I
chose
this
hospital
for
my
ankle
surgery
on
the
recommendation
of
my
orthopedist.
After
5!!!!
After
a
few
attempts,
the
time
had
finally
come
that
I
was
operated
on
16
days
after
the
first
agreed
appointment.
dr
Awakowicz
was
very
nice
and
even
after
the
operation
he
explained
to
me
exactly
what
he
was
doing.
dr
Heinz
explained
everything
to
me
in
the
preliminary
talk
for
the
operation
and
Dr.
Baumgarten
explained
the
anesthetic
to
me
very
well.
Enrico
from
station
B4
is
a
super,
helpful,
nice
paramedic!!!
After
the
operation
I
was
in
Ward
B7,
unfortunately
the
nurses
had
very
different
motivations.
Special
mention
should
be
made
of
Alina,
who
had
her
shift
in
the
evening.
Always
friendly
and
tried
hard
and
a
smile
on
your
face!
Mrs.
Lochthofen
helped
me
a
lot
as
a
physiotherapist
and
showed
exercises
and
practiced
the
first
steps!
Unfortunately
I
can
only
give
2
stars
because
everything
was
chaotic.
One
says
so,
but
the
other
says
so.
Everyone
said
something
different,
everything
was
not
organized.
The
paid
wifi
was
a
disaster.
Again
and
again
you
were
kicked
out
and
had
to
log
in
again.
No
apron
was
put
on
for
the
X-ray
of
the
foot
(I
don't
know
it
like
that!).
The
wrong
food
was
brought,
although
a
wish
list
was
filled
out.
I
had
to
make
a
phone
call
myself
afterwards
to
find
out
that
I
wouldn't
have
surgery
the
next
day!
The
doctors
and
staff
sometimes
speak
very
bad
German,
so
communication
is
very
difficult
to
understand,
unfortunately.
All
in
all
I
would
recommend
Dr.
Awakowicz
again,
but
only
under
different
circumstances!

Auf
Empfehlung
meines
Orthopäden
habe
ich
dieses
Krankenhaus
für
meine
Op
am
Sprunggelenk
ausgewählt.
Nach
5!!!!
Anläufen
war
es
dann
endlich
so
weit,
dass
ich
16
Tage
nach
dem
ersten
vereinbarten
Termin
operiert
wurde.
Dr.
Awakowicz
war
sehr
nett
und
auch
nach
der
OP
hat
er
mich
gut
aufgeklärt
was
er
genau
gemacht
hat.
Dr.
Heinz
hat
mir
im
Vorgespräch
für
die
OP
alles
erklärt
und
Dr.
Baumgarten
hat
mir
die
Narkose
bestens
erklärt.
Enrico
von
der
Station
B4
ist
ein
super,
hilfsbereiter,
netter
Rettungssanitäter!!!
Nach
der
OP
lag
ich
auf
der
Station
B7,
leider
waren
die
Pfleger
sehr
unterschiedlich
motiviert.
Hervorzuheben
ist
Alina,
die
abends
ihre
Schicht
hatte.
Stets
freundlich
und
bemüht
und
ein
Lächeln
im
Gesicht!
Frau
Lochthofen
hat
mir
als
Physiotherapeutin
sehr
geholfen
und
Übungen
gezeigt
und
die
ersten
Schritte
geübt!
Leider
kann
ich
nur
2
Sterne
vergeben,
da
alles
chaotisch
ablief.
Der
eine
sagt
so,
der
andere
sagt
aber
so.
Jeder
hat
was
anderes
gesagt,
alles
war
nicht
organisiert.
Das
bezahlte
WLAN
war
eine
Katastrophe.
Immer
wieder
ist
man
rausgeflogen
und
musste
sich
neu
einloggen.
Beim
Röntgen
des
Fußes
wurde
keine
Schürze
angelegt
(kenne
es
so
nicht!).
Essen
wurde
das
falsche
gebracht,
ob
wohl
man
extra
einen
Wunschzettel
ausgefüllt
hat.
Ich
musste
selbst
hinterher
telefonieren,
um
zu
erfahren,
dass
ich
nicht
am
nächsten
Tag
operiert
werde!
Die
Ärzte
und
Mitarbeiter
sprechen
teilweise
sehr
schlechtes
Deutsch,
sodass
eine
Kommunikation
sehr
schwer
verständlich
wird,
leider.
Alles
in
einem
würde
ich
für
Dr.
Awakowicz
nochmal
hin,
aber
nur
unter
anderen
Umständen!
