Worst clinic I have ever been to. As I only asked for the prescription, there was not much conversation between the doctor and me. After the consultation, I went out and met the front desk again. I handed her the documents given by my doctor. The lady in the reception was very rude and didn't explain too much to me. I filled out a form that she gave me, and then asked her, "Is everything all good?" She said yes. Then I went shopping with my partner. About an hour later, the clinic called me in a very impolite manner. She kept saying that I hadn't paid yet. I was confused, but I said I would go back to the clinic to find out what happened. When I way back to the clinic from city - just 15 mins - they called again and to hurry me back to the clinic. I don't think they respect their patient, because I have told them that I was going back to the clinic. After I got back to the clinic, she still talked to me in a very rude way. Finally I realized it was because the doctor didn't give me the small note which the receptionist asked for. Because I have private insurance, I don't have to pay my fee, but the receptionist still blamed me for not updating my information. I can understand that you have the responsibility to complete your work, but when you treat your patience or customers, please use a better way, attitude and behavior. This is a very, very, very bad experience, and I think I will definitely change my preferred clinic from now on.

I do not recommend this place at all. The receptionist were rude, the clinic itself is a sensory overload. I had Dr Bandi, she was the worst doctor I’ve ever seen. I genuinely do not recommend her, she was so unprofessional and her attitude was ridiculous. She wasn’t even helpful at all, told me to go home and sort my own self out. Generally you go to the doctors for help not to feel worse. Save yourself the money and go elsewhere :)

I have been here couple of times and every time had a bad experience. Today was the height of it. I booked a consultation for my daughter with a doctor whom I don’t want to even take her name. I did complete her private form a day prior so that the medical will have all information. I reached the practice 10 mins before the appointment. First thing the lady in the reception was rude like always. She told me that, they haven’t received my form. It was their fault but, still I understood and completed the form. Our appointment was for 10.30 but we were called by the doctor around 10.45. I still understood coz , it does take time for consultation. Once we reach inside the doctor’s room, at first she wasn’t welcoming. My wife did asks some questions very politely but she was very rude to answer. It’s our first child and obviously we don’t know lots of stuff regarding baby. We paid $95.00 for her consultation and in return we got her rude behaviour. She was late by herself and told us that we took her too much of time? Can she explain what is the standard consultation time? I felt she was the wrong person at the right job. I have never seen a doctor who is so rude and disrespectful to her patients. I was with my daughter so, didn’t want to say anything to her, otherwise I would have taught her a good lesson today about respecting her patients. Anyway, I know, they won’t change their behaviour or attitude toward their people.. I even know there must be good people in that organisation but every time I went there had a very very very bad experience. I think a BIG NO for next time. 🙅‍♂️ If possible I would have rated in Negative Star..

The doctor I meet is good. While the attitude of the telephone reception is horrible. I received a text message said my appointment need to be rescheduled and I need to call them. So I make a phone call to check but that lady pick up the phone is soooooo rude. She very IMPATIENTLY said my appointment is fine and she can’t see any reason it’s canceled. And I got confused and tell her the reason I call you is because I got the text message said it’s rescheduled and that lady being very aggressive and impatient and just hand up the phone! I can’t imagine being treated like this in a clinic in Australia! Update today: I arrive the clinic at the appointment time and the reception told me my appointment is switched to another doctor and they already messaged me. I’m so shocked that I didn’t get any message says my appointment is switched to another doctor. The only message I got says my schedule with my regular Gp need to be reschedule ask me to call back. When I call back that lady says no need to change and hang up my phone! I didn’t get any notice of switching doctor at all. And now I have to come back again at another time just to see my regular Gp. It’s waste of my time and I felt like they were playing a trick on me. Horrible experience!!!!!!!

Worst medical centre. This Medical centre doesn’t even deserve 1 star. If you guys are reading this review, you really need to improve your Telehealth consultation system. If you don’t know how to manage it, then its better to stop taking Telehealth appointment. I booked appoinment at 10:20am but they didn’t call me till 11:30am, i called them and lady in the call centre told me they don’t know when they are going to call me. Thats really unprofessional. Everyone’s time is important. Value everyone’s time, its not only you guys who are busy.

I made a phone appointment for 11:30am. It got to 12pm and I called asking if it has been cancelled and they said the dr will call me soon. 12:30pm comes by so I call again and they say again I will be getting called soon. At 1:30pm I called asking what is going on and they say the dr will call me when she can. What is the point on making an 11:30am appointment and then having to wait all day for when the dr is available. Useless clinic.

