So the pictures on the internet of this hotel are from the time this hotel was brand new. I recently went there after booking online and checking the imagines and award recognitions this hotel had. When i went there it was a little worn out as compared to the images. That was fine too, understandable. But they gave us a tiny room saying that's the only room available. After demanding for a bigger room they finally agreed on providing another one, which was bigger than the one we got before. It was a good room. Nice bathroom, hot water 24×7. Provided all necessary toiletries too. Overall good rooms and service, just poor management was experienced by us at first which they made up later on. Good hotel for this price!

BIGGEST SCAM ALERT! Never book a room in the hotel and the people is fraud and scammers. We booked a superior quad bedroom for four people through online website. We only booked the rooms after directly asking the hotel staff. The check -in time was 12pm ,we reached there on 11:30 am. The receptionist asked us to wait we again asked at 11:40 am they asked our name and said please wait. At 12 pm after we entered the name on the registrar the receptionist informed us we have booked a four people room only for two people and we should pay extra. We were not ready to pay extra and they were not ready to provide us room Or any basic services. The receptionist and a lady stating herself as manager also GM and also the owner of the hotel behaved very rude and yelled us. We filed a complaint to the nearby police station and the problem was solved and they gave a refund.

Pathetic experience. It's not a budget hotel. It's just a cheap hotel. I was misled by many good reviews here and on trip advisor. We stayed here for 2 nights with my family. Although the hotel is centrally located, it is in a very narrow lane. So good luck getting your car in and out of the lane without any scratches. Moreover, they have underground parking for only 4 cars. The slope going in to the parking is very steep. So again it is tough getting your car out of the parking garage. We reserved balcony rooms after seeing good view in the photos. But turned out they were facing the narrow lane and balconies were too small. So again money wasted. The time are very small. The chairs in the room are old and just uncomfortable. The rooms lack some of the basic things like tissue papers. My room had kettle but not the base. So I asked for it and they just refused. Luckily, my parent's room had a kettle with the base. But it was unclean so we avoided it. They don't have any restaurant or kitchen. So the breakfast they provided was sourced from some other place. It was so bad that we only had it the first day. The second day we just went out for breakfast. Another thing - they provided us with basic plastic plates and really old spoons. Even the tea and coffee was pathetic. How can you go wrong with tea and coffee 😑 Now coming to hot water - they said it would be available till 9:30 am. We got hot water on the first day but second day was again another disappointment. Overall, this place is not for families. Only backpackers can stay here.

I have pre-booked 2 rooms for my family after the availability confirmation of a staff from hotel. But when we reached to check-in they are saying we have to pay extra 1200 rupees. We paid the extra money and check-in the rooms. But the toilet and bed pillow was dirty and speaked with the management. But they disrespected my family and asked to get out from the hotel. This is the badest experience I faced in my entire life. The people who are working inside the hotel are scammers.

I stayed in nonAC room. Hotel is good if comes in well discount price, compare to other new hotels. They don't have restaurant so go with out breakfast deal. Coz they brings breakfast from outside so it's not easy specially for kids and no coffee and tea. Limited Parking but manageable.

Actually a decent place to stay if you are at Mysore for a day or two. Room was neat, with hair dryer, water kettle, running hot water, and towels. Be prepared to make few calls for service if you can’t find the AC remote or the kettle provided isn’t working:) The service is quick so they’ll definitely help you out! Booked rooms with breakfast and had it from rooftop! Great ambience there, but that’s just open seating and not an actual restaurant:( we had to run back down to get water. You have to catch an auto at least to reach there, but better if you book an Uber :) save yourself from the commission lafda!

It’s a good place. I visited from London and stayed for the weekend while On a business trip to Bangalore. The staff where always helpful and charming. The room is fine. Mine did not face the road and that made it quieter. Clean and safe and helpful. And well located. For the prices I am not sure what more you can ask for.

