I
used
to
be
a
patient
here
before
attending
university,
came
back
and
have
been
trying
to
re-register.
Filled
my
form
out
online
and
then
rang
them
to
see
what
I
can
do
about
bringing
in
my
ID.
I
work
a
12hr
a
day
job
that's
2
and
a
half
hours
away
and
taking
the
time
off
isn't
easy.
So
I
spoke
to
them
to
see
if
there
was
any
leeway
or
other
ways
I
could
show
my
ID
and
I
had
a
very
rude
receptionist
tell
me
there
was
nothing
that
could
be
done
even
once
I
had
explained
my
situation.
She
then
told
me
I
would
be
fine
to
come
in
first
thing
Monday
morning
(today)
to
show
my
ID.
I
booked
the
time
off
work,
came
to
the
surgery
for
just
after
8
and
another
receptionist
said
they
can't
see
me
until
11am
and
that
they
won't
see
me!
I
explained
my
situation
but
they
repeatedly
said
no,
as
they
are
too
busy
manning
the
phones.
And
I
have
tried
ringing
to
make
sure
it
is
okay
for
me
to
come
in
at
11
today
but
they
have
repeatedly
turned
their
phones
off
so
I
cannot
get
through.
I
managed
to
finally
get
through
to
the
automated
part
of
the
call
(finally!
the
phones
were
back
on!!)
and
while
being
put
on
hold,
the
call
disconnected
and
they
had
turned
them
back
off!
This
surgery
makes
it
so
difficult
for
working
people
to
be
able
to
access
medical
care.
If
there
is
no
other
options
for
registering
than
face
to
face
contact,
I
can't
imagine
it
is
any
easier
for
those
with
disabilities
or
those
who
are
vulnerable
especially
while
still
in
a
pandemic!!!
If
you
can
get
passports
and
other
forms
of
ID
without
face
to
face
contact,
surely
there
can
be
an
online,
more
accessible
way
to
complete
the
registration
process!!
