We
conducted
our
baby's
baptism
in
their
3rd
floor
banquet
hall
on
Oct
22
nd
and
their
service
&
event
management
was
really
bad.
We
went
to
see
the
hall
before
booking.
We
were
hesitant
on
booking
as
it
seemed
to
us,
it
would
be
uncomfortable
for
guests
more
than
80.
But
while
raising
the
same
question
,
the
manager
told
us
they
will
give
us
a
nearby
ball
room
as
well.
So
thinking
that
room
also
is
available,
we
did
the
booking
but
they
didn't
open
the
ball
room
during
the
function
and
told
some
excuses.
Because
of
that,
guests
were
complaining
about
congestion.
Also
they
didn't
keep
food
on
time
even
though
we
informed
the
timings
earlier.
After
keeping
food
nobody
was
there
to
serve
and
they
didn't
keep
cutlery
to
take
food.
After
keeping
cutlery,
nobody
was
there
to
replenish
plates
and
cutlery
on
the
table,
and
guests
were
waiting
after
it
was
finished.
Icecream
was
kept
very
late
by
the
time
almost
everyone
left.
They
have
done
a
different
stage
as
compared
with
the
models
they
send
and
stage
lighting
was
not
proper
so
it
looked
dull.
We
have
clearly
told
them
earlier
itself
lighting
should
be
proper
otherwise
photo
and
stage
won't
look
nice.
Even
though
the
food,
hall
neatness,
clean
restrooms
etc
were
good,
because
of
the
aforementioned
flaws
we
had
a
very
horrible
experience,
as
some
of
the
guests
themselves
complained
about
congestion,
service
etc.
We
cannot
trust
the
management
based
on
what
they
say
initially.
They
are
absolute
zero
in
honesty
and
integrity.
They
tried
to
avoid
conflicts
by
hiding
the
ball
room
unavailability,
food
timing
latency
etc.
If
they
informed
us
earlier,
we
could
have
done
some
thinking
and
done
some
alternate
arrangements.
They
have
very
little
coordination
and
management
skills,
which
ultimately
caused
embarrassment
to
us.
So
we
recommend
going
to
some
other
place.
