Absolutely awful. If you're reading this and trying to decide if it's worth it, DON'T DO IT. A hostel owner in Ko Lanta sent us back to Bangkok through them and it was the worst trip of our three months in Southeast Asia. Our "VIP sleeper bus" was an old bus with way worse than average seats that smelled pervasively like piss. The people were outstandingly rude and only after threatening to call the tourist police on their nonsense did they reluctantly put us on a marginally nicer bus. Yeah, their standard "well that sucks, either get on or be stuck here" magically changed to "oh we have better bus 5 minutes" once they realized they'd possibly lose their license for obviously deceiving tourists. Screw these guys. I'd rather walk back to Bangkok than give them a single cent more of my money.

We had an awful experience two times in this place. Unfortunately, we could never choose coming here or not, because when you buy combined tickets to a certain destination, you never know which travel agency you are going to get... first time was from Ko Samui to Bangkok. They told us the slipper bus would stop at Khaosan Rd, but it never did! It stopped 40 minutes away and we almost lost our bus to Cambodia the next day!! Second time was from Phi Phi to Surat Thani train station! They were really, really rude!! They ruin your mood for the rest of your day! I hope one day they bankrupt! ;(

DO NOT BOOK!!!!!!!!! SCAM!!!!!!!!!! We booked 2 tickets from Koh Phangan to Phi Phi with But Different tours for 850baht per person and all seemed good they picked us up on time to take us to the pier and got the ferry which was good and then when dramatically down hill. They use this company called HOLIDAY for bus to Krabi. They transfer you from Donsak Pier to Surat Thani to the Holiday office where they take your bus ticket and give you a boat ticket. Then a short haired woman takes each person into a back room to try and sell more. SCAM!!!! They then say they are taking to a bus where a man in a tuk tuk picked us both up plus one other girl and dropped us at another office where we were told to wait. He then said the bus is not coming here I need to take you to another place. So he dropped us off to a bus that we did not have a ticket for and that would arrive at 4pm in Krabi (the last boat leaves Krabi to Phi Phi at 3pm) we then had to book a private taxi to get to Krabi in time for the boat which cost us 1000baht EACH. The German woman said this happened to her friend the day before it happened to us. She booked with a different company to us. I’m writing this in the Taxi to Krabi so hopefully all goes well from here.

I don't understand all the negative comments here. Our view: we booked a ferry-bus-ferry ticket from Koh Tao to Phi Phi for 1200 THB with the night ferry. Everything worked as expected. We got picked up from the ferry to have a 30min restaurant/bathroom break in Holiday Travel. After that by minibus to Krabi. Great service. A few broken seats in the minibus but overall as expected.

Like many others who have posted reviews, we did not book directly with this company. Rather, we booked a joint ferry+bus ticket from a shop in Koh Tao and ended up travelling with them. Having read the reviews on here, I was pretty concerned. But, everything went fine for us. The driver was friendly and it all worked out so I thought it is worth leaving a review to give a more balanced perspective than just negative experiences.

In general my experience was almost the same as for others. It is not a travel agency, but a shady middle man. They just pick you up, keep you for a while in their agency/restaurant/shop so you would buy something and then drop you off at the local bus station where you get a ticket and take local bus. The only vehicle they have is minivan/scooter which serves as a transport to bus station. I give 2 stars because I was luckier than others. No one asked for more money and I was actually on time!!! My journey from Surat Thani to Khao Lak took around 5 hours. Bus was old, really worn and in an overall very questionable condition, AC hardly working, half of the people were just standing or sitting 3 person on 2 seats. Finally, while going downhill, driver managed to burn the clutch and the whole bus interior was full of smoke, luckily he didnt destroy it and we continued the journey... I reached my destination, but I would not recomend anyone using this company. If you want genuine Thai transportation system experience - go directly to the bus station, you'll get a ticket there for 1/3 of the price. Otherwise, try to use something else, like Lomprayah or etc..

