It was never pleasant to enter this center. Aside from a couple of girls, they all treat you like they only care about selling you their laser packages, mostly in a "I'll do you a favor by talking to you" manner. It seems clear that it all starts from inconsiderate management. Furthermore, the results of the treatment are really poor.

Even though the girls are all kind, the organization leaves something to be desired. In fact, after waiting half an hour for the first appointment they told me that it hadn't been booked, so I came back a few days later but the second time also missed because the power went out. Finally the first day of treatment arrives and they give me one that I didn't ask for and that I wasn't told anything about. Then, if on the day of purchase I was assured of a duration of 40 minutes per treatment, yes and no it reached 25 minutes. Finally, they don't take the measures necessary to understand the progress of the treatment if you don't explicitly ask for them, because they forget about them. And in any case I did not find any benefit from the treatment even though I was completely assured that the problem would be resolved. Little attention to the customer.

It's an excellent beauty center! There are often promotions and this helps customers with their expenses. The center is very clean and tidy, nothing is ever out of place! I have changed many specialists, also for internal issues at the centre, and I admit that I didn't get along very well with all of them, but the owner, Marilena, is always available for dialogue. Since this autumn I have been doing treatments with Raquel Verónica, who is very good! I absolutely recommend it! She is very attentive to the client's needs, she is very correct and above all very very careful in carrying out the treatments, always delicate and effective! There is constant dialogue even during treatment! Currently the best, without a doubt! And then, in addition to being good and professional, she is cheerful, friendly, precise, and extremely nice!

Rude and dismissive staff. I went to Biolaser to inquire about their services. First impression … I did see I had to buzz to enter - unwelcoming…yes…but maybe understandable due to the area. I buzzed and smiled … through the glass, I was met with an ugly scowl from the employee. She opened the door, and I said I had questions about their service. She looked at her co-worker as if I was crazy, and they just laughed, and she said, “we don’t speak English,” and dismissed me out the door. I don’t expect anyone to speak English, but common courtesy would have been nice. There is a way to tell someone that you can’t help them due to language issues - granted, the services are straightforward, and I’m sure if they had shown me a chart, I could have pointed out what I wanted. They lost a client, and it had nothing to do with language. *REVIEW FOR ENGLISH SPEAKERS - My review is based on my customer service experience as an English speaker and not on the service provided.

Very bad experience and results, actually I didn't see any results, zero hair fell, just growth like I didn't have a session, just like it's shaved, not lasered I will never go back to them and I don't recommend it at all, I think buying your own laser device will give you more results than this. I'm upset, very upset.

The staff were very polite and courteous. I told them I don’t speak too much Italian and they explained to me everything in English which made all the process wonderful. They location is good and the service is absolutely fantastic! Had book my next visit already.

Adelina is always polite, helpful and professional, it happened to me during the first session that a girl (who was not Adelina), perhaps inexperienced, burned my toe. Another time I had a girl who didn't do my crotch in a hurry and I had to remind her! Adelina is without a doubt the best. However, I think that the company should focus more on quality and not on speed. As a former beautician, I believe that a client is happier and feels better welcomed if: 1 doesn't keep her waiting 2 can have a chat like I do with Adelina to ask for the areas where the laser worked best and perhaps insist on the most critical areas. However, I consider my overall experience to be good. If Adelina wasn't there, I think I wouldn't continue my biolaser path. Punctuality is important and is a form of respect for us customers and for you laser operators. Now I live in De Angeli, so I come only and exclusively because Adelina is really smart and talented. And above all, an added value that many people don't have these days is "Empathy".
