This oulet is will destroy the Reputation that KFC had made so far internationally and in India. The quality of the food and quantity does not meet the standards. Even recently their delivery to my Sister had missing items for which we had already paid online. Even after reporting and posting review here no rssponse after our mail to them.

. Have to wait for 10 minutes to collect your order. Fried chicken and french fries were so tasty. Food is served in a neat and orderly manner. They have limited parking area and washing space. Only a single wash basin and bathroom is available in the ground floor. For takeout purpose , they don't have a proper carrybag to comfortably carry your ordered food. The largest one they got too is too much open and little.

Please don't go kollam KFC 🍗❌❌❌ This is my genuine review totally disappointed their service and staff attitude. They don't care of customers just want to sell their products at any cost. Yesterday ordered One big and small buckets of from KFC kollam branch for Rs 1000 +.It is not even a taste of broasted chicken from outside broasted shops.The chicken is not tender it is very hard and taste like cooked in old Oil. My parents and child not eat anything because of their worst chicken. Iam surprised they are not ready to give Bun ,Fries 🍟 or Coleslaw with our orders. We need to buy all seperate. So anybody have to sit and eat their inside we need to pay and buy buns from them it is not included with their package or bring Roti or Bun from our home 😂 like a picnic. I took take away and requested the counter boy to provide the Bottle pepsi instead of my 3 Glass pepsi. He neglect my request and forced to give pepsi in cups with ice cubes. I was alone in my car after reached my home my car floor mat was spoiled by opened pepsi cups. Dips also not not good. Wait there almost 1hrs to take delivery. No bun with our orders 🍞 ❌❌❌ No fries with our orders 🍟❌❌❌ No Coleslaw with our orders 🥗❌❌❌ Fried chicken not tasty ⛔ Dips (Mayonnaise) not tasty ⛔ Note : Dear owners and staffs please taste your own product and realize what you people are serving for the KFC LOVERS. And dear KFC lovers this is not the real taste so don't hate KFC.

Everything's perfect when it comes to KFC except for the fact that this outlet has very little parking space. The order times vary between 10 to 25 mins which is quite unacceptable. When the house is full it feels a bit crowded and noisy but otherwise it's okay to bring your family for dinner. A 3 star is what I would prefer for this outlet. Hope this has been helpful 😊😊

I had to wait 1.05 hours to collect my order today!! The employees were all polite and all but none of them seem to be caring enough of the customer's time!! As most of us were had to wait for such long hours to get our orders delivered!! And as a cherry on top one of them had kind of a cold and was wearing a mask, who literally was touching the mask atleat 5 times in a minute while packing our orders!!!! And who eventually had to take a sneeze and came back just the way he was, didn't even bothered to change the gloves untill I had to specifically ask one of his crew members to ask him to do so.. So much for the "double assurance of safety " From KFC.. Even after getting the order ready in "66 minutes" I had to wait for another 5 minutes to get one of their attention to get the takeawayy holders for the drinks that I've ordered SPECIFICALLY for takeaway!!! Well, I felt like there is no point in complaining there at all, as all we could see there was a bunch of boys and none of any supervisory or Managerial person were present there at all... Please do have in mind that It was a Sunday evening as well... Im not saying everything or everyone there were bad at all... But this is not the standard we expect from a KFC outlet!!! Well I don't think im not gonna go back to this outlet anytime soon anymore!!

Although KFC is always looked up as an international brand, here I couldn't see their professionalism in their customer handling in take away counter. They advertise fast delivery, but always gets the takeaway as well as online orders very late. Once I had gone there and experienced a wait time of around an hour for getting my ordered food. They should properly train their staffs on customer handling in crowded times.

I am disappointed to say that the staff at this KFC outlet did not live up to those standards. They demonstrated a prejudice mindset by judging you based on your looks and dressing, and their behavior was completely unacceptable. No one should have to endure such treatment from anyone, especially not from the staff of a well-known establishment. I would caution others against visiting this particular KFC outlet until their staff can learn to treat customers with the respect and dignity they deserve. Every customer should be treated equally and without any discrimination based on their appearance or any other characteristic. It is the responsibility of the establishment to ensure that their staff members understand and adhere to this fundamental principle. In conclusion, my experience with the staff at this KFC outlet was unacceptable, and I hope that they take steps to improve their behavior towards all customers in the future.