It was very good stay at Aishwarya residency. We stayed for 2 nights and booked 3 classic AC Rooms which are standard size rooms. Rooms and washrooms were very clean and tidy. Also cleaning was done regularly. Manager Privthiraj was helpful throughout the stay. Even service personnel were prompt and good.Location of hotel is USP. It is very close to Mysore palace, Mysore zoo and all shopping areas. If you want good budget hotel for family please definitely book this hotel.

More staff in the hotel than the guests! They scream and disturb you on top of their voice when the staff does their work. Rooms unclean! Sheets and pillows are all dirty. The bed was not cleaned at all. Name sake ac rooms, ac was not working. Management should learn to control and handle the staff, could see it was the other way around.

We booked 2 rooms ( classic ac) at a very reasonable tariff. Rooms equipped with enough toiletries, coffee maker and hair drier. Room and washroom cleanliness is surely at it's top! centrally located, very close to main suburban bus stand. Check in process is fast and convenient. Room service response is not slow, restaurant is available. Food meets quality and quantity even though Prices are slightly in higher side. We stayed from 22nd to 24th June 2022. A professionally managed hotel. I think the best budget property in all aspects at Mysore

The stay was nice. It's in the heart of Mysore. Every tourist attraction is not more than 5 Km from here. The rooms were clean , hair dryer was provided. The terrace is a blissful place , you get a view of the St. Philomena's church from here. The common space is asthetic. Beds were comfortable , the staff was friendly too. Overall a good budget stay.

I really liked the hotel, affordable price best location and service is also good. It is very near by from KSRTC bus stand, near by mysore place , zoo and couple of more things. The rooms were little small but bathroom were spacious. If you are looking for 2-3 days you can reside here, also the interior of hotel is awesome i was surprised to see i was able to get this hotel at such a low rate. The receptionist is also awesome . You get served tea and coffee in morning by hotel itself.

Please don't stay in this hotel if you want to spend your vacation pleasant. This is one of the worst hotels I have ever stayed in. Cons: - They don't wash blankets - They don't provide complementary water. - Bed has lot of grease and getting foul smell while sleeping. - Food is cheap quality and they don't provide food on time. It takes 2 hrs to get the food delivered. - Restrooms standard are poor quality. - They don't provide bath kit like tooth brush and travel paste. - They don't wash the towels. - The hotel is built in the cramped space so we won't have a better view from inside the room. - Check in and Check out time taking too long than expected. Front desk agents are not professional. - Parking space is cramped and very difficult to park. - Taking a public transport from this location is highly impossible. - They are providing only mild hot water that too till 9:30 am which is pathetic as we can't take bath or wash face during evening time. In mysore it is freezing in winter. Pros: There is not even single pro in this hotel. I have paid a decent price for 2 days but not satisfied and these people are screwing the whole hospitality industry.

Had booked this stay at 6 times price during dussehra. not worth at all. Very small rooms. no basic needs was available. Stay road is very narrow that you can’t park car and security doest allow you to park in the hotel parking. No complementary breakfast even paying 6.2K per night and no restaurant was open. No other amenities in the hotel.

Value for money. We booked 3 bed room for my Family. It was specious and clean. Service is good, they respond promptly when called. Food service is not so good, they bring from outside hotels. Hotel is inside a small lane parking problem. Overall It is a great values for those who hangouts outside most of the time and relax at the hotel during nights. we prefer visiting again.

Not worth the price you pay for a room. Rooms are not clean. Water can run out any time Room service is a joke. I found blood stains in the bedsheets asked for room service. They gave the same bed sheet upside down. Bugs and itchy. Booked balcony accessible room but never received one. Paid for extra bed but they gave a 100 years old cheap sofa which was already in the room and asked me to use as bed , the dirtiest of all. Ordered food from their own restaurant received hair in the ptza , 5 days old chicken and cancelled it after tasting it

The hotel is not worth the price. It’s poorly built. Each and every appliance and switch boards are broken. The location of the hotel is very shady and is difficult to spot. I would not recommend this space to anyone. Pay a little extra and get a hotel worth living. The bed sheets and towels are torn and pathetic. The bed feels dirty to sleep on. The staff is slow, it took them 30mins to checkin. No toiletries provided.

