Two days ago, i order online takeout via Pizza Hut app so that I won’t wait for the queue. But the thing is when i get there, tirns out my order havent been made yet, so i have to wait for like 20+ mins. In my opinion, the food was so so, but they should improve their service more.

Pizza in town. Easy to find this place, locate in Sanur, highway. It has wide parking area. Tidy and clean. High recommend to who love pizza.

The best pizza hut outlet in town. Not really big space but it's interior has a different taste and design, it's like not just an ordinary family pizza restaurant. For take away will have to wait quite a time, lot of people order for takeaway, but only 1 person attend the cashier.

Fresh & delicious dishes, suits for a simple meal and quite healthy (there are salads, juices on the menu)

Great service today They made a mistake. I ordered splitza, beef super supreme & chicken lovers. But the one that comes out was chicken super supreme. I ask about it, not complained. And they handled it very well. They give me another one for free right away! Wonderful! Had an amazing dinner today. Thank you.

I ordered chicken pizza (normal chicken) with vegetables and they putted sausage and something like sausage and said it’s chicken! the request is clear, why they putted things that I didn’t request and they didn’t clarification

Not a very good experience, sorry. I only order personal sized pizza & milk shake today because i am alone. usually I got menus when I came but I have to wait for minutes before I saw somebody to take my order and I have to ask for tomato & chili sause when my pizza already on the table that I think that it should came with the orders? Is this because I am Indonesian/not foreigners?

Great service. The food is not different from Pizza Hut elsewhere (it's not spicier). If you are from Europe and ordering a pizza, order a large one (large is like small/medium in Europe). Small is a micropizza.

Worst Pizza Hut I’ve ever had, so greasy and no cheese, very disappointing

I am a vegetarian and the nachos they had was with non-veg sauce but once I enquired and informed that we are vegitarian then they changed the same. But it should be clearly mentioned whether the same is veg or non veg. The garlic bread was nice. But they had only one vegitarian pizza. The pizza was just fine so it is just ok.

We arrived at Pizza Hut and as I walked towards the door with my French bulldog puppy , who goes everywhere with us , they told us we weren’t allowed with a dog , I accepted that , the man at the door then quickly slammed it ! I found that extremely insulting and rude , we where going to sit down and eat but got take aways instead ! I will never eat at a Pizza Hut again. If it wasn’t for the fact that we had been driving for hours looking for villas and my son was hungry I wouldn’t have even ordered a take away !!!!!

The personal pan pizza says it's for 1-2 people but there are about 4 adult sized bites of actual pizza and the rest is crust, and honestly there's not a ton of crust either. These are TINY pizzas, definitely nowhere near enough for 2 people, much less 1. The staff wasn't rude but they weren't super helpful either. Tried to upsell us, probably part of the job but it felt kinda frustrating. We got it to go, and the wait wasn't too long, so that's good I guess.

Really slowly, even for Bali. I waited 45 minutes 2 pizzas. I've changed my review. I bought 4 pizza (by promo 100.000) - really not tasty and really bad quality. I won't come anymore.

the quality of the food poor. we ordered mac and cheese, creamy pasta, and pizza. the pizza still good as usual. the creamy pasta tasteless. mac and cheese we got watery cheese inside the mozarella. the staff is being reduced. only 1-2 staff for front. so he is so busy. usually pizza hut staff always ready. even greeted us, asking the food. now he greet us with "wait a moment". i dont know in other branch. maybe still good. in sanur, they are not full capacity. only 50%.
