    Brought my car in for a set of new tires and rear brakes. I always take pleasure in keeping my car clean and spotless. My car was returned to me with black smut all over the tires and rims. But, that I could clean I thought… a closer look turns out they had scratched multiple rims and one run had 2 chips to it like they had been hit with a tool of some sort in the process of completing the service. I addressed this before l acing calling the advisor Ruddy back out to look at my findings. He went back inside to supposedly notify the service manager. It took him so long to come back, I went back inside myself. At this point I’m told the manager was with a customer and he’d view their cameras to see what happened when he “gets a chance”. Now I’m upset because this is not a simple curb rags but a nice size chunk in my rim. After seeing my frustration Ruddy then tells me the service manager is not on the premises and that he’d cal me later after he returns. Which was a lie bc he-Ruddy and another associate had already told me he was with someone. The assistant manager then comes out to basically tell me the chip was already there and was a rock chip. The size and depth of the chip was not even consistent with a rock flying and hit a rim. It was done by a mechanical tool. The next day Ruddy calls to tell me they will have their rim repair guy take a look and assess the damage and call me back to bring the car in. Obviously admitting they did the damage! A week passes he never calls back so I call him. He again says let me get back with my manager and I’ll call you back within the hour. Ok fine. Here it is 3 days later and I have not heard from anyone! I tried to give the time to correct the issue before writing a review but they continue to drop the ball. I will not be returning or will I ever recommend this Carey Paul Honda to anyone! I have spent THOUSANDS of dollars with them for this type of service. Not to mention on two occasions they were supposed to rotate my tires and lasted the service but didn’t complete the rotation. I knew this because one of my tires had a distinct white mark on the inside and I used that as a marker to check each time. They’ve hired some new kids to work on servicing our cars and all they do is horseplay while customers are waiting 4 hours for simple services. Carey Paul Honda just lost a 5 time Honda owner’s business and about to be 6 with the purchase of my graduating sons new Honda we are in the market for. Then on top of that, they intentionally don’t send their service review email when there’s a problem. But, I’m submitting this review everywhere I can find, so that people will know not to come to here. Do better!!!

    Sales Associate Conner was the absolute best! From the very start of the process he was very professional and patient in explaining all details and providing to my very needs. He listened to exactly what my preferences were in purchasing a vehicle and he came through successfully! He provided after sales service call which is a huge plus and guidance should there be any future questions. He made the process so easy and thanks to the hardworking team at Carey Paul Honda for providing such top notch exemplary service.     I just traded my previous civic for a new 2024 manual, it runs like a dream. The salesman, Landon Sharp, definitely made the experience as seamless as possible all while being very genuine. Both him and Nigel from finances were very pleasant to interact with and allowed me to feel very positive about the whole exchange.

    Shopping around for a clean, reliable vehicle and not sure where to go? Check out Carey Paul Honda in Stone Mountain. My sales expert was Jorge Lopez. He is personable, stand up, honest associate who hooked me up with my sweet ride at a reasonable price In an hour or less. Your new ride is inspected, serviced, and detailed, and ready to hit the road.

    Anthony is a GREAT salesman. He knows his stuff and is very patient. Ask for him when you get there! He gets 5 stars. Andre in finances is awesome! He has really educated on us on the financing end. He gets 5 stars. I'm giving them a 3 Star Only because the company is a bit slow and unorganized. sigh... My husband had to come twice for his tags and they still didn't give it to him.... UPDATE: I had to drop them to a 1 Star. They’re ALL OVER the place and you can’t get anyone in the department that you’re looking for on the phone. They have messed up my whole contract for the first car. Now someone called me and said that there’s something wrong with my title and no one has given me a call back about this. This company is very unorganized.

    I went here in search of a Honda Accord Touring Edition and they had exactly what I was looking for. My salesman, Lou (Doc the Honda Man), was old school in the best way possible. He truly cared about making my experience bar none, and had passion for what he did. He was knowledgeable about the process, inventory, products, and was personable. He helped me successfully buy my first ever vehicle, and I would recommend him to any person looking to buy in today’s market. If you go here, ask for Lou!

