From initial booking process, through to being greeted upon arrival and well-taken care of, this visit to Loft Thai Spa & Wellness was a very memorable one. Both my partner and I opted for the Traditional Thai Massage - 2hrs. The tine passed very quickly and the whole treatment process was enjoyable. Do book in advance as far as you can and enjoy your time here. We booked via Whatsapp which was quick and easy to receive our confirmation for. You won't be disappointed!

Wonderful massage, our therapist has good pressure. Nice atmosphere , the interior and the design is on point. I had 1.5 hrs aromatherapy service with another 30 minutes nice warm bath with food and dessert complementary.

Nice Spa! After walking for a few days, we decided to pamper ourselves with a nice massage and they didn’t disappoint. Very nicely decorated and very welcoming reception area. Price is on the high side but we wanted to try them out. Service was good! After making payment, we were led to an area where they wash our feet and brought us to our room for the massage. The massage experience was nice and relaxing. The masseurs were skillful and experienced. We enjoyed our massage.

A spa worth visiting, located next to EmQuartier, and you can walk to Emporium. They offer a wide range of services and have received awards. For those who enjoy massages, body scrubs, aromatherapy, and skincare, all services are available. Recently, I had a foot massage here, and they also offer foot and leg scrubs before the massage. Very relaxing and comfortable. You can also park your car in front of the shop.

We did therapeutic oil massage today. All of their staff spoke perfect English so if you’re a foreigner this would probably be your go-to massage place. Great, great, great massage. Super clean. Posh interior . Highly recommend. It was raining by the time our session finished and the lady was nice enough to send us to the front of the soi with her umbrella.

A must visit and try in Bangkok! one of the best spa experiences I had, easy to book via whatsapp and their follow-up and confirmation was immediately! the facial treatment was professional and gentle, and all staff here speak fluent English, which makes it much easier to tell them what exactly you want and try to avoid.

The price is very expensive But it was very comfortable and massaged until I fell asleep The reason for three stars is that it is too expensive. I want to have better options. Desserts are not very tasty

Wonderful experience. Booked at the last minute and they suggested Sukhumvit 24 outlet since others were fully booked. Couldn’t find the exact location on Grab as the outlet is newly opened but they mentioned it was near the Phrom Phong BTS. I tried their 2 hr Aromatherapy Massage while my bestie did the 1 hr Aromatherapy + 1 hr facial. We both loved it. The end of the session was unexpected where we were served not only tea, but some Thai desserts which were so good. Will definitely come back again. Highly recommended!

This is my very first time to visit Bangkok with my parents. My parents are looking for an authentic Thai massage. John contacted me through WhatsApp to re-confirm the massage treatment, time and other details. He assured me that the room was ready 30 mins before my appointment time. My parent goes for Thai massage and I go for the coconut oil full body massage. My therapist, Mitt is polite and professional. I had an very enjoyable and relaxing experience. My parent”s therapist are Chia and May. My parent keep praising on them after the treatment. They said it’s a very comfortable experience. And they highly appreciate the professional skill of Chia and May. The physical environment of Loft Thai Spa ( Sukhumvit 24) is clean and new. It provides a sense of confidence to customers. I can really recommend this place. I had a detox facial and a foot massage. Each 1 hour. I felt so good and relaxed that l fell asleep. The place is really clean and beautiful. In the beginning I got some cold tea and at the end warm tea with little bit to eat. Can't wait to come again 😃 Thanks again to all the staff.

My mum and I booked an Oil aroma therapy session a day before via the website. It was an easy booking process. Massage session was absolutely relaxing, it was professional and hits the pressure points. There was tea provided before and after the session, and Thai desserts too

The location is very convenient, near BTS Phrom Phong. The staffs speak good English, also provided good service. My first time here and I had Loft Thai Signature Spa, so relaxing and totally recommended. Certainly will come and try other packages next time.

The ambience was nice and service good, they served drinks before the massage, and drinks and snacks after. But our deep tissue massage didn't help to relieve much tension, it felt like the masseuse couldn't quite hit the right spots. Also, they spent so much effort getting us to fill in the form on where we wished to focus the massage on/ where not to massage, but the masseuse didn't follow what we filled in. Be careful when making a booking as they have a few outlets. But I would say, try other options if you're really looking to relieve some body ache.

What an ambiance and lovely service. The place is amazing.The staff were sweet and accommodating to let my husband wait for me while I did my facial. The facial was well done, but the neck area was ignored which is a shame. The treatment started with a foot scrub and ended with a shoulder massage. Overall will surely go here again.

Fantastic spa near EmQuartier. Perfect place to relax after walking or shopping. We had the office syndrome massage and highly recommend it for anyone who has a stiff upper body. The masseuses were great. Facility is clean and staff can speak English. The location of the spa is on a private road and you can’t actually take a grab or taxi in there. You just need to walk into the private road.

Loft Thai Spa is open 24 hours a day. Best for unwinding. The masseuses were competent, provided excellent massages, and the facilities were immaculate. And the bubble bath was amazing. If you go, you must soak in the soap bubbles. It's definitely worth a shot. I strongly suggest it.

You definitely have to go for massage or spa when you are at Thailand, and we chose LOFT thai spa to try out their office syndrome massage. The design of the place is minimal, alot of brickwork as their feature walls combining with a bit of wood accents along the way. The masseuse are lovely and we totally enjoy our experience here. They speak english too which is definitely a bonus for tourists.

Loft Thai Spa 24 offers complete relaxation from the moment you walk in the door. I sensed a calming perfume and the service was wonderful. Thai Massage has excellent skills. I felt like I was letting go of tension. Enjoy a genuinely revitalizing experience for both your body and mind!
