It’s great having the nutrition you need at your finger tips. So many times after a workout I’ve needed to grab a protein drink, jerky, or a protein bar to keep me going until I can get to my next meal so it’s great to have the convenience of Cave Sports Nutrition in the gym. Def recommend the Cave gym and the Cave Nutrition Shop.

The cave is 100% the best in Toowoomba, the community, facilities, classes, coaches are amazing. The best gym in town as it has a kids creche with staff letting you do your workout in peace. They also have the best range of supplements on offer.

I have been going to his gym for just over a month and I can say with ease the environment is great, staff is friendly, people are friendly, there are huge guys there but they are all chill and if you ever need a spot or something they will gladly help you, the PT trainers are really nice and they will help you with whatever you need, I'd Personally recommend this gym go anyone beginning to work out, they have their own shop as well, honestly great prices for what they sell, they have vending machines and drinks I've never even heard of before, I love this place, if I could give it 10 stars I would.

The cave has an amazing community and extremely friendly staff, it’s so easy to talk to anyone and ask for anything. I have had zero problems since joining and I am so happy with my membership.

Clean, always thoroughly stocked, competitively priced and easy to navigate both online and instore. Staff are super helpful with enquires. They have specials occasionally and product highlights which always make things fun. Also has different payment methods to make purchasing easy as well.