    Update: Today I finally picked up my car and nothing was fixed after being told my emergency brake was fixed my car continued to beep. When I engage the emergency brake the car feels lopsided. On top of that, whoever was in charge of my car hit it several times. The interior of my seat was full of grease and oil. I will be contacting someone higher up because this is absolutely unacceptable This single handedly the worst place I've ever been to. I had dropped my car off on Thursday, and I informed them that I'll be having surgery and I wouldn't be available to pick up the phone, so gave them a secondary number to call incase. On the same day I called 5 times to try to get an update on my car....no pick up. Called again on Friday, no answer. Finally on Saturday, with stiches in my body I had to drive there and see what was going on with my car and it still took them about 30-45mins to tell me that it was going to cost me $1100 to fix my car. It is currently April 7th, and I get a call from a service advise named Travis with an attituded asking why didn't I come pick my car up after he left me a message stating that they wont fix anything till they get my consent after I've been calling every day now for the past week. I WILL NEVER BRING MY CAR HERE AGAIN, THEY HAVE HORRIBLE CUSTMORE SERVICE.

    Penny in (Parts) . she has a great attitude, great customer service skills , very helpful, honest and dependable. All around good person.     Our first contact was heather lewis, she set us up with our salesman landon. By far the calmest easiest car buying experience we have. Landon is the only reason we bought our odyssey. He went above and beyond for us and honestly has us sold in the first 10 minutes. If you’re considering using this place, make sure you ask for him!

    Jorge Lopez you’re the best! Jorge helped me buy a CR-V last month and made the experience the best I had ever had. From the time I came in to the time I left Jorge made every part of the experience exceptional. Shout out to the whole team that made it possible including William in finance. Jorge, extra points to my man who called and wished me a happy birthday today. You are the best sales person I’ve ever had and I am definitely sending more people your way!     One word… Todd!!!! Absolutely amazing sales man. I really feel like he worked hard to get me a good deal and I’m extremely satisfied with my purchase and the process. Then after the sale he even helped with my “new car photo shoot”!!! Leon in the finance office was nice too. They’re really transparent with pricing and open to negotiate. It makes the process so much less stressful.

    I have been coming to Carey Paul for years !!! The service advisers are very helpful and pleasant. They even offered me money off on my service and a coupon that I was able to use same day . Unlike other places I been in the area if I ever needed a repair they have enough techs and helpful hands to get it done in the same day. An if they have one available they even give you a loaner car ! The remodel of the Service is clean and pleasant. I was even able to use their separate room to hold my zoom meetings. An important calls. I don’t normally leave reviews but when it’s consistent, I believe it deserves one.

    Sales person was very nice. The sale went smoothly but at the end when I got the key there was only 1 and they said that was all they had. Well now I have to buy a spare key and it will cost me $620! My car needed a few minor things done to it before taking it home. While it was in the service department I tried to call and see how it was going and if it was finished. That was a joke. They passed me around several times then sent me to a voicemail that was full and not taking messages 3 times.

    I went to look for a new Honda Pilot today January 30, 2024 at Stone Mountain Honda. The folks there were very kind, professional and quite knowledgeable of their products. The finance manager Andre was extremely kind and professional. I always observe people body language to help determine whether or not they’re honest. This man was so selfless that I could feel his honesty. If you really want to get the best deal around go directly to Stone Mountain Honda. These people mean business and want to seek cars. They’re the best

    Took my car in for service left the lot and it stalled on me not 10 miles down the road after paying a lot of money to get it repaired. So the service team gets a 1 Star from me. Long story short ended up with a brand new car the same day. The whole sales team I worked with were awesome. They get 5 Stars!!

    I had a really good experience at the dealership today. Fred, my salesperson provided exceptional customer service. He didn’t pitch me, or try to get me to buy anything. I like that. After a couple test drives, I drove off the lot in a brand new car!! Everyone I encountered was friendly and professional.