Went for a quick bite. Decent service. Ambience was ok. KFC chicken was okayish. It has lost its initial quality and taste not just in this particular outlet but in general.

Visited once, not dissappointed. Taste same as i found in their other franchises. Customer service is satisfactory but they could have improve the sitting arrangements. Overall...good

It was lunch time when we entered and was’t that busy though. so we ordered a combo meal and a french fries 🍟 and the total was 607 rs and we had difficulty with their Qr scanner m bank was saying its not a valid and then i wanted to pay by card but the staff told me that option is not available as i opted gpay so i paid cash. went to the table and it was dirty and told the staff to clean it she did it but wasn’t clean at all and i called the staff again and told them to clean it. food was delicious and yummy as always in KFC. I would say the staffs need to be trained coz later when it got busy i saw a big line piling up and should inform all guest to put their plates and the left overs in the bin as its self service.

Tables are not clean, the pest control is very poor and the dining area is too hot. If the customer need ac we need to request them. i had very poor experience.

Ordered 16 pcs bucket Rs.2,044.,You need to order bun separetly.Each bun costs 25 rupees.No coleslaw but mayonnaise. Ambience -Average Taste French Fries - Average Mayonnaise - Not tasty Bun - OK Chicken - Not tasty at all. I dont recommend to visit this place.I

What to tell new about KFC.Who ever is chicken 🐔 lover they will love 😍 kfc.But this branch is always so crowded most of the time no place to sit and the counter person's behaviour isn't good at all.Hope they will improve.

Usually KFC experiences are good but 2days back when me and my family visited this branch it was one of our worse experience. Washroom was not at all clean and hygiene. Food were out of stock. Simply wasted our time and left without having food

Nothing better than a normal brosted chicken.. If you ate KFC from anywhere else you won't like the chicken served in this branch. The chicken is not tender and soft. The washroom area is totally wet and no tissues at all. The most surprised thing is that they don't even give tissues when we dine and keep some little tissues at cash counter and we need request them for a tissue paper and it's ridiculous.

I had a very bad experience today afternoon at KFC Polayathodu with the staff there.. After I paid my bill via phone pe I showed the staff my transaction details.. She said they ve not received the payment so I ve to pay again.. When asked what if they ve received, the funny answer was bank will refund.I. Have made scores of payment at shops big and small, it's the first time a staff is unable to recignise transaction details.. After she received it, she didn't even apologise but continued to argue rudely saying she didn't ask repayment but was asking us to wait.. So please be cautious at this billing counter.. Highly inappropriate and unprofessional behaviour.. We all make mistakes.. Ms. Rojo could atleast have said a sorry!Very bad experience.. Kindly train your staff to behave politely and soundly to customers.. Their job is not just to collect money..

Worst customer experience. ABHIJITH A and Suhail were triggering customers when asked for delay in order. It was online order and customer had to contact and later inform Order was cancelled.

Horrible service. Wait times of more than 30 mins. Place is kept very dirty and not maintained. There is water and leftover food all over the floor. Very rude and inexperienced staff.

Worst KFC. No taste No quality Nothing. they are not changing the oil. still frying in same oil for multiple times. the French fries is actually like French chips. Even the Pepsi tastes like water. Very good and delicious food, yummy, tasty, takes time for preparation, very expensive, international quality,GST more than other restaurants, side of NH47 so noisy atmosphere, only 3 or 4 cars can park, parking area insufficient, difficult to park highway road side, always fresh fried chickens available, world class restaurant in food, not for other amenities, Anyhow KFC is number one in best fried chicken and other dishes on chicken.l liked that restaurant

I must say that the covid protocols are being followed quite effectively. But also the staff at the counter was obviously annoyed and stressed out. There was just one staff at the counter and only that one counter was open. Waited for 35 mins for the food to be ready. And the staff was quite rude with the way he stated that it would take time. I guess it was due to the rush hour. (7:30pm). 2 stars for the other staff members who were nice and brought our food to our car.

Ordered two tandoori zingers , two colas and a 10 piece bucket .Talking about the burger ,the chicken was crispier and the burger bun was perfect and the filling also was delicious.Colas was awesome.10 piece bucket was worth. Today came through very bad experience from an international food chain service.. After giving our order to the staff, we asked about what all drinks available.. That time they're telling that no drinks are available.. even in the combo pack.. In combo, for the replacement of drink they're providing french fries.. and the funniest part is there's either normal water or mineral water is not availabe.. Such a pathetic service from KFC, Polayathode, Kollam..

