shops,
cafes
and
restaurants,
cinemas.
LIMITATIONS:
Prices
in
some
boutiques,
but
did
not
go
there,
a
lot
of
people.
Today
I
would
like
to
give
a
short
overview
of
the
place
that
most
of
us
most
likely
visited
when
they
travel
through
the
Northern
capital,
since
it
is
located
near
the
Moscow
railway
station.
I
didn’t
take
photos
inside,
having
looked
through
it
and
having
read
about
it,
I
think
there
is
no
need,
there
are
enough,
in
my
opinion,
very
interesting
and
informative
reviews.
Not
far
from
Nevsky
Prospekt,
if
you
walk
250
meters,
there
is
the
Gallery
shopping
and
entertainment
center,
where
we
actually
stopped
by
the
next
day,
after
a
walk
along
Nevsky
Prospekt.
Complete
it
all
in
one
day,
I
think
you
most
likely
will
not
succeed,
since
this
shopping
center
occupies
a
very
large
area.
For
me,
the
very
history
of
the
creation
of
the
"Gallery"
was
interesting.
In
the
second
half
of
1990,
near
the
Moscow
station,
a
foundation
pit
appeared
under
the
station
for
high-speed
trains,
this
project
was
never
realized.
The
construction
of
this
shopping
center
began
on
this
site;
it
began
in
2008
by
the
Grigoryev
and
Partners
architectural
bureau.
The
plans
were
to
create
11
cinema
halls,
restaurants,
a
supermarket
and
more
than
two
hundred
retail
outlets,
as
well
as
a
fitness
center.
Due
to
the
construction
of
this
building,
cracks
began
to
appear
again
in
the
walls
of
the
former
apartment
building
of
the
merchant
Pertsov,
as
in
1998,
when
piles
began
to
be
driven
into
the
ground.
The
inhabitants
of
this
house
were
afraid
for
their
lives,
and
the
builders
had
to
restore
the
house
under
the
terms
of
the
construction
contract.
But
they
began
to
restore
it
only
after
the
opening
of
the
shopping
center,
which
took
place
at
the
end
of
2010
(I
can’t
imagine
what
it
was
like
for
the
residents
of
the
house
who
had
been
waiting
2
years
for
their
house
to
be
restored).
This,
it
seemed
to
me,
is
the
largest
shopping
center
in
St.
Petersburg,
moreover,
located
in
the
center,
so
there
are
always
a
lot
of
people
here.
As
we
noticed,
it
is
visited
by
many
foreign
tourists,
and
especially
Chinese,
who
go
to
the
"Gallery"
and
take
pictures
indiscriminately.
Its
area
is
more
than
200
square
meters.

there
are
more
than
270
different
shops,
30
cafes
and
restaurants,
including
4
entertainment
areas.
The
first
three
floors
are
occupied
by
clothing,
shoes
and
cosmetics
shops.
There
are
inexpensive
trademarks
that
we
actually
entered
into:
“H
and
M”,
“Next”,
“Bershka”,
“Zara”,
“Yours”,
“Sportmaster”
and
many
other
inexpensive
and
rather
expensive
stores
that
are
designed
to
foreigners.
On
the
third
floor
there
are
mainly
sports
shops.
On
the
fourth
floor,
you
can
visit
the
small
cafe
and
restaurant
courtyard,
where
the
most
famous,
as
they
are
called
fast
food
restaurants
are
located
-
McDonald's,
Burger
King,
KFC,
are
not
very
famous,
but
where
you
can
still
quite
tasty
and
not
expensive
to
eat.
On
the
fifth
floor
there
is
a
panoramic
restaurant
"Big
Kitchen"
with
a
terrace,
a
viewing
platform
and
an
open
kitchen.
There
is
also
a
family
entertainment
center,
a
fitness
center,
an
11-screen
movie
theater
"Formula
Kino"
(an
area
of
5200
sq.
M),
a
bowling
"Sapsan"
with
27
tracks
and
much,
much
of
everything
that
I
have
not
yet
mentioned.
Opening
hours
from
10
am
to
23
pm.
Leaving
the
shopping
center,
we
went
to
the
metro
and
for
a
moment
drew
attention
to
a
small
group
of
people,
which
was
located
near
the
entrance.
We
saw
interest
in
the
eyes
of
people
around
us,
a
street
artist
created
his
work
here,
he
painted
with
ordinary
spray
cans.
We
stopped
to
watch
his
work,
he
deftly
dealt
with
them,
sorting
out
one
or
the
other
color,
changing
various
blanks
and
templates
for
creating
a
picture.
I
advise
you
to
visit
this
shopping
and
entertainment
center,
if
you
are
in
St.
Petersburg,
it
is
better
to
come
here
I
think
early
and
in
the
middle
of
the
week,
then
you
can
not
only
have
a
good
time
with
benefit,
but
also
buy
everything
you
need.