Appointments are a joke. It doesn’t matter what clinic you decide to go to these days because nothing is ever on time! I would not recommend this clinic or any other TopEndMedical branches due to time constraints. If you book an appointment at 2:30 then be ready by 2:30! Don’t tell me or other customers that there is an hour long wait. This sort of behaviour is only common in clinics that overbook on a daily basis (they care less about helping you and more about the number of patients they can cram through the door). I tried to to sort this complaint out when I called but was notified the manager had gone home (2:30pm) and there was nothing they could do apart from emailing them. I would rather everyone know how this practice runs and therefore leave my complaint online for everyone to see.

Horrible experience. Unprofessional. The receptionist didn’t notify the doctor, so I was waiting for 45 minutes and when I saw the Dr she said ‘oh, were you out there this whole time? Wow, sorry!’ Then when I explained my symptoms she said ‘Well I can’t call this a virus coz you said it started five days ago’ then started googling symptoms, in front of me, and then when I mentioned my asthma had also been triggered, she started running with that instead. I had a severe common cold/flu symptoms. Which usually triggers my asthma. Then she starts googling my asthma medication and asking me if it ‘looks right’ because if so she will prescribe it to me. Sis you are the doctor not me! I left with a script for antibiotics and an asthma inhaler but no diagnosis. Charged full price. And then when I went to the pharmacy, the pharmacist laughed and said ‘why has she prescribed you a child’s inhaler?’ WHAT A CIRCUS 🤡 avoid at all costs!

Always long wait times, usually 1 - 2 hours late at a minimum. My last phone consultation was 2 hours late. The Doctors are incredibly naive and dismissive when presenting symptoms. The doctors don't let you know when results have returned, where you constantly have to chase them for follow-ups. I went to Care point Medical instead who diagnosed my illnesses and referred me to specialists who advised my ailments were urgent and classed as category 1. Meanwhile, the Top End doctors wouldn't do anything to help for months!! I'd hate to think how many others have missed significant treatments due to inadequate Top End Medical doctors. With the removal of bulk billing and inept staff, avoid Top End Clinics at all costs!!

Very disappointed with their GP (David) and receptionists . I don't have idea how they run this centre. I went there for blood test which I need for my new job, I told him I need TB test report as well , whn I went there for report he didn’t mention TB report in it and said u need to do X-ray for it. I called to pathology they said it can be done by blood test . Now I booked an other appointment and paid fee again . Stupid staff

Poor communication around the services provided and costs involve resulting in the patient spending time and money on 3 seperate consults to get treatment required, when it could have been resolved in 1 consult as the patient stated from the beginning. Not sure if this is the intention of this clinic to somehow withhold important information to gain extra $$ by having seperate consults to discuss further information. As a Practice Manager from QLD, I understand all the aspects of these consults both medically and financially and I am very disappointed in how this clinic runs and I have many concerns. I hope this isn't normal behaviour in NT healthcare.

Booked for an appointment through call centre at 4:20pm and asking for a confirmation message. No message and once reaching the clinic, the doctor has already left. The staff apologising that the appointment was at 12:20pm. A sick person travelling all the way and gets no service. Sad part is that this is only for a report discussion and this is required for further radiology and services booked in a different facility.

Bad experience in this clinic .. Have appointment, be there in time and wait almost one and half hour to see doctor. Every time I have been told that doctor will call you but wait there so long. Useless to sit there. And also they charge you different weekends rate even you have Medicare card aswell.

I have nothing much to say about the Casuarina clinic, but have great things for Dr Mu. He is a good doctor who cares about his patients. I had a cold/flu/bacterial respiratory infection and he prescribed me with medications and explained my treatment plan in detail. He followed up with a telephone conversation three days later to check up on me. I would recommend him to a friend or family.

All good, an occasional delay has been experienced and apology offered. Our regular GP there does try hard to keep appointment times that's not easy when the previous appointment consumes more time than expected.

One of the worst experience for me in Australia. I was completely sick, went to an appointment which they mentioned it was cancelled due to doctor’s unavailability (which is fine and understandable). After asking them when is the next available appointment with any doctor they asked me to wait for 1.5 hours.

I just saw Dr Shimaa and she is hands down the kindest most caring doctor I have ever come across. I feel she really listened to me, understood me and made me feel so comfortable. I had to call my best friend immediately after and tell her how lovely my doctor was. Thankyou Dr Shimaa for putting my faith back into Top End Medical.

A big thank you to the nurses and especially Tegan Cavdosa. They were beyond helpful and nice. Tegan really helped me to manage my overseas covid certificate transfer and to receive my new shot and explained me carefully how often and how many shots I need and other complated things for me. Thank you, girls.

Dr Bandi was terrible. Don’t book with her. She is unprofessional and rude. Also She even didn’t check properly. I went there for check up and she was asking me if i want blood test. She is the doctor and she should tell us what to do instead of asking me. How can i know if i need blood test. She is the doctor she should know what her patient need.
