I have dealt with Dive Supply many times in the 5 years of being in Phuket and have always found the staff very helpful, super knowledgeable and very friendly. The Sales Team and especially the Manager Vinnie always give great advice and are very helpful. Nothing is to much trouble. Also a Big shout to Mark who is so Good at fixing any equipment issues. This makes for an all round Awesome service from the Dive Supply Team!

One of many dive shops in the Chalong, Phuket area this is the best I’ve found. Run by the most helpful and customer focused staff I’ve come across. Huge stock with all prices clearly displayed. An excellent in-site service centre that were able to hydro test my ageing tanks.

5 stars for a truly five-star service! I asked them to replace screws for my dive computer, to which they quoted 300B with a pressure test. This was already excellent value, because in Bangkok I paid 1,400B. But in the end they did the job for FREE, and all I had to pay was return postage. I'm almost looking forward to my next equipment problem, so that I can enjoy this excellent service again!

Rob gives the most personalized care and his expertise is so valued. His positive, jovial attitude and kind personality makes visiting the store a real pleasure and makes you look forward to a return visit in the future. Between Rob, David, and the rest of the team there’s so much knowledge and experience that they’ve always got you covered, even when you don’t know the things you don’t yet know. You’ll never go wrong when looking for anything related to diving here – most highly recommended!

Staff are awesome and knowledge of products is unsurpassed and the after market support is second to none . Easy choice when looking for dive equipment and business support.

Phenomenal shop with superb expert advice. We went into this shop by recommendation after a dive (completely unprepared!) and were extremely well looked after. Great selection of products. Late in the afternoon we were encouraged to take our time and try all the products multiple times - despite the fact it was already gone closing time! We live abroad, but will be planning holidays in Phuket around our future purchase requirements from this shop! Don’t look any further than here for dive supplies in Phuket (and beyond).

My wife and I purchased some regulators and walked out very pleased. Great customer service from everyone including our salesman, Vincent. He gave us what we wanted at our target price point and had a friendly chat along the way. I highly recommend these guys! 👍
