Very
poor
customer
service.
Late
and
missed
pick
ups
for
both
trash
and
recycle.
Also,
now
they
are
not
emptying
your
whole
trash
can.
They
pick
and
choose
what
bags
they
want
to
pull
out.
Not
reliable
but
yet
are
the
most
expensive
company
in
my
service
area.
They
charge
extra
for
quarterly
paper
statements
and
will
continue
to
charge
you
unless
you
set
up
automatic
billing
from
a
credit
card
or
bank
account.
They
just
recently
increased
their
bill
by
15%
but
yet
have
missed
more
pick
ups
in
the
last
several
months.
No
discounts
if
pick
ups
are
missed.
Customer
service
constantly
gives
different
information
out.
Supervisors
who
say
they
will
help
you
do
not
get
back
with
you.
I
was
told
recycle
is
just
a
courtesy
and
if
they
don't
have
the
staff
they
will
not
pick
it
up
that
week.
Long
wait
times
on
hold
for
a
supv.,
over
2
hours
some
days.
They
charge
Non
refundable
can
deposits
and
they
will
charge
you
$75/can
to
pick
up
your
cans
if
you
choose
to
cancel
your
service
without
contracts.
I
had
asked
before
about
can
pick
up
charges
and
I
was
told
there
was
none
but
now
they
said
there
is.
$150/2cans.
Do
your
homework
if
you
have
a
choice
on
trash/recycle
providers.
