Really worst people seriously very very worst day 9 clock power cut mid night still not came so many time I called eb office but number bust I thing everyone going to vacation

No power in 1 phase for past 2 days. No response even after repeated complaints. They call and ask twice the day if the power restored but it doesn't work. If i call back to that number no body attends. This has been a repetitive issue for this phase. (Giving 1 star because lower rating is not possible) To top everything, when we try to call the number available online it says "incoming facility has been blocked for this number and that we should recharge". Looks like we have to recharge to call and ask complaint status.

I have to go there few more times will update once my meeting with AE is through

Worst eb maintanenace. There is more frequent power cut for the past 2 days for no reason. There was no power in Kamarajar nagar area alone for 5 hours in the evening. Now, there is no power again in the next day morning. Worst service !!!! It is affecting everyone - working, non working, people with health issues, children and pregnant women. V pay taxes for this nonsense service.

A very nasty governmentery For a week we have no electricity in the area we live in. They provided electricity to all the houses around our house and still we are not provided electricity.

Worst eb, no proper response, contact numbers are not working, very very lazy persons they are, someone has to take action on them.

Very worsted taramani eb service

Most of payment are done thru online but due to some burn out in my meter I have to make payment at their office directly...Things should have been much better to collect the payment and concern person were sending most of them back to tender exact change for their payment... As most of the bill payers on that day was bit elder and he doesn't have any patience to answer them.... When I enquired abt the payment thru card then he connected the device to get the payment and he should have informed people standing the que abt the card payment they would have done it.... Over all the experience was horrible...

No proper response from EB payment collector & he shouting also & saying abuse word

Better remove all the phone no from site.. we will tell ourself no contact no instead of trying everything.. it makes us tired
