will definitely go back to visit her, Mirjam thank you once again for your time and I absolutely love my new scarf! 😊 Xx

This is the Hermès store in the world where I feel most welcome, which is thanks to Mirjam who always meets me with such warmth, kindness and professionalism. Mirjam has excellent knowledge of the brand and luxury shopping in general and has provided me with many great styling advice. I’ve also had the pleasure of seeing her colleagues on several occasions and have always been met with a high level of professionalism. However, it’s best to make an appointment in advance to avoid crowds and queues, as this is a very popular store, especially during peak tourist seasons.

What to say... standing in a que for 1,5h for asking about a specific item. We ask the guy/guard holding the que if he could ask on in the staff if it was possible for them to come up and answer this simple question. But no... My friend from Paris that has shopped alot in hermes in Paris she was chock of this behavior and said never again hermes in Stockholm. Conclusion, exclusive brand, bad costumer service.

My son is a huge fan of Hermès ties, so we had to visit while in Stockholm. We received excellent service from Matilda, with whom my son had an interesting conversation about ties.

Disgusting service. Noone served us for half an hour while we keep seeing new customers being served. I can't help but feel that this is racism. When we asked we only get told that all the SA are unavailable which doesnt make any sense. And while we were waiting in the store the security guard just kept following us around which I felt was disrespectful. I do not need this kind of negativity. I have been a long time Hermes client and this was the first time this has happened.

I was just at the Hermes store wanting to buy the Bel Ami Vetiver perfume. Not only did they not have it in stock, but the salesperson, Oscar, was very dismissive of me, didn't offer an explanation nor even offer to find me another one but advised I take my money and buy it at Åhlens. Very rude service and puts me off ever buying the perfume or recommending this store.

Got very good service from a gentleman working there. I just wanted to try a few things. He was very chill and understanding. I got a necklace.

I am well aware of Hermes' sales strategy. Even though I didn't get my dream bag but still enjoyed the service.

The waiting times are unbelievable 🙃. I ordered a brecelet in store. Got an email a week after that I could pick it up. After the usual waiting first outside the store then inside the store and then for them to go down to the basement. I've was informed that my order was canceled. The worst shopping experience ever.

If you are an Asian, you’d better not to go to this place. You would never get the things you want here. At first, they will holding you in front of the shop for at least half an hour. Then, when the queue started to rack in front of the shop (Which mostly local white people), they will let you in the shop altogether with those people and then they will assist those people and make you invisible.

Worst luxury store experience. Respect is the basic humanity. You work here doesn't mean you are greater than anyone else. maybe there are purchase agents, but there are those people who come sincerely with pure purpose to buy things. To all SA, you are not greater than anyone else, watch your languages and behaviours, You are delivering the worst experience because your bias and worst culture level, shame on that

Waited for 40 minutes for pick up of an item purchased online. Had to wait outside. No apology, no coffee, no nothing. This would not have happened anywhere abroad.