SCAM ALERT! Worst experience ever! We booked a transfer through Lamai Tourist Information in Ko Samui to go to Krabi. The trip was supposed to be around 6h30min and ended up being 10 hours! Both the first bus in Ko Samui and the ferry were alright. The problem came after when we go back to the bus in Surat Thani and after almost an hour they drop us in Holiday Travel Agency’s office still in Surat Thani! There they tell us we have to wait for our bus to Krabi another 30 min and in the meantime they try to sell us meals and drinks as it’s also a restaurant. Then, as we haven’t paid enough already (600baht) they try to push us into booking further transportation with them, from the bus station in Krabi to our destinations for a really expensive price (400baht each to Ao nang), telling us that the taxi is going to be more expensive and because we arrive late there is no public bus! Of course we were not supposed to arrive this late! However, we didn’t take it and decided to share a taxi between all of us, which was cheaper. Then, they pick us up in a small transport and they drop us in a bus station in Surat Thani where we have to take our final bus, that it doesn’t leave until 40 min later!! Because we had time we go to eat at the market thinking that because we had tickets we had a seat on the bus. Wrong! We get there 10 min before departure and the bus is full with people standing. So, we were supposed to do 4h on our feet. The bus kept stopping and we knew we had payed a really overpriced ticket for a public bus. On top of everything the staff was really rude. Just awful!!

It's not a travel agency, it's a bad joke and a shame for this country. Had a ticket from Koh Phangan to Koh Lanta with a Night ferry, Minivan and Ferry (at least this was written on the ticket we received at Thong Sala Pier in Koh Phangan. Paid 850 Baht. The night ferry was fine, but afterwards it became just ridiculous. We arrived at 4:30 am in Surat Thani town, from there with a pickup to the travel agency office with 20 more tourists. They said, we continue at 6:00 am to Krabi and Koh Lanta. At 6:40 am we - in this case my girlfriend--asked about the minivan because nothing happened. They treated her respectless and laughed about us. Afterwards they brought us with a piece of paper to the public bus stop in Surat Thani - separately from other travelers to Koh Lanta--from where we took the public bus to Krabi. Reason: we didn't behave appropriately. Afterwards, we were able to enter a minivan with another waiting of 45 minutes to Koh Lanta. We arrived in Koh Lanta with a delay of 3,5 hours. The only positive thing is that we didn't need to pay additionally, obviously we were lucky with this. Avoid these scammers and don't give money to anyone who tries to connect you with these.

Absolute scammers. They will try to scam you into paying more money saying that "the bus terminal has moved". If the big woman tries to tell you that you have to pay more than you already have on your pre booked ticket then just stick to your guns and refuse. Unfortunately many booking offices on the islands run through these guys so you might end up stuck with them like we did. If they refuse to take you to the location that you've already paid for, then just get a tuk tuk or grab to the nearby bus terminal (4 mins away) and book a public van or bus from there.

I decided to book a long travel journey from Koh Tao to Kualar Lumpar with the whole journey supposedly taking 1 day and 1 hour. Igot a night ferry from Koh Tao to Surat Thani and everything was fine, the bus from Surat Thani to Hat Yai was also on time and everything was running smoothly. However I got to Hat Yai at 11am and 6 hours later I am still waiting for my transfer. My visa runs out tomorrow so I need to get across the border soon but there is still no sign of a bus and when I ask what time they just reply 5 minutes and tell me to sit down and wait. I was even put on a bus that did a loop but ended up at the same location as I was told they decided to now take 2 busses one direct to Panang and one directly to Kuala Lumpar. The driver was insistent I get out and if I hadn’t tapped on the windscreen he would have driven off with my back still on the bus. My hotel in KL also has a last check in time of 11pm so I am obviously going to miss that now. Don’t try what I did, absolute joke of a company. I just hope it comes soon because I’m still stuck here now.

We had the worst experience. We arranged transport from Koh Tao to Krabi and ended up in this place after taking the sleeper boat. First of all they rushed us and stuffed the minivan to their office so much that our luggage fell out when the guy opened the trunk. This damaged our backpacks. We were treated like kettle. After, it became clear that they overbooked and didn't have any space for us on the minivan to Krabi. Their solution was to pay another minivan company to take us. We were supposed to leave at 6.30 and be in Krabi center at 9 but ended up only leaving at 9. On top of that, we were dropped at the bus terminal and not in the center as promised. They just flat out lied to us... I would never use this company again.

Incredibly organised, helpful, and efficient. They booked everything for me with ease and at a good price. I ran into some problems where I left my passport on a different island, she sorted me out a taxi and shipment of my passport to where I was. They even gave me food and a lift to where I was staying for the night where I waited for my passport to arrive. In short. I could not reccomended more. 😁