Low budget hotel mainly for bachelor crowd with No CAR PARKING. I see that it was a cozy budget hotel when it was opened 10 to 12 years back, but now this place has gone from good to worse due to lack of maintenance. The place is in a pocket road near the palace and close to attractions in the city. However, the place seriously needs a renovation. The rooms/sheets bathrooms are poorly maintained or rather worn out. The bed sheets and curtains seem to be really old and not washed regularly. Additionally, there was no room service, I believe you seldom have people at reception to attend room service calls. Also, the place can not hold more than 3 cars in its cellar, and guests have to park on roadsides if we are bringing cars, so it is wise to opt out if you are coming with a car. This place would make a good option for bachelor's who needs budget stays between INR 800 to 1000 and cleanness is not the main priority.

Rooms are very small. No space beyond a bed. The hotel is inside a small street difficult for vehicles. The beds are not clean and their service is worst.if you order tea will get it only after an hour. There is no roof top dinning as shown in the pics. They only purchase food from outside and give in room.

Nice ambience.Room and bathrooms are clean and hygiene. Staff are very good. But size of the room is too small, two persons can not even stand also. There is no restaurant, they will get you outside food which is not so good.

We two girls booked room for two days during Dussehra holiday, since most of the bookings were full we booked this hotel at very end moment. Reaching hotel there was no nothing it's an old house converted to OYO hotel(it's an OYO property although it isn't mentioned online). We were asked to pay for water bottles(even that took long forever to bring that even) and there were no toiletries (we asked but nothing was provided). In the morning of second day, we denied room cleaning on our first visit (even then they did grooming and all), there was vibration sound in the room seems like there was some hidden device. We got up and searched but nothing was found. We then packed and left the hotel due to major security concerns. Highly not recommended for family or girls. No not ever for females.

Its a decent budget hotel in the heart of the city 500 m from the bus stand, situated in busy jewellery showrooms lane We stayed there for 4 days. The staffs are really courteous and friendly, they have an in house kitchen which serves all kinds of foods and it's nice too. They also have tie ups with the local tours and travels who have day packages for Ooty, Madikeri etc Cons: they only have hot water in the bathroom from 5:30 am to 9:30 am only, so If you want to take shower in the evenings then, that's a problem Also, If you are looking for classy beds and hi fi washroom, this place is not it . The washrooms are neat and just simple. If you are looking for a decent and simple family hotel.. you can go ahead

The hotel is located on a narrow lane away from the traffic. Rooms, washrooms and linen were maintained clean. They have a tiny parking space in the basement. The staff were helpful. We had booked another room through the online portal(Agoda) but the same was not confirmed in the hotel system so we had to pay cash separately at the reception. But the next day hotel staff refunded the money as they had received the confirmation message late.

Rooms were fine. The problem is breakfast. They being poor breakfast from outside hotel. They don't inform priorly. Next Is They keep on giving irritating calls for check out even before the time arrives without even grace time. You can book for the medium budget rooms but WITHOUT COMPLIMENTARY BREAKFAST

    1. No drinking water on per day basis. You have to buy mineral water bottles daily. 2. No shampoo or shower gel 3. No bedsheet change everyday. 4. They won't provide you complimentary water for drinking when you check in. 5. No room cleaning on daily basis.

I had a delightful stay at this charming hotel! The attentive staff, including Varun at the reception, made me feel truly welcomed. The tastefully decorated rooms and top-notch cleanliness added to the comfortable experience. The highlight was the fantastic dining at the hotel's restaurant. With its convenient location and great amenities.

Rooms are spacious, clean, and well-maintained. Another thing we enjoyed is the restaurant on the fourth floor with its sitting space allocated near the wall. It is a wonderful experience and we can feel the heavy wind. There is ample parking in the basement. The hotel is located in the city of Mysore itself, but it does not have any scenic views.all the staff in front office Varun and harshitha are so supportive and helpfull