Maybe they should change their tag from a Fast Food to a Slow Food place. To be frank I have never eaten out at this outlet. But I did go there with the intention of eating, not once but twice. And both the times I had to come back hungry. The first time some dish was not there. The second time the cash attendant himself told me there will be a significant wait time and asked me to wait to even take my order. And there was another guy venting his frustration at them for having waited 30 minutes at a fast food place. And then another guy and yet another one. The mgmt needs to look into this and improve the service!!

Best Fried chicken in the town . Food is of top quality but the price is high. Compared to chicking quality of the food is better in kfc . Their price is high but they doesn’t compromise on the quality of the food.

We got a takeaway from there...got it within ten minutes. Ordered 5 peri peri leg piece with 2 dip and 2 pepsi which cost us 587 total. It was served hot and the dip was very tasty with the perfect blend of spice and sour. Overall the food was finger likin.... good.

I ordered for 2000rs...and since it was ordered late night...they just gave stuff for one third of the amount..and while contacting back it was switched off..the Zomato people said the money wil be refunded...so they itself cancelled it...and took back the food...but they sent a mail stating since food was prepared...money can't be refunded...it's really embarassing and cheating right in front of our eyes...never ever order from this place..worst

I had ordered chicken strips which was good and hot and crispy bucket which was tasteless. Service was poor. Plates, water cups were not provided. Table was not clean and the cleaning itself is poor as it leaves stains on the tables. Cloor had spilled drinks. Napkins too were given only on request. Will not be visiting again. Cleaning staff was trying to make it look like it was not his mistake that the floor had spilled drinks and that they did not have to clean it. Such lames excuses and unhygienic places will only thrive in kerala. Horrendous experience. And the first thing I encountered was a man asking me to give ratings in google even before ordering food. These things are unethical. What customer ethics are you holding up?

Staffs taking orders are kind and good..but the lady Ms Rojin was very rude and argumentive. When customer shows proof that transaction is successful, what should be the reaction?? "No, we didn't get any update,make the payment again". Another remark from your staff "Ithu ente kada alla" Really?? Well being a staff, you should behave as if it is your shop.. The whole dining experience is ruined..

The food is presented neatly and efficiently. Parking and washing space are both scarce. On the ground level, there is only one washbasin and one bathroom.odour coming from the toilet

It's much different from rest of the KFCs. Uncooked like masala and a security to scare off customers seems unique for the KFC. Lack of proper menu or even any communicating staff needs special mentioning. Anyways, the fried chicken has a few qualities of KFC, hence the 2 star

They served quality food to us. Staffs are friendly and helpful.

In this Covid time they are trying their best to decrease the contact time by making you placing the order in a line and immediately tell you to wait outside.After about 10 minutes a delivery boy comes out and call your token number and gives you the meal. I recommend coming on wednesday because of their offer(10 pcs 550rs).Parking lot is kind of small which can accomodate about 5 cars.

There is no complaints about the KFC food. First one, as per current situation, there is no air conditioner available. But atleast they can arrange the wall fans or portable fans for a table. Second one, there is no chilled pepsi available there. They will only provide the pepsi without cooling and that taste is not good with our favourite KFC

My father came today and ordered 2 units of Chicken wings as parcel and paid 278 Rupees for same. Order no: 1581. He was given the package and when he came back home and opened it, it had only one unit of wings (4 pieces). It is his first experience ordering in KFC and this is how it ends up. Called phone number given in web as the KFC outlet number but no response. Called customer service number, but getting connected to customer service in Chennai. They said will call back. No response till now.

This outlet is just here to spoil the brand name KFC has made so far. The quality of the food is very poor,it tasted quite different compared to other outlets.The chicken was not at all cooked properly and the oil had a different odour.The water content in the drinks was very high,it dint even taste like coke.The dips were of poor quality and din even taste like before. Totally selling low quality stuff.@kfcindia. Waiting time is more than 25 minutes and even waiting for quite long they didn't serve me hot. The chicken was served in room temperature and was not cooked properly Very bad experience
