The staffs didn't interested to sell and assist me when I come. Once before this i looked for cat food, no manners, ask me to "tekan button sini" without explaining eventho i know it's for rating, still no manners. second time, come again but I just get out from the shop cuz no assist from them. Service given different from PLC in the mall compared to shop lot area.

The vet is knowledgeable. A young lady who is friendly. The staff there is also very helpful. My pets all had their vacinne injection done there. Trim nails and ear cleaning rm10 per dog. Basic grooming for small dogs rm70. Open 10am till 7pm usually. They have varieties of dog and cat food too at reasonable price.

the chinese doctor shows herself polite but some actions she do is very harsh for my puppy. My puppy is 12 years old she got maggots in her feet. Other clinic doctor can take out the maggots without giving sleeping injection. But this Dr want to ease her job and put my dog life in risk by giving sleeping injection. Thankfully my dog raise back. On the other hand the fee is so expensive because they use my own bandage and medicines but claim fees a lot.