    Isaiah was amazing. It didn’t take much time. He understood what I wanted and didn’t hesitate to make sure I got everything I wanted with my purchase. Great personality and good conversation skills while waiting for everything to be finalized. Even thought I came with my own financing he still made sure the process with my bank was a seem less and possible for me. Highly recommend

    We came to the Honda place to purchase a Honda SUV, and we received great service from the staff here. Nick brown was the associate that helped us find the vehicle we needed, and he did an excellent job with assistanting us.

    My experience was horrible. I scheduled in advance to have an electronic key made, but still had to wait 2 hours. Even though I received a call my that my service was completed after an hour wait, Adrian, the service assistant, was not present at his desk nor did he come to me with paperwork until 6:30 after shop closing to retrieve payment. He sifted the blame to me stating that after I received a call that my key was ready that I should’ve gotten my car and left (without payment or retrieval of the new key). However, my car was PARKED at the BACK of the building amongst other cars, nor was my electronic key tested. I dreaded coming a back to Carey Paul Honda after I had work done last year that was billed over $700 above the estimated cost. This last visit was a painful reminder to find a dealership for future car service.

    Nick did a great job! He Asked me specific questions in regards to the type of car I was looking for. Then once i had an idea he showed me around the lot. The process to purchase was easy and quick. He educated me through the functions of my car before letting me go. I am so happy with my purchase! Thank you Nick and all the staff there. You guys are so kind and polite.

    Todd is top tier when it comes to this line of business, almost every dealership has that 1 guy that goes over the top to make every customer happy an get them into a car that fits them. Jeed was my salesman an between the 2 of them they got me into a car that works for me i appreciate you all Carey Paul keep up the good work! I hope Todd gets some type of recognition for his hard work he really was the difference maker in this experience every time I would have to stop by there I could see the stress in his face even though he’s always smiling this man really cares about the company an the customer. 10/10 experience send Todd on a cruise or something he seriously deserves it!

    I had an awesome experience at Carey Paul Honda dealership in Stone Mountain. The sales staff were very professional and treated me with respect and their knowledge in the car buying process. From my test drive with Mr. Lee Stokes whom we had met before. He was respectful and courteous from the test drive to purchasing and leaving the car lot. The finance managers were also a great example of making my purchase experience seamless. A great experience from a team that provided professional service.

    I have been coming to this dealership for past almost 7 years. Their service department is top notch. It doesn't matter who you come in contact with, they are very attentive, professional and courteous. Sometimes I come here after a long night shift, they have been very accommodating. I want to give a shout out specifically to Misal, he always goes the extra mile. I hope Honda knows how valuable he is. Always glad to bring my car here!

    This Honda dealership is an Amazing dealership!! As a loyal but lately disappointed Honda customer they helped me regain my confidence in Honda. They are extremely helpful to customers. I didn't even buy my vehicle from them but they really helped me to figure out an issue with my Honda Pilot. They were persistent to figure out the problem. When other Honda dealerships including the leadership I bought the vehicle from were giving me the runaround and not helping me to resolve the issue. My service advisor Anthony, the service director Joseph and the lead foreman Jeff figured out ways to identify the problem and have it covered under warranty even when Honda customer service was not helpful with this matter. I really appreciate what they did for me to resolve the issue with my new Honda Pilot that has been going on for over a year. I can very much see that Carey Paul Honda is a customer oriented car dealership that is genuinely interested in helping their customers. I would highly recommend going to them for your needs with Honda!!

    The car I purchased today with the assistance of Connor Moore was a very pleasant experience. This is not the first car my family have purchased at Carey Paul Honda. I like to deal with them not just because of my confidence in the quality of Honda products, but also because I have always had a pleasant experience shopping for a car there. They have always been pleasant and not overly aggressive and willing to take the time to help you feel comfortable and happy with your purchase.     I took my HR-V in a few weeks ago for it’s semi-annual service. I was helped by Anthony in the service department. I have to say that he was a real pleasure to work with! My visit before this one made me feel like I would never buy another car from them for the bad attitude the service rep lady had!
