As expected, the same taste of Kentucky fried chicken we can experience here. Somewhat crowded, but still enough chair were available. Atmosphere was good. Bigger than Thiruvalla outlet. Comfortable parking facility. Located outside the rush city life.

First of all , I would like to inform you that I am a regular customer for KFC and I love the flavour of your chicken because it's very tasty as we all know, but when I visited changanaasheri branch with my wife and 2 year old kid @ Kerala...I lost all the expectations about kerala/.indian KFC standard compare with UAE KFC because I am staying at UAE, the crispy chicken what I ordered it's looks like multiple time fried and the oil taste is worst.and unable to eat, I could not feel that KFC taste as international KFC when I compare with indian outlet which I mentioned expecically changanaasheri branch. I dind not raise any complaint with the staff who served food for me and my family, but.........I am requesting to KFC top management to have a visit in changanaasheri branch and have a bit of your chicken, then you will understand what's going on there...as no taste of KFC chicken at alll... I am very disappointed 😞

I received excellent service and the atmosphere was pleasant. The cooking time was also quick. However, I didn't quite experience the authentic taste of KFC, particularly when it came to the strips as they lacked the desired crispiness.

The restaurant is easily spotted and located within the highway. There is ample amount of parking space available in front of the restaurant. Since this is recently opened, the restaurant is neat and clean. The service they offer is not par to the ones offered by the same in other locations. They only had Hot and Crispy chicken in the menu to offer. All other options like Smokey grilled are not available because of some unknown reason. And the best part is, they didn't had water to offer, they said because of some system issue. Who knows. Anyway, hope that all these issues will be fixed soon. Thanks!

My recent visit to KFC was average. The familiar taste of their chicken was consistent, but the service seemed a bit hurried. The menu, while offering the usual favorites, lacked some innovative choices. The restaurant was clean, but the ambiance was typical for a fast-food chain. Prices were reasonable, but the overall experience was neither outstanding nor disappointing. KFC remains a reliable choice for a quick and familiar meal, but it didn't particularly stand out during this visit.

I traveled 12 kilometers to this KFC restaurant today. I ordered the Ultimate Savings Bucket for Rs. 679 and a Double Down burger for Rs. 238. Unfortunately, almost half of the bucket's chicken was pink and not cooked properly. The Double Down burger looked nothing like the picture and seemed like a waste of food. The chicken in the burger also appeared undercooked. I spoke to the manager, who apologized and offered to replace the food. However, I remembered facing the same issue a few months ago, and the replacement food was also not cooked well. So, I decided not to accept the offer this time. Interestingly, I noticed other customers at nearby tables eating the pink chicken without any issue. They might have a lot of trust in the KFC brand. I haven't had this problem at other KFC restaurants I've been to. This experience left me disappointed and concerned about the quality specifically at this KFC outlet.

The chicken fry was only half cooked, very oily, not a very good food. Just normal average.

Very bad experience from KFC. Taste of the food is no up to the mark. Someone from KFC top management should visit and taste the food. Only the price level is premium taste and quality of the food is very bad.
